I have used this company now for a couple years. A professional job and very good customer service.
Would recommend them to everyone that needs there carpets cleaned.

All I can say is “wow!” We were on the road to replacing all of our carpet until we hired Josh and Epic carpet care. Our carpets look brand new! Epic was on-time, friendly and absolute magicians when it comes to carpet care! Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I called on a Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. Josh was polite, and professional. He did a great job! Just what the “doctor” ordered. If you don’t get them to clean your carpets you are wrong.

I found Epic with very little research, simply needing the carpets to be cleaned the next day. Sometimes you get lucky, and this was one of those times. I made an online reservation around 8 p.m. for Josh to arrive at 9 a.m. the next morning. I wasn’t at the house and trusted him to go in alone after we discussed the job. The carpets look brand new and better than they did when I moved in 15 years ago! Much better than other cleaners I’ve used. Everything was easy, and I’ll be a loyal customer in the future.

Josh was awesome. We had a numbers of spots that he was able to take care of. Our carpets are good as new! This will be our new go to each year for cleaning.

Carpets still appear dirty. If using steam, I would have thought they would have turned out much better. Mine look nothing like others' pics. Otherwise price would have been reasonable.

I have been highly impressed by the professional service exhibited by Epic Carpet Cleaning. In addition, the personal kindness exhibited by this company has been consistent over the past year or 2. I've been a repeat customer every few months to stay on top of everything, especially being a big dog owner and exposed to all of the outdoor elements.
