We had The Bucket and I come and clean the windows at our office building. It has been over 2 years since the windows have been cleaned. There were hard water spots from the sprinklers and rain. after the crew went through the inside and cleaned the glass doors and windows, I was impressed. After they went around the outside and cleaned, I was BLOWN AWAY!! The staff needed to lower the blinds to get work done. The difference was remarkable!! We will call this company back for the spring cleaning again! Awesome job Guys!!!

This is the best home cleaning we have had in 20 years since moving here. Their attention to detail is extraordinary. Furniture is lifted or moved to vacuum. Dusting is thorough. Items from toasters to toilets to fireplace mantles etc are cleaned like a homeowner would as opposed to the simple vacuuming around instead of under. They are reliable, wonderfully nice people, and treat your home like ours never has. We ask for specific attention some weeks and they always accommodate. We’ve paid for extra cleaning or assistance and all is taken care of. We couldn’t be happier. We had a houseful of relatives friends and their dogs for two weeks at Christmas - our house was perfect before during and after. We have a custom home south of Parker and are glad we found them. Excellent service. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned everything up, and even took photos so we could see the results.

Had issues with existing gutters not capturing all the rain coming off roof. Top Notch came out to provide solutions to fix the issues in selective areas without replacing all gutters. Several options proposed in low pressure consultation. I chose only part of the options - bigger guuters in problem areas and larger downspouts and gutter guards to raise height where the overflow was happening. Crew showed up unannounced one day but I was thankfully home so no issue. The work crew performed exactly the scope I wanted and it was all done in a few hours, no mess, no fuss. Four weeks later we had a big storm and could test out if the problem was solved and it was! Even though only about 20% of my gutters were upgraded, you cannot tell the old gutters from the new from 10’ feet away - exactly as the rep said. So far, very pleased with the experience, the quality of the materials, and the install.
