Used Top Notch for handful of years for semi-annual gutter cleaning. Used to be great and pretty reliable but I guess the owner Joey and one of his main guys Robert had a falling out recently and now it’s terrible. Joey has said he’s coming by 3-4 times now over the past 6 months and NEVER SHOWED. I get things happen but it’s taken me realizing he didn’t show and reaching out then he’ll commit again and not show. Now he’s no longer even responding. I’ll be finding someone else and would recommend you do the same..

Great service. Local to where I live in Highlands Ranch CO. Contacted them and they were here the next day and finished the work in 1 hour. I had used them 3 years ago for the same work and was fully expecting a price increase but was charged the same amount ($100).

Top Notch Gutter Services did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters, replacing a broken gutter extension, and replacing a broken downspout at our house. Joey completed the project on time, his communication was great and the price he charged was fair.

Joey was very responsive and helped me with a gutter repair on short notice. I was gone when he did the repair but he sent me photos and a summary afterwards. We were hit with a large thunderstorm and all my gutters were overflowing causing my basement to flood thru window wells. I needed immediate assistance getting them cleared out. I reached out to Joey and within less than an hour he called me. He was able to come out same day within a few hours to clean the worst gutters. Then came back a few days later to do the remainder. Great price, great communication and service. 10/10 recommend Top Notch Gutters!!!

The one next to the big pine tree had needles sticking way to above the gutter. All gutters are clean now!

They came within the two hour window originally provided.

They also cleaned up needles from gutter cleaning > to ground > raked into a trash bag!
