Joey is awesome. Got an appt scheduled very quickly and he did a great job- including cleaning off my patio. He went above and beyond by coming back later in the day to replace a broken downspout free of charge. Great work, fair price. Highly recommend!

Joey and his crew did a great job of cleaning out our gutters, and downspouts and leaving our yard clean afterwards! The best way to keep water away from your foundation, is making sure your gutters are kept clean, and these are the guys to call. The price was reasonable, service quick and very professional! Highly recommended.

Quick and affordable service. My home was newly built, and the builder left a crap ton of trash on my roof. I'm too chicken to climb up to the roof to do it myself, so I called in for a quote and got it cleaned within a week.

We hired T & S services to clean the windows in our condominium in order to have it ready to rent. The windows had not been professionally cleaned for at least 8 years. The technician that showed up was so professional, pleasant and conscientious about our needs. He did an amazing job and explained the process which I found very informative. There were hard water spots that he had to scrape off and turned windows that you could barely see out of into sparkling windows that make the entire condo look bright and shiny. I would hire him again in a minute.

I cannot say that this is a professional window cleaning company. The scheduling was not good and they did not turn up when they said they would so I ended up having to cancel an appointment. The work was done well in the end, but I'm not sure I'll use them again.

DO NOT USE! Please do not use this company for your window cleaning. There was some miscommunication regarding when I would be home and I offered an apology but Brian, the owner offered none and was outright rude. He then said he had another job soon and needed to get in the house. I reminded him that it was actually 1:00 pm; the time he was originally supposed to be here. Later while in my house he continued to be rude and I approached him to be careful of his bad attitude and he said he didn't care because he has a 2 month backlog. No one deserves this type of behavior in their own home and they do not belong in business. Go elsewhere.

Bryan and Joe are awesome. They do a fantastic job cleaning the inside and outside windows as well as the tracks. They were timely, neat, and everything looks great. Their prices are a great value. I would highly recommend 4 Seasons Window Cleaning!!
