***RIP OFF***

I hired these guys to clean my leather sectional. Let me start by saying that the people that performed the service were nice but overall I wasn't pleased with the value of the service they provided at all. To be honest, I could've just purchased leather cleaner from Home Depot and done myself for 1/8th of the cost in a couple of hours on a Saturday for what they charged me. Is it cleaner, yes, but not as clean as I'd expect for what they are charging.

First off, when they showed up they ended up quoting nearly 80% more than the quote they gave me, even though I gave them dimensions and pictures. They told me $600 and it ended up being $1,000

Second, although the people were nice, they didn't really clean up, they left water on my floor, thankfully I have polished concrete. Not a lot of water, but when you pay $1,000 to have a couch cleaned and it only takes two hours you'd expect them to at least mop up if they are using liquids.

On top of that they didn't have the free cleaning solution they said they'd leave with me but told me if I called them and wanted to order some and pay for it that they'd give me two for one...I simply told them I wouldn't be purchasing anything more from them.

I would not hire this company...if you have high expectations.

I was extremely pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. Ryan, the technician who cleaned our rugs , arrived on time and cleaned all the rugs in record time. The rugs are like new. The drying time was about 2 hours total as he had indicated to us, and the cost was as quoted over the phone . We have had other cleaners do our carpets in the past and they did not clean them as well as Pro Chem-Dry. They also promised they would be dry in about 4 hours, but in reality the carpets were wet for about a week and had a musty smell.. I am convinced that I will use Pro Chem-Dry in the future as they were truthful as to the dry time, cleanliness, efficiency, cost, and their friendly attitude during the entire process.

All Pro Chem-Dry is the real deal. They get carpets clean in a way that no one else can! I was dealing with two separate issues in the basement of my house: pet urine and a giant soda spill. They did not stop until both issues were resolved, even though it took repeat visits and treatments (for which I wasn't charged). Cali and Eric are superstars!

All Pro Chem Dry did not disappoint! They responded and scheduled quickly. Gave us a reminder call and showed up on time. Ryan was our technician and he did a terrific job. I love that our carpets were dry in 2-3 hours and sparkling clean and fresh!! We even received a hand written, personal thank you note from Ryan. Highly recommend this company!! Linny Pretekin

I have used All Pro Chem-Dry for many years and for various types of cleaning. I have ALWAYS been very happy with their work, whether carpets, furniture and soon they will be removing polish from my hard wood floors. That is how much I trust them in advance and KNOW their work will be outstanding. You will never be unhappy with their service. Knowing this company and should there be a questions, it will /would be handled with care.

This is the first time I've used this company for my carpet cleaning, and I think I made the best choice. Although we had a minor issue with one part of the stairs, we were completely satisfied because the company sent their best employee to fix it. I always give honest reviews, which is why I highly recommend All Pro Chem-Dry for the perfect cleaning of your carpets and rugs. The customer service was exceptional, and their response was very quick. Thank you so much, All Pro Chem-Dry.

Eric was super friendly and thorough, and Our carpet looks like it’s brand new. The granite has a nice sheen to it now and feels great.

Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I really like the "hot carbonated extraction" method used by All Pro Chem-Dry. No soaps that attract dirt, and less water used. My carpet dries quickly and stays clean longer! Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service! Technician arrive promptly worked cleanly and carefully. He offered me a good variety of solutions for my carpet needs and he was conscientious of the cost. Good Front cleaning were prompt and on time with their estimates and cleaning appointment. Daniel was very professional and accommodated our requests. The windows were cleaned well both inside and out. He explained to by some windows still had some spots due to a tint damages and which windows were fogged up and needed replacement.
