Patrick was the technician. He was right on time. He gave me several options on services. This carpet is fifteen years old and he worked for an hour and a half and it looks almost new. I was very impressed with the All-Pro Chem-Dry procedures. The carpet was clean and dry in just a couple of hours. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends! All Pro Chem-Dry cleaned our carpets and an area rug quickly and they looked like new when they were complete. The technicians were very professional and made sure the whole work area was clean before they left. I was very impressed and would definitely use them for carpet cleaning again.

The appointment was easy to make. Andrew showed up on time and was great. He cleaned our L-shaped couch and a handmade large rug that we have had for 24 years. It looked new when he was finished! We couldn’t be happier! They are our go to carpet/furniture cleaners!

I am fast track trying to sell my home. I called Tuesday and Andrew was at my home Wednesday morning. After the carpet dried I noticed a few eras that I thought needed a little more work. I texted Friday morning and Andrew was back at my house within 3 hours. The carpet looks great! Highly recommend these guys!

We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

All Pro Chem Dry is a rip off! They quoted me a price over the phone and when they came out it more than doubled. I was told $220 with pet stains and they said they couldn’t do the pet stains unless we paid $460. I was told over the phone that 10-15 pet stains would be included. Mind you this price was also not doing the stairs. Very misleading we ended up paying more and they only did the minimum cleaning. Horrible company and very disappointing. We ended up paying $260 just for a regular cleaning, no pet stains. Will not use them again and definitely telling all my friends and family to not use them also!!

Andrew arrived promptly and got to work. He was polite, professional and friendly. This was the best job cleaning our carpets we’ve had in a couple of years. We’ve tried many competitors and kept looking for one that would do better then just a “good” job. We wanted a “great” job. We finally have a company we will use again!

From beginning to end, this company has been excellent to deal with. Had a great discussion when I scheduled my appointment. I had to reschedule and they were very helpful again. My tech, Eric, texted that he'd arrive towards the end of the window. He discussed my needs and did not try to "sell" me, but made some good suggestions. Bottom line, my very old carpet looks absolutely fantastic. I've had pets over the years and, although I did not opt for the special pet "service," the house smells fresh again. Even the pile has been lifted and is soft and springy. Best money I've spent for carpet cleaning, and will definitely call them again.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning from All Pro after moving into a new townhome where the previous owner had a messy cat. I worked with Joe, who was very friendly and communicative. Joe was incredibly thorough and diligent in getting my carpet back to excellent condition. I really appreciate how he went the extra mile, while offering good tips and advice for carpet maintenance going forward. His customer service, work ethic, attention to detail, and overall demeanor was really top-of-the-line, and earns my highest recommendation. If you decide to go with All Pro Chem-Dry, make sure to ask for Joe!

Eric called in advance to let me know he was arriving at the appointment time. He went through the house and asked questions about what I wanted and explained how he was going to keep the furniture up off the carpet while it dried. He promptly started and proceeded to make our dirty carpet look close to new. I really appreciated his hard work and how great the carpet looks.

Eric did a great job cleaning my carpet. He takes care cleaning around furniture that can not be moved. He is friendly and helpful. I have already booked my next cleaning.
