In response to Mike’s bad review. I have been in business for over 17 years and have cleaned windows in more than 10,000 homes. During which time I have worked with some of the most respectful and gracious people around. Today however was not the case. We arrived early to the appointment and worked to get the outside windows done since Doreen was running late. When she did arrive, we were greeted in a very rude and condescending way. We did not respond to this negative greeting but did however keep a professional attitude to complete the job all while being threatened by Doreen that she could “destroy my business with a bad review". Out of the thousands of homes I clean windows for each year I am truly blessed that I am able to work with some of the most amazing people out there. It’s hard to see a bad review for my company but I know there are so many people out there that would contradict what Doreen has posted today.

Bryan has cleaned the windows on a countless number of our listings over the years as well as our own home. He does an awesome job and gets it done fast! I highly recommend 4 Seasons Window Cleaning. Oh and he also does screen repair.

We have used 4 Seasons for over 4 years because they do such a great job! Very responsive and always on-time! We left our house unlocked for him to do the interior windows as he is incredibly trustworthy! Their cost is reasonable as well. Highly recommend this company!

All Pro did a fantastic job on our carpets. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough carpet clean with attention to detail. We had our entire house done before moving in and they were on-time and quick. I appreciated their professionalism.

Great service, they were on time, worked quickly and thoroughly and did a great job. The carpets were dry in just a couple of hours, no heavy chemical smell and they look really good.They did an extra treatment on our basement stairs (our dog was sick and made a huge mess - I've never been able to totally get the smell out) and they are actually clean. We will definitely use them again.

Josh and Joe and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job. I was so lucky to find them 12 or so years ago. They introduced me to the carpet company Coventry and I was so happy they did they were also a really good company to use for the new carpet I purchased. Joe does such a great job cleaning the carpet for over 12 years. I always request him.

My original appointment was only for an upholstery cleaning, but I added countertops, hardwoods and carpets over the next few weeks because the results were so good each time they finished a project! The 2 gentlemen technicians truly stand out as professionals who care about providing positive results. Joe was especially helpful in explaining cost options, immediately addressing our questions, and following through on all commitments made on the job order. Perfect name for this company! Joe C. just finished cleaning the carpets in our home and I truly believe he is the "carpet whisperer extraordinaire"! Joe was so patient and informative while doing a walk thru, then super honest in his recommendation of what package would do the trick. Best of all, he was able to get out stains that were set in and thanks to his handy light, stains I had no idea were there! Thank goodness I knew the stains were ours (carpet replacement), otherwise the project would have had a huge "ewwww, yuck!" factor. I have NEVER experienced such professionalism, courtesy and hard work dedicated to cleaning our carpet from a cleaning company. All Pro has been a pleasure to work with! I will sing their praises and highly recommend to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. I was fortunate to chat with Josh (the owner) when I initially called. He spent tons of time on the phone with me as I walked room to room, measuring, while he explained the cost structure. Josh was pretty spot on with ball park pricing compared to what Joe presented as the final estimate prior to beginning the job (no pun intended!). When I had to reschedule three times, I was always given priority in getting the date/time frame that worked for us. I can't speak to the other services All Pro provides but I have no doubt they are top notch at anything they offer. All Pro ChemDry was referred to me by a friend at work (who I found out was referred to them through another mutual friend at work, lol). Joe and Alex did an AMAZING job! They got out all of the stains we had (not a lot, but a few smaller ones here and there from the people who lived there before us). Our carpets look great!! We will definitely be using them again for our yearly cleaning!

Overall, they cleaned the carpets very well. We were happy with the service, and communication from the CSR. However, we paid for the extra service for our wool area rug. Unfortunately the separate cleaning did not remove the stains from the wool rug, which wasn’t worth the extra $900 expense. We would use the company again for carpet cleaning, but wish we had a better understanding of what types of stains could be removed from the wool rug (it was a coffee stain). Maybe the normal cleaning process would have been sufficient instead of sending the carpet away…

We are very pleased with Eric’s work and his professional manner and quality of work! Yes, Eric is the best! Also the office is very prompt and accommodating. I had to reschedule the appointment three times due to coordinating with some other appointments. They were very kind and provided immediate help with rescheduling. I already recommended All Pro Chem-Dry to my friends and they share the same experience as mine. I will definitely use their service again!!

All Pro Chem Dry always does a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. They truly can make miracles happen. Our carpet looks brand new year after year because of the awesome technology they use. Pro Chem cleaned upholstery for us and as always was great. Polite, professional, arrived on time. We had a couple of spots that needed special treatment and the technician did an excellent job on them. I highly recommend this company.

We are in a 62+ Active Senior 4-story Building. They did an excellent job on our apartment. Only our two bedrooms are carpeted and they did our sofa plus they added a protectant to the sofa. We would very much recommend them.

I have used Joseph constantly for several years for carpets, but for the first time now, for tile! He is meticulous and thorough. He’s been training Ryan, who also has developed an eye for the little details! What a team! What beautiful work!

This is the second time that I’ve used All Pro Chem Dry for carpet cleaning. They are great! They stand by their work and, when a stain resurfaced, they came back to take care of it. Andrew, the technician this last time, was punctual and thorough and did a great job. I highly recommend.

These guys are PROS! We have a unique 100% natural wool un-dyed area rug inserted into our hardwood floor. The cleaning required two trips because as the rug dries dirt resurfaces to the top and is not noticeable until it is completely dry. Andrew the technician and Josh the operations manager were on it! Andrew came back the next day to assure the job was perfectly done and he could not have been more pleasant. I will recommend them to everyone. They are the epitome of professional! Chem Dry came to my house to clean the carpet before my family arrived. We have an old dog with early onset dementia and she started becoming incontinent the week before they arrived so we desperately needed a cleaning. They did a very professional job and were sweet to our old girl, too. Much appreciated!

Chem Dry came out to look at a series of red Gatorade stains on our carpet. They weren’t able to get the stain out; but, we did have them clean the remainder of the carpets in the house. They also didn’t charge us for the treatment of that room since it ultimately did not work.

They were right on time. They also came to the house to review the job beforehand and provide a firm quote. They honored a 10% off coupon that I had seen online and gave us options for cleaning items like our area rugs.

They cleaned carpets in a six bedroom house with a carpeted basement in about 6-7 hours. The best part is how the carpets were dry the next day so our kids could run around and play. The carpets look refreshed and they are so much more fluffy and plush than from just vacuuming.

Andrew was our tech and he checked in numerous times as he went along, asking about focus areas and ensuring he got all the spaces we wanted. The team was very interested in doing a good job and customer satisfaction.

I was very impressed! Such a great job on our very old carpets! My main goal going in was to have our carpets as clean as possible in terms of airborne germs/dust etc removed as we have an elderly man with compromised breathing issues! Also due to his mobility issues, I didn’t want to have an overly wet carpet to have to deal with in the end. This company was our prayers answered! It was a bit more pricey than other companies we have used in the past, but truly worth every penny! The technician was courteous and explained all of our options! He was thorough and went right to work and spent plenty of time and effort into doing the best job possible. To my amazement the very old, stained carpet was looking fabulous! And the best part, almost dry to the touch in a very short time! He assured my complete satisfaction! The cleaning products used also made the house very fresh, not an overly chemical smell! If they can make that much of a difference in my old, nasty carpet, I can only imagine what a beautiful job that would result in newer, better quality carpeting!
