Love working with Josh. As the owner/operator, he is the only person you'll deal with. No call centers or scheduling people to go through - just Josh. My experience is he is super easy to work with, very punctual, and does a great job with my carpets. I appreciate his attention to detail; last visit he found some pet stains and treated them that I didn't even know about. I think his prices are reasonable too considering how expensive labor is these days. I have no plans to look anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs.

I was so worried about how dirty my carpets were but Josh came in and saved the day with getting all the areas of concern. Totally satisfied with Josh, he was on time, communicative, and professional. I highly recommend!!!! Thanks Josh

Josh ROCKS! Big RED Gatorade spill in my son’s room. Spent hours trying everything from vinegar, Dawn soap, Resolve, and Folex-nothing worked. So we had to call a professional to come out and thankful we chose the right guy! He spent less than an hour and the stain completely disappeared. Reasonably priced and will definitely use his services again!

Bryce and Joshua did a great job cleaning our carpets. They are personable and competent, easy to be around. I love the way the carpet smells, clean and fresh with no chemical or artificial scent. They were on time, and finished within the timeline they anticipated. Will certainly call them again.

Best carpet and furniture cleaner I’ve experienced in over 20 years! Josh is exceptional and hires equally detail oriented and dedicated to the highest level of service we all should expect. His equipment and van are immaculate with only the newest cleaning tools and machine. Prices are reasonable. This is my fourth time at my house and I refer him continually. He is on speed dial for all of us who’ve had the privilege to experience his kind, joyful commitment and can do attitude with the benefit of his finished product. Everything is so very clean and fresh smelling. Thank you, Josh!

Previously had our carpets cleaned by another provider, which was fairly successful. But the odors started to creep back in, in a particular area, so wanted to have that area treated again. I reached out to Josh at Epic Carpet and they were able to come out today on very short notice and clean the bedroom and hallway. They were polite, timely and great to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Josh and his crew were awesome. On time, so friendly, and did an amazing job! Unfortunately I had some cat urine stains that had a nasty odor and crusty stains. Josh was able to remove everything! My rooms smell so nice now! I'll be calling him again!

Super professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. The carpets look and smell incredible—stains I thought were set in are completely gone.

Josh and Bryce did a fantastic job on our carpets that hadn’t been cleaned for 3yrs! We got the carpets for our entire 4k sq ft house “deep cleaned” at a reasonable price.

We have 2 cats and a dog and I vacuum weekly. I vacuumed everything 2X prior to them coming… and they pre-vacuumed everything…and their deep clean brush-pro was STILL pulling out quite a bit of pet hair from the carpet! 🤩

They did a great job on all the stains and “shadows” as well. I highly recommend their courteous and thorough service.

Bryce with Epic Carpet Cleaners did an absolutely fantastic job! He was in and out in about an hour, but still took the time to walk through the entire space with me and ask questions to make sure all of our needs were met. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive he was.
