I got an ultimate deep cleaning done on a house we just purchased. The former owner lived there for 16 years, and until we can replace the carpet, we wanted to ensure it was as clean as possible. Josh did an excellent job, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I also had an extra staircase that he was able to work in for a minimal fee. I am happy I stumbled across this carpet cleaning service and will not hesitate to use it again in the future!

I found Carpet Doctor a couple of weeks ago. He was at my neighbors house cleaning carpets so I stopped by and asked if I could get a business card. I spoke with the owner, Josh, who was extremely friendly. I asked him if he did furniture (couches, chairs, etc). He told me he did so I said I would be in touch. I called him and his answering service quickly got my message to Josh. I missed his call as I was in a meeting at the time so he sent me a text and we ended up scheduling that way. I told him that I wasn't in an extreme rush but whenever he could get to it. HE schedule me for that Saturday. He sent a text as he was running a little earlier than he expected and asked if he could come sooner. When he arrived he first put down wall corner protectors for the hoses he uses for cleaning. We were impressed that he took such good care of our home while he was here. We've used other companies in the past that did not do this. Josh went right to work on our sofa downstairs and within an hour and a half he was finished. We were amazed at how clean it was when he finished. It looked like new. Before he left my wife asked him about our carpets. We have a stain in the front room that is really dark and ugly. Josh told her that the carpet was in good condition and he wasn't sure if he could get that stain out. He tried spraying it with a chemical he had in his truck and said this may work and it may not. He wasn't giving her much hope that it would come out. Well, it didn't come out but it did diminish a bit and we were happy that he at least made an attempt and that he was very honest about the results. He didn't make any promises that it would go away but he gave it a shot and didn't charge us for it.
We will definitely use Josh and Carpet Doctor again in the future when we need our carpets or other upholstery cleaned. And we definitely recommend using Josh and his company to everyone out there that may have a need for this specific service.

Carpet Doctor just came and did an awesome job cleaning all the carpets in our house + basement at a very reasonable price. Only $330 for a 4000sf house!
We opted for the rotary extraction tool that cleans 4X better and dries quicker (6-12hrs) compared to the regular wand tools others commonly use.
I was able to book and customize the appointment online, know exactly what the cost was going to be and there were no surprise upcharges! Josh communicated well prior to the appointment, came on time, worked hard for 2.5hrs on our carpets, and was very polite/friendly.
