Ray and his guys did a great job in my back yard. I needed some routine maintenance and some suggestions about what would work best for my uniquely small back yard.

Ray and his team are absolutely incredible. We had several issues with our sprinkler system that had been building for a couple of years. He sorted out all the issues and has everything running perfectly. He also went above and beyond by clearing out overgrown areas of our lawn, removing junk and even weeding and planting our garden for us. I couldn’t be happier with the service Ray provided.

Highly recommend Land Escape!!

We've been trying for 10 years to get our backyard taken care of. We have tried other methods and companies but nothing has worked. Ray came in and finally gave us the proper solution and now we have a lush green yard where our dogs can play and not get all muddy.

We had a pretty good snowstorm here in Colorado (March 2024). I could not clear the driveway unfortunately. I contacted Ray and he responded promptly.
He said his team would do it during the night. I texted him back, a little hesitant because Miko will barks practically at anyone / anything. I told him I would put out a couple of stakes - we did not need the entire driveway cleared, only enough for both vehicles to get out.
When I woke up, I thought he had to push the time since Miko was quiet throughout the night. However when I looked out the front door, I saw our walkway. Remember that feeling when you woke up Christmas morning and presents magically appeared? I had that feeling after 40+ years.

If you want the best looking lawn in the neighborhood, Ray is the guy who will deliver. Ray is not a one-size-fits-all guy. We’ve worked with Ray for 3 years and he will customize your lawn’s treatment. Aeration, feeding, soil amendments, and over-seeding to optimize your results.

I've had Land Escape come out to the house the last 3 seasons or so. I've been very impressed with their knowledge and timeliness. They are competitively priced which makes them an easy pick when it comes to my lawn. I've had aeration, over seeding, and sprinkler blow outs done. They are always giving tips and suggestions to help make the lawn as best it can be. Would definitely recommend.

Ray and his team have completely transformed my yard. What was once on its way to being a dirt patch is now a lush, vibrant green lawn with the weeds significantly reduced in ways I’ve never experienced before. His work speaks for itself — thorough, consistent, and truly effective.

Decent place for plant in the Highlands Ranch area. The 3 stars was because the prices were pretty high on most things and they severely lacked any selection for indoor plants. Maybe I went when they were out of plants but we disappointed in the lack of stock.

My wife and I love this place. Great products, helpful staff. You might pay a little bit more than a big box store, but it's for a reason. Quality. Appreciate The Gardens helping me to make my backyard a private, green,k relaxing area.

We purchased almost $1,000 worth of Plants and Trees from The Gardens last May. Shortly after, we returned with pictures showing that one of our Aspen Trees took to the ground and was blooming, while the other, a few feet away, had not and was starting to wilt. The Gardener there told us it looked like the Tree was not getting enough water. He told us to increase water and it would "come back". We told our Landscaper, who made sure it had enough water and we left it to "return". The winter came and everything died, but we were assured that things would "come back" in the Spring. Every Plant and Tree we bought except for this Aspen, is returning.

In June of this year, after the restrictions for COVID were eased, we took pictures again and were going to return to The Gardens. I first called and someone told me to bring down the pictures, which I did, only to be told I would need to email them, which I did, only to get a response saying we were a few days past our 1 year warranty and the best that could be offered is 25% discount? I called and advised you that this was unacceptable, as we should have been given a new Tree last year, but tried to do what we were instructed and it didn't work. I asked for a return call, and as of today have not received one yet.

I told them I am asking that a new Aspen Tree be delivered to my house or I would have no choice but to never step foot in The Gardens again and to post on the BBB my experience and lack of help and to Social Media and our Friends that you are unwilling to help your customers out to the extent that makes sense. It makes sense that last year we should have been given a new Tree, or at least advised if it doesn't get better by a certain date, you would give a new one. I am not a Gardener, I don't know what will and will not return, that is why we paid them.

The Gardens nursery is FANTASTIC! Not only do they have a massive selection, they also have extremely knowledgeable staff. We worked directly with Kate who knew everything and anything about plants and trees. She helped us to create the perfect yard that blooms throughout the year at different times. To say she's amazing would be an understatement. We can't thank her enough for all she did to help us!

Love this plant store! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Very very pleasent shopping experience. Also love the fact that they don't just try to shove plants in every inch of the space they have, more conducive to keeping bugs away.

I’ve been to a number of nurseries in Colorado. The nursery was beautiful and the staff nice but I bought a nice windmill decorative piece. The bottom piece broke just trying to put in the ground- which was not hardly much pressure at all- when I tried to bring it back they told me I could spot weld it but they wouldn’t take it back. Probably the worst return experience I’ve had at a nursery and the thing I thought was nice was maybe cheaper quality than initially anticipated. I’ll go somewhere else next time...

We are definitely not shopping at this nursery again. There are so many other wonderful nurseries that have excellent customer service. The staff is rude and condescending. We shopped there today and spent about $400. When my daughter needed to use the bathroom we were told they do not allow the public to use their bathrooms because they don't have enough staff to keep them clean. Really?? We had to leave and go find a restaurant where she could use the bathroom as we were not close to home. We found this disgusting and we are happy to spend our money elsewhere.

Christmas trees are wonderful here!! The owners have been here for years. They are expensive for normal plants and decor, I usually just get my Christmas tree here now since it’s a tradition since I was younger. They have a great selection of everything, to include plants, trees, decor, holiday stuff, pots, soil and so much more year around!

I've been to many garden centers and this place is one of the best. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and plants they sell. Very organized and priced decently. The way it's set up is easy to navigate without feeling overwhelmed. Went in the off season and can't wait till Spring to see what else they offer. Added bonus is they are animal friendly whether invited in or not.
