Warning: employees will touch you without permission and will pray over you without your permission!

I was barely at the entrance of this garden center and an employee walked up to my husband and I and put her hand on my shoulder and asked to pray over me. I was so shocked and uncomfortable. I said no and she insisted to give me a blessing. I hated it. Don’t touch me if you don’t know me or without my permission. I don’t mind a prayer but you are a garden center worker not a church pastor. I felt so uncomfortable trying to visit this garden center for the first time. I’ll never come back or buy anything from here. So weird. So unprofessional.

I absolutely adore this nursery! It's a beautiful oasis overflowing with an incredible diversity of plants. What truly makes this place special is the highly knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond, offering practical and insightful advice on how to contend with our specific soil and weather challenges – a level of expertise and care I've simply never encountered at larger retailers like Home Depot or Lowe's. You can tell the plants are nurtured with genuine kindness here. My only regret? That my garden isn't big enough to take home everything I want!

Sad, this use to be an exciting and great place to go to find unique items. The plant selection was like Home Depot but higher prices. The staff has pleasant but just hung out by the registers. No energy just ready to check people out. I truly hope they can turn this around and invest in products to fill the store instead of moving the soil inside to fill space.
We will see!

The new owner has done a really great job getting things organized the last couple of months. The selection is better than it's ever been, the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. From small trees and shrubs to large ball and burlap trees, there is something for every situation. Their indoor plants also look great, and prices are lower than area boutique stores.

They had a wide variety of cute plants. They had plenty of nontoxic plants which was great because my grandma’s dog is here often

Well, I guess we found our new plant Meca. The plant selection is outstanding. Very well taken care of. All on very beautiful layout.

I had a great experience at The Gardens. I went looking for a new tree for my front yard and a guy named Justin assisted me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. He helped me choose the perfect tree and I couldn't be happier with the result. The nursery has a well-organized layout, a wide variety of healthy plants, and fair pricing. The overall customer service made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this place.

This place has a good selection of healthy, beautiful plants. I’ve been a few times on weekdays and can’t get staff to acknowledge or help. It’s now the last place on my list.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping us select the perfect tree to add to our backyard.

Only downside is that checkout is usually slow and tedious. The POS likely needs to be updated to help streamline during busier business hours. Otherwise, great place to begin and end your due diligence.

Lots of variety of healthg trees located conveniently in Highlands Ranch. Helpful, knowledgeable staff helped us pick a new maple for our backyard.

Popped in today, as we are new to the neighborhood. The gentleman at the desk area was kind, informative and professional. Selection was amazing and prices were fair. Highly recommend this beautiful garden center! Also...as i was checking out I asked if the man assisting me was the owner, he was. Amazing service!

I love the new organization and set up. So nice and easy to find what you need. And I have never seen the big fountain operational!

The Gardens is 1 of 2 nurseries in the area we frequent. Service, quality of shrubs and layout of the nursery is why we love this place. New ownership has made this place brighter and more welcoming. My wife is pretty picky with nurseries and she loves the gardens.

Staff was on their toes today! You can tell they all love what they do. Super helpful pointing me towards plants that will work in my yard. I appreciate how this place is organized with signs like “shady annuals” and “sunny perennials “ etc. it was easy to understand for me. I wish I had more time to look around today.

Also really appreciated the person who checked me out who told me about a discount I was eligible for.

Everything is well organized and in excellent condition. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gardener, you’ll find something that suits your space and style.

The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. They took the time to explain how to care for the plants we bought and gave great tips on watering, soil, and sunlight.

They also carry gardening supplies, pots, tools, soil, and decorative items to help complete your setup. The entire space is peaceful and inspiring perfect for browsing or picking out gifts for plant lovers.

Highly recommended for plant shopping or just enjoying a walk through a beautifully curated garden center!

For so many years I have driven by the Gardens Garden Center without stopping and looking at the store. Well, today I finally went into the store and it was an amazing experience. Grace and Dana were so kind and patient and knowledgable. Absolutely a fantastic experience. We purchased several orchards and terrarium based plants. I highly, highly recommend stopping by the store and seeing all the beautiful plants and garden nursery items.

The best sign of an outstanding company is repeat business. We have continued to shop at the Gardens Garden Center and every time we have an amazing experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend everyone to stop by and shop at this amazing store. Grant is exceptionally helpful and really is focused on customer satisfaction. The store has really unique and interesting plants and garden items that you will not find at other home and garden centers. Definitely worth a visit.

The new owners seem friendly and accommodating after two consecutive visits, and they do provide a year warranty on any trees purchased—if you’re willing to spend an extra $30 on compost and root stimulator solution. I was relieved to see the interior of the building is relatively the same, in terms of airy design and decorative accessories offered. Parking is usually dependable, though spaces can feel tight when the lot is full. Only certain spots in the Gardens offer shade, so I would not recommend visiting in the heat of the day. I do wish they sold water bottles when checking out to help appease the children—and adults lol—who are feeling overly warm and tired. I think it would add a lot to one’s shopping experience here during the summer months and provide some endurance for shoppers who stop in. Strongly recommend checking this enjoyable oasis out.

Wanted to give a shout out to Turf Colorado if anyone was looking for a turf vendor. I was returning some turf to Costco for my daughter's indoor soccer shooting area in our garage and the owner (Ryan Borman) of Turf Colorado came up to me and we connected and he put in high quality "Ultra Play" turf which was 10x quality for an incredibly reasonable price. He delivered and installed and cut it to perfectly fit within the hockey boards we already had set up, there was no way anything I would have ordered online would have been this easy and custom made. We will use him for all of our turf needs (potential putting green in our back yard) or maybe turf due to drought! Really nice guy!
