We recently worked with Summit First Construction to get our roof replaced due to hail damage in the area. It was a great experience working with the Summit team from our very first meeting with them to any and all questions we had along the way. Ash and his colleagues have been very transparent about the entire process and they are very responsive, and communicative, which we appreciated.  Ash took the time to listen to us and patiently addressed our questions and concerns. They were available for inspections and taught us quite a bit about this entire process. They even helped us identify damages to our personal property and recover the loss. Update: I have two solar arrays which were removed for the roofing job. A Summit First team of solar specialists have now completed reinstallation of these arrays and I am just blown away by the excellence, attention to detail and dedication of this team, led by Ryan Pettry, including repairs to past wiring damage and the critter guard. Ryan and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the system was restored to full capacity and like-new reliability, in what had to be miserable conditions in the peak of our summer heat.

Second, I found some minor damage done by their distributor to some flagstone and trees that I didn’t catch immediately. When I reported this to my project lead, Evon Shutley, he took immediate and decisive action to ensure the flagstone was replaced and the trees professionally trimmed. I was so impressed by him taking full responsibility and ensuring my complete satisfaction, despite the job having been completed weeks ago.

I know problems occur on any job. It’s the mark of a truly excellent company when they acknowledge a problem, no matter how small, take responsibility and make it right.
