Constraction reviews in Lafayette, Colorado

We had our roof replaced by Summit Construction and the entire process was easy and ideal. Pearce walked the entire roof and communicated well with our insurance company to get the process going. Diego was at our house the day of installation to oversee the crew and answer any questions. The crew was fast and polite and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

I recently had my roof replaced by Summit First Construction and they did an amazing job. Communication was great and the workmanship was very professional! Having Diego at the job site during the building of the roof gave me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend them.

Summit First Construction did an amazing job on our roof! The crew was really professional and worked super fast while keeping everything clean and organized. They also communicated really well with my mom Celina through emails, texts, phone calls, and in person, so we always knew what was going on. The roof looks great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend them!

I am so grateful when Summit First Construction approaced me to offer free assessment to my home.
My house had some extensive damaged due to the hail in May 2024.
Summit First Construction rep, Mr. Evon stepped in to remind me that the window deadline to file my claim with my insurance company is getting close and I needed to act faster, otherwise insurance might not replace the damage.
After doing so, insurance company sent a check that was less than 50% of the total work that needed done.
Initially my insurance company approved to replace partial roof instead of full roof replacement.
SFC team fought hard for my claim not only getting full roof replacement, but also siding, and coordinated with solar panel technicians to detach and install/ reset, as well as going back and forth with insurance company to get more items that were damaged to be replaced for my dwelling.
The owner Mr. Ash was very accommodating, even came to our house to assist in our faulty garage door opener.
Mr. Evon communicated over and over with insurance adjuster many times to get my home repaired more.
Miss Fio was very professional, informative, accommodating, and kept me up to date to the project.
There were little hiccups here and there but mostly just patience game with insurance company's approval time.
After all, SFC could only work on the areas that were approved by insurance company.
Handling home insurance claim is a very stressful task on top of my career, jobs, errands, and my daily routine but Summit First Construction went above and beyond and did a lot the heavy lifting for me.
For that my family and I are very grateful, and when the next hail storm comes (hopefully not too soon), we know whom to call to get the job done.
They are local in Colorado, great in what they do, excellent customer service, and they answer when you call.
Thank you very much Summi First.

Update: with recent strong winds from the past few days causing one panel of my siding came off, called Summit First talked to Mr. Ash, and he sent his team to work on it right away the very next day.
Excellent customer service, top notch 👌 👏.
Thank you.

Summit First Construction did an great job on my roof replacement after hail damage. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish - they walked me through the entire claim process and were always available when I had questions.
Inaki, Dane, Fio, and Diego were all incredible to work with. What really impressed me was how they genuinely had my best interests at heart. They replaced my roof to Class 3 shingles and added extra vent to meet the city code. Thanks!

Summit First Construction is a great company with employees who really care about their customers. Ash and Evan were amazing to work with. They were friendly and informative and eager to help. Evan immediately took care of the work I needed done and made the whole process painless and stress-free! I highly recommend them!

Summit First Construction did a great job! They used high quality shingles, which got me an insurance discount. They got the gutters included in the hail claim – replaced with seamless gutters. They replaced the ridge vents. They even installed a gable vent for an extra charge. All quality work, and they were attentive and easy to work with. I recommend them! They are a legit local company.

Summit First Construction was outstanding from start to finish. They were instrumental in helping me fight my insurance company (over several months!) for a fair appraisal. Their communication was clear and consistent, the work was completed on schedule, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, respectful of my home, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. Any questions or changes were handled quickly and transparently, which made the entire process stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summit First Construction to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality construction work.
