Roots Up performed tree removal and trimming professionally. There was some scheduling issues but they resolved them and followed up to perform stump grinding as well. I am happy with the services provided.

We've reached out to them to get a quote for tree removal. They communicated back quickly, gave a quote, and came by the next day to take care of the tree.

Aidan showed up and communicated with me regarding the whole process. Bowen, Luke, and Pat all helped. They cleaned up the area where the tree was going to fall, cut the tree, removed it, cleaned up after themselves, and Aidan asked for permission to removing other branches connected to the main tree.

They won't remove anything without asking first, we're organized, and professional.

They also removed a branch that they absolutely didn't need to do, but were kind enough to do it.

Aidan gave recommendations for the other tree we have to protect it, and didn't up sell services that weren't necessary.

I'd highly recommend them for tree services, you'll get your money's worth.

Aidan and his crew at ROOTS UP TREE COMPANY did a fantastic job trimming are giant Silver Maple tree. Showed up on time and were very efficient and when they left my yard was nice and clean no debris was left.

I want to thank Aiden and his crew for an excellent job removing a very large, half dead crab apple tree from our back yard. The entire crew was very professional, courteous, and clean. Roots Up gave us a very good bid, the best of three, and actually talked us out of some of the work we had planned, further reducing the project cost. They worked us into their schedule very quickly. I also appreciated the great equipment they brought to the site, as shown in the photos. Finally, as arborists, they seem to really know their trees and how to care for them properly. I highly recommend Roots Up for any tree work.

Excellent service from Roots Up Tree Company! After a recent windstorm, they came out the same day I called them and had a blown-over tree in a tough spot removed in less than an hour. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend these guys!

I had an enormous linden tree showering me, my deck, my roof, my rain gutters, my lawns (front and back), and my neighbors' yards with leaves and seed pods from hell seven months a year. It had to go, but I didn't think I could afford it. My next-door neighbor recommended Roots Up and told me how wonderful Aiden is and how affordable this tree service is. I am so glad I listened to her. From the moment Aiden came to my front door to estimate the cost of removing the tree, I knew I was in good hands. He was so understanding, kind, and personable, and his quote was beyond reasonable. He and his crew member arrived a few days later and worked so carefully and efficiently to deliver my tree to its final resting place -- the chipper! I was especially concerned because the tree was so close to my deck, my fence, and my garage, that a mere slip of a major branch could have caused serious damage. But they took every precaution, even moved my paving stones, so there would be no mishaps. And the cleanup after the tree was down was impeccable. My backyard never looked so pristine! I highly recommend Aiden and his company for any and all tree needs!

These guys are so unprofessional. Tried to call at least five times, left messages that were not returned and finally I got someone to answer. They said they don't have time to help me because the are "too busy". I hope the economy boom blows over soon so they find out what bad service does during an economy drought.

My neighbor used their tree trimming service. They cut the branches off his tree, let them fall in my yard and never cleaned them up, even though the yard is accessible. If you make a mess, clean it up!

These guys were working on a neighbor's tree and apparently doing a good job. Meanwhile, we witnessed our neighbor berating one of the younger guys for sawdust in her lawn, clapping in his face, and just being kind of nasty. Kudos to you all for keeping your cool!
