Those ladies are pure magic!! Quick too! They did a move out service for us and I couldn’t be happier. Very thorough! As well, the man on the phone was wonderful too! I will be contacting them to help us keep our new place tidy.

Great cleaning service. I appreciate a few things in particular.

1. Each cleaning they check if anything needs special attention and they make a point to take care of it.

2. They are very thorough, they even clean spots I didn’t notice were dirty.

3. They’re always on time, and on the rare occasion they might be late, they communicate it clearly and make sure our house gets cleaned.

Where to begin? They came in very professionally for the initial walkthrough and were very nice. We run an 8,000 sf studio complex and agreed to trust them with weekly cleanings.

Everything went downhill from there.

First they did not understand how coded door locks functioned, and only half the office was being cleaned. Our locks are not complex (Kwikset SmartCode 916's and Yale 226's) and have been on the market for over a decade so I gotta believe they've seen them elsewhere.

After that, they forgot to mop floors and hallways. Liquid stains and dust and cobwebs remained on the floors and ceiling after multiple cleanings.

Then, on May 30th, they left SIX of our studio doors unlocked, and let a homeless man walk out of a white van barefoot and into our studio when no one else was there. Their response? "Oh we did see a barefoot man but he looked like be belonged there." Great...thousands of dollars of our assets exposed to the world.

Got tons of video and security system evidence and refused to pay for their services.

They left voicemails admitting this all happened, and then threatened to get lawyers involved and defame us on Facebook. We have saved all their voicemails and filed a police report. Avoid them if you value your assets and sense of security.

I used Verde Cleaning to clean my apartment when I moved out. They were so easy to work with and I got my full deposit back! That’s the first time I’ve used a cleaning service before and I’ll definitely do it again. Thanks Verde!

Amanda and Sara did an excellent job on our first cleaning with Verde! After having our first child, it’s been hard to have the whole house clean at once. We are looking forward to having them for our monthly cleanings!

GO ANYWHERE BUT VERDE CLEANING. I have used Verde Clean in the past, but they have gotten bigger the quality has gone way down. I called to complain to the owner, Patty, she responded that she had personally seen the job they did and it was done well. I asked if she was calling me a liar, because they did not do a good job. Her response was "THAT YOU HAVE RIGHT"... unbelievable and so unprofessional. Who wants to deal with a smart mouthed owner. Take your business elsewhere. Terrible owner and company! I ASSURE YOU can do better.

I've been with Verde for 2 years and have always been really happy with the results. They are extremely punctual, reschedule easily if there is a holiday that falls on my day, and happily work around us if we are home. I love supporting a small local business, too. Patty is really responsive if there is ever an issue, but that is rare!

I could not be more disappointed with this company.
I spent the entire year creating a care package for a friend to congratulate her on her first child. One of the gifts I thought to give her was to pay for a deep cleaning of her house, since new parents are often too busy to spend the time. I took my time looking for cleaners and even recruited another friend to help me look because it was that important to me that I find someone good.
Based on the list of what they say they do for a deep clean, I settled on Verde and my friend has since used them. Unfortunately, the deep-clean list they provided was not followed and the cleaning that was done at their place was not professional level work.
At first, she tried to pass off her disappointment so I wouldn't feel bad, but once I dug deeper, she gave me an entire list of what they didn't do:

wipe down cabinets upstairs & downstairs, clean off bookshelf, clean 2nd shelf on coffee table, clean/vacuum rugs upstairs & downstairs, dog hair and dust still on hard wood flooring, counters still dirty, not dusted in many parts.

My friend and her partner are already very neat and tidy, and their place isn't huge. We were expecting a thorough clean but instead they came home to a job that they could have done themselves.
We let Verde know these issues. We appreciate that they did respond and listen to our feedback. They offered to come back to fix the missed areas and to have us speak with the owner; we declined both. They also discounted the bill by $35; however, they said they took it out of their worker’s pay, which is highly unethical and no way to manage a business.
Although I set out to help out my friend and support local business, I’m very regretful that I chose Verde Cleaning.

Patty and Teresa did a great job cleaning our rental property! They were punctual, friendly, and thorough! Great customer service and they were very quick to respond to calls or emails. I highly recommend Verde Cleaning and I will hire them again!

Overall, Verde Cleaning met my expectations. During a busy moving season, they were able to schedule a move out clean for us in the time period we needed. I was grateful for the quick response and clear communication. I was not at the apartment at the time of the cleaning as we had moved out completely. Upon returning after the clean, the apartment looked great. Much cleaner upon moving out than moving in! The only reason I did not rate higher was because of something strange. When we came back to the apartment- no one else had been inside- the air conditioning was set to 50°F. The place was ice cold. Unfortunately we paid for that on our XCEL bill. In general, I would recommend these cleaners especially if you need a one time service.

Working with Verde Cleaning was wonderful from start to finish. They were incredibly proactive and accommodating about meeting my schedule. They were prompt for the cleaning which was so helpful as I had a virtual meeting start soon after they arrived. And they did an incredible job efficiently and quickly. They did a deep clean since we're having a housewarming party tomorrow and I feel such a sense of relief that our house looks so fresh and clean and cared for. They thought of all the little details like cleaning the microwave and making a bed for me that I had gotten halfway through making before I received a call. I am so appreciative for their hard work. And on a personal note, both the cleaners were so warm and professional. They were generous about my truly terrible Spanish, they had a sense of humor, and they were proactive about making sure I was happy with the job they did. While we can't afford to use cleaners on a regular basis, I would book this team if I could! And I will definitely use them again for one-off needs!

In a search to find a local cleaning service for a new short-term rental, I came across Verde. I've used them as my premier cleaner for a few months now and couldn't be happier.
