Organized, clean and windows look great!

We had Tyler and his team clean our windows and power wash the house. Everything was sparkling when they finished, inside and out!

Tyler has cleaned my windows, inside and out, for 3 years. He and his employees are professional, prompt and efficient. My windows are sparkling. I would highly recommend them.

Tyler does an amazing job cleaning windows. From the start we had an understanding of what needed to be done and when. Then it snowed and we had to pivot to a new date. He sent a reminder via text that we were on for the set date and on the day, he let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he efficiently proceeded to clean my windows inside and out, railings and the screens. Six of my windows had been replaced by the HOA and they were dirty and stained with caulk and other products. Now my windows are beautiful. It is hard to tell there is glass in the actual window because they are so clean. Thank you, Tyler.

Tyler’s crew, Edgar and Magalene, did an excellent job. They went about their work quietly and efficiently with courtesy and smiles. They are Guatemalan but between their English and my Spanish, we did fine! I’d definitely hire them again. I missed Tyler himself! but these two were really great. A+

They are great sales people. Too bad the work their employees do does not meet the sales presentation. The first deep clean I had them do for a rental turnover, items left undone include: front and back door screens filthy with dust and spider webs, lint trap in dryer full of lint, insides of laundry machines dirty, handle of fridge dirty, window tracks full of dust and debris, light fixtures filthy and full of bugs, etc. The day I informed them of the issues, even though I told them that I could not meet them that day in person, they went there and ran into the owner who was a bit blindsided by them being there without notice. They are real personable people and I liked them when I first met them, but they are making promises they don't keep.

Best cleaning service around! I hired Verde Cleaning to do a deep clean on our house and WOW they did an amazing job!! They’re very friendly, detail oriented and will take their time. They spent over 3.5 hours on my place, and it smells soo good inside now. They’re also very good with dogs and worked around me and my pup as I worked from home. I would hire Verde Cleaning again and again!

We have been using Verde Cleaning's services since 2019. Back then, we were expecting our first child and we wanted to outsource our cleaning to focus on the pregnancy and the eventual birth of our son. We were pretty impressed by the attention to detail of Verde's ladies, Claudia and Alejandra, and more recently Elizabeth. They have a checklist they follow while cleaning our house. On top of that, they take care of tasks such as tidying up the rooms, loading the laundry, wiping down the wall or furniture pieces etc. The owner, Patty, is equally great in the off chance that she has to cover for one of her employees. She seems to have a great rapport with her employees and clearly leads by example.

We specifically also want to share our experience with each other through the hard times of the pandemic days. We greatly appreciated that they showed up at our place covered head to toe in a "clean room" type safety gear during the initial hardest days of covid. We in turn went for walks to allow them accessibility for efficient cleaning. They stuck by us during that time. They increased their cleaning scope, in that they sanitized door knobs, vents etc. We have been through thick and thin and we cannot imagine not having Verde coming to our place every other Friday to perform their fabulous cleaning services.

We will definitely rate them 5 stars and highly recommend them. It is because of them that we have an order and cleanliness as a part of our routine. Come rain, snow, sun, wind anything, Verde is always there for us.
