This is by far the best restoration company I have ever worked with. Kyle & Edwin are both incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They have done everything from replacing damaged drop tile to flood remediation and all of their work is A1.

I worked with Andrew at Lyon Restoration to repair my home from a house fire in 2023. Overall I am highly pleased with the services I received. Just some context. I originally hired Abbots Restoration and because of commitment issues, billing mistakes and the their inability to stick to their word I ultimately let them go and hired Lyon. What I can tell you is that they are FAST. They repaired my entire garage, part of the home that shared walls with the garage, a section of my roof, and my entire electrical system all within 2-3 months. When they gave me a timeline they stuck to it and the bill they gave me form day 1 was what they ultimately charged me after the home was rebuilt. I could not be happier. They managed all the supplemental repairs with insurance and made sure i didn't come out of pocket for anything. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Highly recommend Lyon Restoration! They are very professional, prompt, courteous, and do an amazing job. They completed a large project from start to finish in an extremely timely fashion. I was quite impressed with their work product at every stage including framing, window installation, electrical, drywall, flooring, painting, doors/trim, and more they helped us with. Lyon Restoration did an amazing job for us. They were quick to respond to our need and did outstanding work in every phase of the project. Our project had several issues to be addressed (burst pipe, water standing on concrete flooring, water soaked into carpet, sheetrock issues, asbestos problems, complications with existing plumbing, drainage concerns, lots of furniture and supplies to relocate) and they expertly tackled them all. I recommend them without any hesitation at all.

I had the best service from Lyon restoration, anytime I had a question Sheila, the operations manager was a joy to work with. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very kind even though I had many questions. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with Lyon Restoration was disappointing. I spoke with the operations manager, Sheila, and found her to be dismissive and unwilling to listen to other perspectives. It felt like she wanted everything done her way without considering input from others. I hope the company focuses more on respectful communication and collaboration with people they interact with.

Needs better leadership and collaboration
My interactions with Lyon Restoration suggested a lack of collaborative leadership. Decisions appeared centralized around the operations manager, Sheila, and there wasn’t much openness to input from others. I hope the company works on more inclusive decision-making and respectful communication.

Edwin handled our job and did a great job throughout the process. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and very thorough. Everything was explained clearly and completed as expected. Would recommend Lyon based on this experience.

Lyon Restoration was such a pleasure to work with. We had our basement finished recently, and every person who came to work was professional and kind. Each trade was a master of their skill! The work was done quickly and with no mess to clean up after. Furthermore, as a woman who works from home and is often hesitant to have strangers in the house, I felt EXTREMELY comfortable with each person working throughout the day. I would recommend Lyon to any family or friend!

I’ve use Leland and his guys for several years for a ton of remodeling and repairs around my house and business. Great work, you get what you pay for with these guys. Done numerous repairs from installing heaters, electrical, garage door repair, house remodeling, even building me a GIANT shed. Really do awesome work couldn’t ask for a more down to earth, honest guy. Shoots is straight with you. I’ll continue to use him over any other contractor.

My husband and I have used Leland and his crews for both bathroom remodels; kitchen remodel; window replacement; and hardwood floor installment. He replaced exterior decking and roof replacement. We are extremely satisfied with his quality of work and timeliness. Our level of trust with Leland is more than we could have with other contractors.

We have used Your Generals on three different occasions. The first time we had to completely take the roof structure off of our old house and replace it with new trusses - a major project. The project required an engineer due to so many issues which Leland himself solved for the engineer. The second was due to a water problem on the inside of our house which destroyed four rooms of the house. The insurance company tried to tell us some things were just fine and didn’t need to be fixed but Leland fought with them on our behalf so the insurance company wasn’t able to Under cover us. The third was new roofing where Leland provided us with a heavier duty shingle to better protect against hail. We are certain we will not work with another contractor. Leland and his staff are professional, courteous, clean, perform their craft with precision and above all Leland is honest.

Leland Moore General Contractor and his company remodeled our very outdated church kitchen. They were awesome to have on site. They did exactly what they promised in a timely, professional manner and we are delighted by our beautiful new kitchen.

Leland Moore is a hard working, trustworthy, reliable contractor. We have hired him for three separate jobs on our home. His work is spot on. He does not cut corners and takes pride in the work he does.

He also came to the rescue of my mother when her house caught on fire. Her entire home had to be redone, and the end product was beautiful.
He advocated for her with the insurance company to make sure she was made whole. I will forever be grateful. !

I have known Leland Moore for over 20 years. Leland is the best contractor my wife and I have ever used. We have used him for multiple jobs during this time. In 2000, he installed windows in our home. We had been so happy with his work that in 2005, we hired him to complete a master suite and garage addition. In 2018, we contracted with Leland for a new kitchen remodel. It came out beautiful.

Leland Moore did an excellent renovation of the kitchen in our Green Mountain Presbyterian church. We recently had a radon scare after our home inspector found levels above the EPA recommended standard—definitely not the kind of surprise you want when moving into a new home. Thankfully, John Branan from Advanced Radon Mitigation came to the rescue.

John was fantastic from the start, and even had a great sense of humor. He took the time to walk us through the entire process in plain English (no confusing jargon), answered all our questions, and provided a very reasonable quote.

Steven, the installer, absolutely knocked it out of the park. His workmanship was top-notch, the installation was clean and efficient, and he clearly takes pride in doing things right the first time.
