Great experience all around. I contacted 3 different companies for a Whole House Fan install. All three were around the same price but what stood out to me was the communication from Colorado Home Services. They kept me updated on everything and everyone I have spoken to there, from schedulers to installation techs have been friendly and helpful.

On time, courteous, efficient, polite, left everything cleaned. Gave opportunities to ask questions, explained how the breaker and "switch" worked. Great service, great company.

Eddie and Kotah did a great job on installing my solar attic fan! Both were very personable and even went the extra mile to fix a poorly wired light switch. I don't hesitate to recommend them for installation work.

Eddie and Tim were the best technicians to install my light fixtures properly... So please with the job they did and explaining everything through out the process.

We are loving our Quiet Cool attic fan. We already had one for our whole house. We added one for our bedroom and gable fan. Eddie was our installer and he was skilled and polite. Before he arrived I received a text confirming our installation and giving us the installers name and a photo. Very professional.

Carl and his partner from Colorado home Services did a fantastic job for us today! They installed 3 ceiling fans, diagnosed and fixed a wonky light, updated 4 outlets and replaced an outdoor motion light.
They were right on time, cleaned up after the work and were great at letting us know how the work was progressing.
I will definitely call CHS and ask for Carl the next time I need electrical work done

Eddie and Kotah were awesome. They were polite, friendly and answered any questions I had. Eddie showed me pictures of how they repaired the roof after taking off the swamp cooler. I had questions about the insulation in my attic Kotah didn’t try to upsell me on insulation. He showed me a video of the insulation in my attic and said I had plenty to meet all requirements. They also cleaned up after they left so I didn’t have a big mess to clean up. They were a great team and I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service quality, professionalism, and product. Jordan knew his trade and was awesome! My house fans now whispers in the background rather than rumbling the house! Today the home service inspection team came by and were incredibly thorough! I appreciated their recommendations for improving the home' electrical and insulation.

Beginning with my initial phone call, everyone was professional and efficient. Received great explanation of service. Had install scheduled for a couple of days after that call. Jordan and Kotah did excellent job of installing fan. Again, they were pleasant, professional and efficient. Arrived right on schedule, had our old fan removed and new fan installed in about 2 1/2 hours. Completely cleaned up afterward. great job!

My electrician has done a great job for me twice now. He showed up on time, was very careful to keep the work area clean, explained the work he was going to accomplish, finished when he said and the job was completed accurately. O appreciate his hard work

Very nice people! However I was a little disappointed on the clean. For how expensive the service was I thought they would have taken the off the vent cover to really clean the fan. They were here less than 30 minutes. They were able to clean above it which was nice but the whole reason I didn’t clean it myself is because of my allergies and asthma and underneath is really where you can see the dust.

Jordan and the other tech were great. Personable and nice. Spent some time taking off a very old swamp cooler from our roof. Made sure that our roofing was patched and work area were cleaned up. We really appreciated the work Colorado Home Services did for us. Also working with Kyle for weeks to get scheduled and helping us throughout our move. Thank you!

Jordan Lucero from Colorado Home Services did an energy audit in our home a few days ago.
He was very personable, professional, thorough, checking everything in the house, windows, doors, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, the furnace, the AC, all the appliances, checked for gas leaks in the furnace and water heater, performed a blower door test, then using the temperature detector checked the entire house to identify potential air leaks. I followed along and it was very interesting to see the temperature variations around windows, electrical outlets, ceiling light fixtures, etc.
Jordan did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and answering all my questions.
I am glad I had the service done.

David, Kyle and Quin were great! I had a lot of questions and specific concerns to get the house fan installed. They patiently answered my questions throughout the process. David was knowledgeable, detailed and serious about making sure the install went smoothly and I very much appreciated that. My only only complaint (which was also successfully addressed) was that once a quote is created, the constant messages start. Kyle turned that setting off - so be aware you can ask for it to be turned off. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Colorado Home Services did an energy audit and then added insulation and some new smoke detectors. The work was professional and the workers were clean and professional. I would recommend their work to anyone.
