Terrible, terrible company. There drivers are unsafe, ride your bumper and flip you off when they pass you. Highly disrespectful and not professional. My passenger took a picture of the man who did this, including showing him on his phone while driving and his license plate number showing the company name and phone number. I will be reporting him further.

A stand up company that puts honesty and commitment to heart. To make a long story short they got us out of a pretty hairy situation. I with more companies still held themselves to this level of dependability . Thanks again!

I haven't gotten there services. But Just about got hit on my bike while in a crosswalk by someone in a encore company truck and he just kept speeding on.

To the driver with license plate DXD-L95. Next time you want to be a reckless driver dont do it in a company vehicle. Show's how low your core values are to the company and the safety of others on the road.

Ric and his team were wonderful to work with. They took me thru the steps necessary to complete the project of upgrading the electrical panel. They showed up on time and got the project completed in a day, scheduled the inspector and got it approved shortly after that. I would definitely recommend High West Electric for any electrical jobs you may need help with. We would definitely use them again!!

High West did a nice job at my place, with a reasonable price for a panel upgrade and some other smaller indoor and outdoor electric work. While on the job, they were also able to give a great quote on installation of a Quiet Cool whole house fan (I'd shopped around and found everyone else to be around $800 higher), and installed it the next day! Good communication, good crew, good experience.

From the time I got on the phone to schedule an appointment with High West Electric they alerted me to new code requirements which might impact my job. Their communication was excellent via phone, text and email. Ric was professional, careful to explain the situation, respectful of my choices, and made himself available for questions. While he was in my home I requested help with two other electrical issues. I am sure that I will contact High West Electric in the future.

I've used High West Electric for my electrical needs for the past few years. Their entire team, especially Ric and Travis, are highly professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended. I had a tight timeline to get the Denver refunds for electric cars, and after contacting over 10 electricians and getting quotes from 5 of them, High West won by a long shot. They moved my electric panel from the back of my house to my garage, and laid everything in the trench so all the overhead wires went away. Sara shuffled things around and ensured that we got scheduled on the last day of the rebate - whew! They were responsive, easy to work with, and willing to go the extra mile.

The on-site manager Travis gave me options for how I wanted our Chargepoint to be installed, and gave me the pros and cons of each. He let me know that he could drill through the joists at no extra cost versus having ugly wiring below the ceiling - an easy decision!

Then, since my house is in a Landmark area, they handled the extra paperwork to go through the Landmark process, and we passed the inspection with ease. They were a delight to work with, and I recommend them unreservedly.

I felt Ric was the most honest out of all the people that bid the job to upgrade my panel and fix some outlet issues. The bid was competitive. The work passed inspection on the first try and their communication from the beginning was great. I will use them again.

Travis did a thorough job checking out all the wiring in my older home and came up with a good plan to get my wiring updated. He was friendly and very helpful. Customer service is exceptional, both with Travis and Sarah who does the scheduling. Highly recommend them.

They are a family-owned and, located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. I prefer to support our local business community, whenever possible. Loved that they give me a two-hour window instead of a four-hour timeframe. Great communication skills paired with professional work. Scheduling was a breeze and the electricians were extremely professional, highly competent and very personable. Five star service for sure.

It's so refreshing to have a purely positive experience with a company. High West was fair, honest, thorough, communicative and prompt. They explained everything they found in my 80-year-old house and did not try to upsell me on non-essential things. The work we agreed upon was done well and within our budget. I will definitely be using them again.

High West Electric was amazing and would definitely recommend them! I had an issue with power not working properly in my house. The technician came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the appropriate repairs. They were very professional, communicated frequently and were clear and up front about costs. This is my second time using them and will continue to use them in the future.

Ric, Sara and Travis arrived on time (great news for a working Momma!) and were very professional. The two outdoor outlets that were installed/updated took them no time at all to complete! They were friendly, kind and personable even when my 4 year old wanted to "help out". The finished product exceeded my expectations - so much so that I would love for them to come back once our kitchen remodel is planned. I am relieved that I now have my GO TO electrician! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
