Ric and his team are great! Power to our garage was installed by someone else about a year ago and then stopped working. Ric and his team came out and cleaned up all the electrical work and restored power to our garage in a professional and timely fashion. They are responsible and receptive to your calls and needs. Thank you for taking care of our electrical needs! We trust them to do all electrical work in the future.

Ric helped me out of a jam today - I discovered some potentially dangerous, damaged wiring while replacing a dishwasher. Sara was very responsive on the phone to send Ric over to diagnose the problem and map a fix. Ric bent his very busy schedule to accommodate us later the same day. He returned with Chris a couple of hours later and they teamed up to dominate the problem and install a safe GFCI outlet under the sink. No more hand washing dishes for us (thank god). Very impressed by the sense of urgency and quality work.

At every turn, High West sent a text with arrival info and proceeded to meet these windows. They quickly emailed a detailed work order for approval and settled up a as promised after completing work (at very reasonable rates). They are also personable folks to boot. A pleasure to work with Ric, Sara, and Chris…these guys have integrity.

Great company! Showed up 10 minutes after I called for loss of power in my garage, and it was a Friday afternoon. Super professional, wonderful service. They also previously installed an EV charger at my house and made sure to help me get the Denver rebate. Great communication and scheduling. Would highly recommend. Ric and Reid came by this morning to fix some issues with our oven and other circuits tripping unexpectedly. They thoroughly checked all connections, troubleshot this issue, and communicated everything they were doing. Their professionalism was top-notch and impressive, and I will only call them for any future electrical needs.
