Excellent customer service! We messed up our appointment time and assumed MMF&C was coming a week early. They were very friendly in explaining we were a week early. We indicated we had taken time off work to be at our home for the appointment. The MMF&C team scrambled to get a technician over right away. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about our fire place. Thanks for working around with us and optimizing our time!

Great service! They took the time to explain everything I needed, including how to install it myself. Delivery guys were awesome as well. One part was missed and they arranged to have it delivered to my house in 2 days.

Can’t say enough about these guys. Was here for 2 hrs trouble shooting but figured it out and they came with the new motherboard and fixed it. Very courteous and put down runners as not to leave a mess. Would definitely use again but hopefully won’t have to. 😉

Travis and Bruce arrived promptly to do the sweep of our wood burning insert and chimney (installed by Mountain Man a few years ago). They did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting everything and were courteous and thoughtful (making sure to not let the houdini cat out the front door). Our experiences over the last several years have always been positive. The people at Mountain Man Fireplace and Chimney are very knowledgeable and experienced. They helped us deal with a creosote buildup (from previous owners of the house) and replace a dangerous wood burning insert with one that has functioned well and efficiently for several years.

I called them today to install an existing pellet stove that I bought and planned to install myself. Unfortunately, I don't have the time I thought I did due to family emergencies. When I called they were very nice answering my questions. Unfortunately, they do not install a pellet stove if previously purchased somewhere else which makes perfectly sense to me. However, they did refer me to some that does. Very happy that I didn't get left high and dry. I highly recommend speaking with them. This is how customer service should be.

I have a chalet style house with a steep pitched roof, Mountain man fireplace and chimney has been servicing the chimney for about four years now. Each service tech that comes out is very professional and completes the job even though it is very difficult. I highly recommend this company to service your chimney needs.. I believe this is the best company up here in Conifer.

We called Mountain Man in to service our old wood burning stove. Pierce and Travis were extremely prompt(arrived right at the appointment time), professional, knowledgeable and gentle in suggesting that we replace the entire thing with a gas unit as it has several problems, which Pierce explained in detail, making it a hazard. Everything was left clean and exactly how I had it when they finished inspecting everything. Overall, I would highly recommend these experienced professionals!

We have been using this group for over 17 years for fireplace cleaning and installation of a second wood burning stove. They have always been stellar in service, responsiveness, knowledge. We can't really see the entire roof, so they took pictures of the areas that need tile replacement. Highly recommend!

It is with great pleasure that I'm able to share my experience with a recent service call conducted by Dylan, your service technician. To begin with, Dylan showed great care when it came to protecting the work area with multiple drop cloths. He treated the work area as if it were his own home. His technical expertise was extremely thorough as evidenced by his disassembly of the back of the pellet stove to examine the functionality of the key components. Dylan also took photographs and notes on our unit for future reference and to document what was done so we have a timeline for necessary future maintenance. This was our first interaction with Mountain Man Fireplace in Evergreen, CO and I plan to stay with them because of their high professional standard in doing a job correctly.

When I moved into my new home five months ago, I realized that I wanted two things: a modern, high quality Mendota gas fireplace that would not only "vent" fireplace heat into my spacious living room, but look beautiful and create a central focal point for the entire room. The latter was accomplished by placing the "Tuscany" stonework from the hearth to the ten-foot ceiling, highlighted only by the new modern mantel and fireplace frame. The results are stunningly beautiful. The fireplace wall is now the welcoming center of the room. But I am also pleased because I deliberately chose a company that knows its business, carries high quality products, and cares deeply that each customer is satisfied. I was well assisted in a long initial appointment with their sales manager and found each member of their installation team to be friendly, courteous, and precise in their work. I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They installed an insert for us and repaired the cracks in our chimney all in one day. Their work is excellent and are always happy to answer any questions.
