My family has used Mountain Man Fireplace for many years and all of our experienced have been excellent. Jake put in a new insert for me 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. I can always count on Jake and his crew for excellent advice and professional, courteous service. Pierce, Chris and Ben were here today, and iprovided excellent, service, as always. I highly recommend them.

Mountain Hearth & Patio is an excellent company. The service team was outstanding, from initial contact through freestanding gas stove installation.

Bambi, Megan and Desiree kept the communications lines flowing and they proactively informed us of the project status at each critical phase. We definitely felt like we were valued customers and well looked after.

For the chimney inspection, Reana and her team arrived exactly on time and were a pleasure to work with. Reana diligently explained the process we were going through, answered all of our questions and we knew we were in the care of a knowledgeable, friendly professional.

On installation day, the wonderful service continued; Nick and his team were excellent. They arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently and made the entire gas stove installation process a pleasurable experience. Like Reana, Nick is a true professional: knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He and his team showed interest in answering our questions regarding the work they were performing, they could explain things in terms a layperson can understand and we're extremely happy with the the work they performed.

I had a gas fireplace installed by this company and receive yearly service for the past 2 years. I am so glad I choose them as I am a novice to gas fireplaces. They are always professional, courteous, efficient and so careful to protect the floors when they are working as well as leaving things spotless. They are always willing to take the time to answer my questions. This year my neighbor thought I had a potentially dangerous situation going on with the pilot light. I really value and appreciate the honesty of the technicians from Mountain Man. They came out and found that the situation was normal. They could have charged me for an unnecessary repair but they didn't and were here 5 minutes.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed our 2 gas inserts and cleaned both fireplaces and flues, as well as installed a remote start and replaced a chimney cap. Greatly improved our enjoyment of several rooms in our house in one visit. Highly recommend.

David was professional and thorough, the chimney and firebox look good as new! He also caught a problem with the firebox that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise during his inspection. Very happy with the service, the scheduling experience, and the consistent communication from the office as well. It’s great to have local teams as good as Mountain Man so close by!

I was referred to Mountain Man and happy I used them. The guys came out for a full servicing of our gas fireplace and did a great job. They were very professional (probably more than the other dozen contractors we've had out this month), respectful and didn't get so much as a black smudge anywhere. The fireplace had likely not been cleaned for 5+ years and was filthy and dangerous. It's as good as new now and I'm happy to call them back in the future for cleanings and servicing.

Exceptional! Did an outdoor gas fireplace cleaning today and my technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed an incorrect burner setup that the other technicians didn’t catch and now it’s quieter and looks great. He also explained everything in detail on what he did and the best way to operate the fireplace. Will use Mountain Man for all fireplace and chimney needs in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service/repair.

Mountain Man Fireplace & Chimney exceeded my expectations! I have a pellet stove and they were the only company in the Denver area I could find who could work on it. They fixed the stove, cleaned it out, and showed me how to work it. They even fixed a broken doorknob in my house just to be helpful. They were so easy to communicate with and very professional. I highly recommend them!

The great thing about Mountain Man Fireplace and Chimney is that in addition to prompt, professional work, they take time to educate me on proper care and use of out new to-us wood burning kitchen stove. Enjoyed Mountain Man for a decade in Bailey so when we got a new place they were top of mind.

came out, Darius, Reanna, Dylan and David, and of course Bambi who set up all the dates and appointments. They were here to work, did an excellent job, from the tarps at the front door to the last clean up
at the end of their job. They are courteous, respectful, and committed to excellence. These employees make a difference and are peak performers,
everyone of them are dedicated employees with a positive attitude. It starts at the top with the owner Jake, he knows how to run and manage a successful business, it shows in his employees, with his positive attitude
it streams down to his employees.

Called Wednesday. Polite, efficient lady got me scheduled Thursday. I was hoping it would be within a week.

David arrived right in time, laid out floor protection, put on booties to keep things clean. Diagnosed and fixed the issues. Explained what happened and why and all working as new.

So unless you do not like professional service, competent technician, and decent pricing, then call this business for any fireplace need. They’ve earned my future business and I am sure they will earn yours.

The insert is beautiful! Jeremy did a fantastic job with the installation. Everything was cleaned up when he was finished, and he sent us pictures of the chimney repair. He patiently answered our questions and explained how to use the remote. Every time we have called the office the staff has been very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend them!

I’ve been using Mountain Man since I bought this condo with a wood burning fireplace. It has always been a great experience! Cameron and Braydon were here today and did a thorough inspection and cleaning. So friendly and respectful of property and they cleaned up after. I always feel safe when burning because I use them. I would highly recommend Mountain Man!

Had the opportunity recently to interact with Jake (owner), Liz (office) and Jeremy (technician) in the purchase and installation of a new gas fireplace. We also had our two chimneys cleaned and repaired. Everyone was courteous, considerate and professional. Jeremy went above and beyond to remove our old, very heavy woodburner insert and then worked tirelessly to install the new gas fireplace, a Kozy Heat Nordic 29i.
