Shawn came out on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my wood-burning chimney. He also did a quick inspection which ended up showing that the pipe (which is old) was still well sealed, and gave me a couple of estimates on hooking up a gas ignition line. Very reasonably priced - I will have them back every year.

Ron and Gil were the best! Ron worked around the deposit so we both were ready to proceed. Gil demo'd the broken brick and concrete, and cleaned up the debris in one day. He returned with the chase cover and installation was complete in another day. I asked Ron if Gil could paint the new brick and chimney flu areas and Gil came back and had it done in less than hour. I am so pleased with the end result, it looks like a new chimney! I highly recommend AR Chimney Pros; make sure you ask for Ron.

Shawn did a phenomenal job cleaning our chimney. He went above and beyond to take care of a yellow jacket nest on our roof and was extremely professional.

Ron and his trainee were polite and professional. They informed me that I needed a deep cleaning which was 5 times what I expected to pay. They showed me videos and pictures of my chimney. They left everything clean when they left.

I called earlier this week to have my brand-new wood fireplace insert cleaned. The AR came out the same week for both the estimate and the sweep, which was super convenient. They kept in touch via text and phone to coordinate times, making the whole process smooth. My previous company I used no longer services the Denver metro area—wood burning seems to be less common around here lately. But I love my wood burner in the winter and want to keep it in great shape! I would recommend AR for quick and convenient fireplace sweeps.

I used them for an inspection and chimney cleaning. Scheduling was very easy over the phone. Shawn was punctual, very professional, and courteous. He caught a poor repair job and documented the whole thing in a report for me. He efficiently cleaned the chimney while fielding a series of questions I had, he is very knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable, especially given the service. Will use them again and I highly recommend them.

They showed up a little after their 2 hour window time but did call to let us know but never sent us a quote or pictures or anything to do with what needed to be done. Just looked and said the price was 400 something then changed to 1,000 something. Will be using someone else as I’m not impressed.

Two stars instead of one because the office personnel were helpful and easy to communicate with. Other than that I would have given a one star review. The technicians must have thought I was dumb or something because they quoted me “if we can’t get the stage 3 residue off it’s free otherwise it’s $750”. And stage 3 is heavy creosote and extensively dirty for those unaware. I’m no chimney expert BUT it was clearly stage 1 at best so just mildly dirty. And given a “if, then” quote is extremely unprofessional as well as the technicians being dressed in gym clothes I was already skeptical of the professionalism. Got another quote from another chimney sweep stating my chimney was far from stage 3 as I suspected and was able to get it cleaned and inspected for a fraction less f the $750 “if, then” quote from this business. BEWARE this company may try to scam you. When I turned down the cleaning the technicians also warned me how extremely dangerous it is to have a fire in the current condition my chimney was in so fear is also a tactic used here. Maybe I got some bad technicians I’m not sure but really bad look for AR Chimney and I will never reach out to them again.

We contacted AR Chimney Pros to fix our leaky chimney. Ben assessed the top of our chimney and determined it needed a new (what I call) cap. We were given options and decided on a custom metal cover/cap, which was made and installed within a few days and just in time! It rained the next few days after installation, and NO LEAKS!! I am very impressed by the entire team. The caulking job doesn't look perfect, but no one can see it, and it works!! I'm so glad I chose AR Chimney Pros!

We had our yearly cleaning done today. Our 1st experience with AR . Probably the best yearly tune up we have ever had. They were on time, had knowledge of the tune up. AR Chimney Pros were super professional and completely honest and upfront with costs and what would be done and how it would be accomplished. Cleanup was just as we hoped, too. We had our chimney crown repaired, brick waterproofed, flue cleaned and total cleanup. All good and would recommend to anyone.

I have a wood burning fireplace that got a half-assed cleaning from another company last year, and that's being generous. I'm not sure they did much of anything.
Anyway, Ben from AR Chimney Pros came by today, inspected closely, explained that the creosote build up was an "extreme fire danger" and showed me exactly what he saw that made him arrive at that assessment. We discussed options to clean it and he helped me make a decision that was affordable, not upselling me me on the significantly more expensive option. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just seemed like a really good dude. I will not go anywhere else for chimney care. AR Chimney Pros has my business for as long as I am in this home and burning hydrocarbons.

I used this place to clean and repair our wood burning fireplace in Nov 2025. Seemed like fair price and friendly service with Matt. However, I just got an email from one of their other costumers saying AR Chimney Pros sent them my personal info in an email multiple times and AR Chimney Pros never reached out to me about this breach in security.
