I hired Fresh Air Duct Cleaning in Lakewood, CO after experiencing persistent nasal irritation. They addressed the mold they found at the coil region right away. The air feels significantly lighter after sanitization, coil cleaning, and blower cleaning. Significant progress overall.

Couldn't clean our vents because they didn't have the right equipment. :(

When I called they were not the right place to help with my needs at that time but the person that answered was very helpful an assisted me with the name of a. Company that could assist me. I appreciated the customer service.

Our Landlord hired them to clean out our ducts.
They damaged the top of our dryer and somehow managed to disconnect our dryer vent.

I wish I could give this business a lesser rating then 1 star. unfortunately, I used this company for my business property, and the owner is horrible to work with. was getting my annual vent cleanings, showed his team and the owner my 5,500 square ft building. The team that was provided was definitely not big enough for this amount of space, and they failed to finish the job. I reached out to the owner via email requesting for them to come back and finish the job to receive payment. 2 months later I received a phone call asking why "I was worried about 2 vents" this is not a company anyone wants to do business with if you want the job COMPLETED or done WELL.
