After owning a rental for 12years, I decided to put it on the market for sale. Once the house became available and going through it, I was amazed as to how dirity the air system was!! I didn't think that they could possibly become clean and clear again.

After Jason was finish, it was overwhelming as to how I could breath 🫁 without a mask and coughing. Even more so, the house felt clean. I highly recommended Rocky Mountain Clean Air to everyone who wants a quality standard of living.

They don't pay their advertising bills. They owe us over $5,000.00 from 2022. They continually made promised to pay and never did. We were forced to pull their ad. As a small local business, this was a big blow. Any company that lies and promised to pay it's bill only to keep you running their ads until you simply cannot carry their debt any longer should not be used or trusted. Ask Erik Schweitzer why they refused to pay their advertising bills? They got tons of calls of the ads we ran for them as we have call tracking on the ad. They continued to take the calls all while not paying their bill. We now have to take them to court.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! No call no show for first appointment, he came 2 days later, used a brush only to clean the dryer vent, a lot of lint did come out. He left without testing his work. There is still a blockage in my vent and I cant not just have my Dryer not attached to the vent.. I called them AGAIN to come back out to figure out what is blocking this vent, The technician called me an hour after he was supposed to be here and said that he did his job and there is nothing else he can do for me. ???WHAT??? NO you did not do your job. ITS STILL BLOCKED. I will be calling a different company to hopefully do their job for them.

I called and talked to Crystal she was very informative and very nice on the phone. I asked her if she could answer a few questions and she was happy to. I asked how long they had been in business and she said 25 plus years but they had been at their present location 7 years. I asked about their services and she said they used rotary brushes and vacumed also. They also clean the outside unit. She was very polite and nice to talk to.

Well, now I know why they were available so fast, the price information is way out of proportion. The information in their ad and on the phone where very misleading. We expected to pay around $500 dollars and were quoted $1600 after they started the job. The technician did a great job on the 10 vents that they cleaned. It is the company pricing that is a problem, not the quality of work. We were not going to pay that much for the rest of the job. We were quoted $600 from other companies! They even said that if we were willing to pay the $1600 that for our lifetime they would come back and do the the same service for only $299.

While Nick the service tech was very nice (he's just their employee), I have a real problem with a bait and switch company. Advertised price is $7.00 per vent and return but then come all the hidden charges. Why can't they just be up front at the beginning? Our estimate turned out to be more than twice what we thought we would be paying - and that was AFTER a 15% discount! Nick was sent away without doing the work. Will not recommend this company.

Had my ducts cleaned was told they use a brush and vacuum did not see one brush used charged to clean the main trunks no access was cut to clean was impossible that it was done, also charged me for cleaning my furnace and the filter cabin still has dust in it, makes me question how clean the ducts are after seeing that. Definitely like to upsell their services thankfully I didn't commit to more services. I will definitely be using a different company next time.

Worst company I ever tried to use. Scheduled them to come clean our vents a week in advance and took off work only to have them notify us that morning that their tech called in and they would have to reschedule 1 week later. We rescheduled and took more time off of work, we received phone confirmation the day prior to our appointment that they would be out to service our needs and we even followed up the morning of the service to reconfirm. 20 minutes before the end of their 2 hour arrival window they called with another excuse that they would have to reschedule again. We cancelled the service as I refuse to do business with such unreliable companies. Now after 3 weeks of waiting, having our home in disarray and losing 2 days of employment we need to start over. Thanks for nothing.

False Advertising. Unprofessional Management of Property. Safety Concerns. We had an appointment set up to get our ducts cleaned & were told over the phone at scheduling that it was going to cost us $150. Point blank. No "additional charges may incur" etc. Then, AFTER the guys had removed all of our vents that there were a lot more charges & this was going to cost over $400 for the lowest "package". The manager gave approval for 20% off of some items still costing over $300, OR they could do $150 worth but our house would only be 40% clean. Not worth it. We said no, asked them to replace the vents & head on their way. When they left our home they left ALL of our baseboard register covers mangled. we now have 9 Bent, cracked & gapped with sharp edges that need to be replace. I have a 1 yr old who has access to almost all covers & could easily cut himself on what is left of our covers. I have reached out by phone & email but haven't gotten any response from the company apology or otherwise.

Biggest rip off ever! Tried to charge $1800 to clean our vents and furnace lines, after quoting us $225 originally. I told the guy to stop after I found out what they were charging, and he still made us pay $800 for only 3 hours of work (and acted like he was doing us a favor). Over $250 an hour?? Did they hire an MD to clean my vents or something?? The owner gave us an attitude on the phone and didn't even give us the 15% discount they had promised for canceling on us the other day! Such a scam!

Nathan did an excellent job cleaning all of our vents and returns as well as thoroughly cleaning our entire system, all of which was long overdue. The cost to perform the work was a bit more than I’d originally anticipated, but after seeing the pictures of what our vents and system looked like, the after results were well worth it. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Clean Air if you need your home system cleaned.

Classic bait and switch. Got a coupon in the mail. $7 per vent plus $69 per Return Main, with one of the Return Mains free. I was expecting to pay under $200.

The estimate ended up being around $1,600. After declining their platinum service, I ended up paying $420 because they told me I had four Return Mains. I had my furnace maintenanced shortly after and the furnace company said we had two Return Mains. So either Rocky Mountain Clean Air is unable to identify the number of Return Mains on a system or they scammed us. I'm assuming the latter.

I would never use them again or recommend them.

Thank you to all others who have left their honest one star reviews of this company! We had all the same bad experiences with Rocky Mountain Clean Air as everyone else - first appointment they cancelled and rescheduled, 2ND appointment they also cancelled and rescheduled. On the day of our 3RD appointment, I had to call to see if it was going to be a no call no show. Technician finally called back and said he was in Aurora and would make it to us right at the end of our appt window, but with when he called there was no way he would have been on time. How is someone you’ve rescheduled twice not your first appointment of the day the third time around!? It caused me to read others reviews and I’m glad I did. I hope my review also saves another person from being hoodwinked by this business.

Nathan cleaned all our air intake and vents. Nathan did an exceptional job and thoroughly explain what he was going to do. Nathan educated me on the process and the recommendations to keep the air in my house clean and sanitized. Great Deal for the services provided compared to the other quotes I received. Not to mention his professionalism and and friendly conversation as he was working. Highly recommended if you need your vents and system thoroughly cleaned!
