The air is noticeably better/great in our house after we had our house serviced by Nathan with RMCA.

Honest. Knew their trade. Took great care of us. Wonderful to have clean air with clean ducts!

Beware. Did not clean vents that they said they did. Left my floors a mess. Installed registers in backwards where they would not function. Tried contacting them and they keep hanging up.

I made an appointment they said they would be here between two and five no one called no one showed I called and they said they didn’t know what happened I took off the day from work this is not a reliable company I would never use them ever in my opinion.

This 40+ year home had never been cleaned before. Nate took care of everything and we are looking forward to living cleaner greener lives.

So I made a appointment two weeks ago for today 9/14/19 they said they would be here between 1-4 still waiting it’s 4:45!!! They pulled a no show wow I’ve had my cat in a cage waiting maybe they don’t care but I do !! what a messed up way to do business!!

Very happy with the service we received last week Nathan and the guys at Rocky Mountain Clean Air know what there doing when it comes to cleaning your air ducts!!!

This company is absolutely horrible!!! They over charge, don't show up for appointments, don't honor coupons they send out, customer service is horrible. We called and they left us on hold for 30 mintues because they didn't want to handle our complaint and hung up on us 3 times. I will let anyone know this place is HORRIBLE!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars!

At first when my dad told me exactly what he had done and what I paid for the job I was skeptical but last night was the first night I slept at his house since the work was done last week and I didn’t wake up congested for the first time in years he said the guy Nathan or Nate was there for over 5 hours cleaning Dad said he’s breathing better so I’m happy Great Job!!! 5 Stars!!

No-called, no-showed for a confirmed appointment. I made the appointment weeks in advance, they called me to confirm he day before, and then no one came and no one called. When I called them they couldn't say what happened and offered an opening another few weeks away. NOPE.

I had Originally rated this review higher, but a week after this person left we realized they left valves open to our ac and flooded our basement. Currently waiting for a response from management. I would highly recommend against using them

They canceled my appointment that I had to schedule weeks in advance the day before it was scheduled. I have been waiting for weeks to get my ducts cleaned before turning my system on and now I'll likely have to wait weeks again during the start of the cold season.

Our HVAC system was so dirty. We had Lee come out to clean our system and he explained everything. We saw what our ducts looked like before, ew, and after. We will definitely use Rocky Mountain Clean Air in the future!

Was scheduled to have service done on a Saturday afternoon. My appointment was confirmed the day before. Spent the day waiting for the service. After the service window closed, called the company multiple times to see what the status was. Was not able to leave any voicemails on the phone.

Chris and Garrett were very nice and professional and showed up on time. They were conscientious and didn't mind my two pets underfoot:) They spent quite a lot of time on our system and seem to have done a very thorough job.

Definitely a scam !!

the technician came over and not only didn't do the work as said perform but overcharged me and then I asked them did you clean the vent the dryer vent and he said "oh yeah my thing (vacuum) clogged three times when I was vacuuming it out "but when I ask him where the dryer vent was he didn't know where it was located. 😅The funny thing is there is no dryer vent going to the outside so that's what confused me about that.
then he tried to charge me $149 for cleaning the motor of the Furnace.... I opened it up and there was dust all over there!!
