Brian with Modern Roofing Group was the best. I needed to replace my roof due to hail damage. Due to weather conditions we had to put this job on hold several times. Brian always kept in touch and was a pleasure to work with. I had a lot of questions for Brian and he was very patient and informative. Definitely a man with great integrity. His crew had this job done in one day. Clean up was exceptional. I highly recommend this company. They show up on time, do what they said they would do and stayed on budget. 5 star rating for sure.

I called Brian on a Tuesday afternoon, he was there first thing Wednesday morning.
Got a full inspection of the roof and the necessary patches before it snowed Wednesday night.

Efficient and professional. Greatly appreciated the work and communication.

Had a small hiccup on my gutters but they came back made it right. Brian and Rubin were both extremely friendly and professional and the price was fair. Love that they're Veteran owned. Overall very pleased and I'd use them again.

Zac was a pleasure to work with. He was able to complete a driveway project of ours in Park County and it came out terrific. He came in on time and on budget. No surprises which is hard to find now a days. Highly recommended

I would give Zach more than 5 stars if I could. He spent nearly 8 hours in 3 separate trips to help me diagnose a serious backyard drainage issue, leading to water in our basement. One trip, he showed up as it was pouring rain and he helped me mitigate water, drenching wet in his rain boots and left soaked without any guaranteed work. In his 3 prior trips, he never asked for or accepted money. We finally came up with the ideal solution, he dug out my ditch and bermed the dirt so that it no longer entered neighbor's yard and mine. So far, it seems we resolved the issue! Zach is smart, honest, reasonably priced, salt of the earth, heart on his sleeve kind of guy that will do everything in his power to help you fix your issue. If you need excavation work handled, Zach is 100% your guy. 10/10, thanks again Zach!

Had a couple hiccups getting together for estimate, however they did the job on short notice. They put in a sewer line clean out. Had a bit of trouble locating sewer line but kept at it until found. Did a great job cleaning up.

I had such a great experience with Zac! Most importantly, his communication was incredible--not only was he responsive and proactive in communication with me, but he was in direct communication with other vendors (Living Water Pumps, a plumber) as well as other parties involved in the real estate transaction. He worked quickly and even addressed additional things that came up. Would definitely recommend him and Potter Excavation Services!

I paid more than half (shame on me😕) for my big plumbing job! They were supposed to be back next day. They said all 3 plumbers called in sick for a week. I was told today, all day he would be here. It is now 7 PM, he is not, they won’t answer my phone calls anymore! They texted my wife and told her he would be Friday 8 to 10. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.

Heads up do Not do business with a company that treats its customers like this. They truly have No Customer Service!!

Jackson and Casey were extremely helpful and explained the whole process from start to finish. They worked miracles with getting my roof done before the deadline of having the roof done before selling my house. I would recommend them.

Nick set an online meeting with my associate at 10 a.m this morning. I witnessed my associate clicking the link to enter the meeting at precisely 10 a.m.
The screen said waiting for host to invite you in. My associate then called Nick to tell him he needed to click the button to accept him in and got no answer. A few minutes after 10 a.m my associate received a text from Nick saying he was late so the meeting was cancelled. Taking 0 responsibility that he was at fault. They'll probably do shotty work and blame the client for it!

If you want to deal with individuals who will blame you for their own poor behavior this is the company for you!

Disregard the underneath note from the owner. They lied and said it was because I was late for the video meeting. If they would of simply said they decided not to go that route rather than telling a lie I wouldn't be writing this review. They have the integrity of a potato!

Needed Christmas lights removed from upper eaves. Nick was able to come out that afternoon. Inspected my roof and attic while he was there. Looking forward to having him back when roof needs replacing and Christmas lights restrung!
