Angela was the rep that came out to show and explain your product to us. She was very informative very personable and extremely friendly. To follow up this review. The bathrooms that we had remodeled were completed within an acceptable time frame and we are happy with the results. Our installer was very nice very efficient. However after our project was completed we wanted another grab bar installed in one of the bathrooms. We contact them and received a call back with a quote. We accepted the quote but have not heard back from them and it is now going on four weeks. When using this company be sure everything you want is done up front. There follow up later after finishing the job is terrible. It is almost like they do not care after they are done. Update past review. After speaking with the owner our request was completed two weeks later.

I would highly recommend using another company. They come in with big guns and promise you the world. I’m not going into a ton of details but let’s just say don’t fall for the trap. We’re a few months post installation and we still don’t have matching bath fixtures and our new tile floor is falling apart. This is all after they had to come fix a ton of screw ups on the initial install. They use sub contractors who they pay pennies on the dollar and the quality shows.

Terrible customer service and a gross lack of willingness to explain their various finance practices and programs. My impression is the owner is he’s a fast talker but no real concern 🙁 with customer satisfaction. Never will I recommend Renew Home Innovations. West Shore Homes was definitely more professional and never talked down to me. Besides I really got tired 😪 of hearing about the personal lives of some of Renews crew of subcontractors that they are using. Gag me with a dysfunctional lifestyle pitchfork!!

Fantastic company! They installed a beautiful shower for a great price in less than a week. The installers, John, Scotty and Jonathan were professional, on time and knowledgeable. I would use them again!!

ReNew Home Innovations exceeded expectations. Ahead of time, under budget, strong and safe final project. Excellent job, clean workspace.

Understood what I was asking for (non standard moving grab bar, through tile to studs, reinforced). They figured out how to do what others told me couldn’t be done without taking out the entire tile wall(s).

Our bath to shower conversion was awesome. Exactly as we wanted it and it was installed on schedule. Issac and Edgar did a perfect job with the installation. Beautiful!

I apologize to anyone who read my previous review and decided to use Renew Home Innovations for their remodel. There was additional plumbing needed and the owner Nick Fawkes said he would take $250 of the price for any 5 star review, up to 4 reviews/$1,000.

The comments I made about the crew are absolutely true, however, the owners and office staff are horrible to work with. I should have trusted all the previous reviews that spoke about the absolutely horrible communication! It's all true. It was a very exhausting experience. The salesman said to expect it to be a 4 day job. I figured 1 to 2 weeks was more realistic. IT TOOK 7 WEEKS.

The only saving grace of the whole experience is that the tradesmen were great and did good work, but you will need a lot of patience and a strong voice to get through the project.

We had an excellent experience with renew. From beginning to the completion. I love my two new showers. Tim was wonderful to work with as well

Tim was great on our initial visit. He showed us so many different options, making our plan for bathroom remodeling so much easier! Can't wait to get started!

I highly recommend ReNew Home Innovations to whoever is looking to get a new bathtub. We did a lot of research and found them to be the most reasonable in price and Nick helped us from the beginning and even after installation he came back to answer some of our questions and concerns.

We have had Renew Home Innovations work on 2 bathrooms for us and they have done a great job. They stuck to the timeline. The design consultant was great as well. Would definitely recommend them.

Salesman great however communication after initial contract was lacking. That was a problem. Thus the 4 stars and not 5. But the materials, contractors and workmanship were great. Very comfortable with them in the home. I do not think the cost was the least expensive nor the most expensive. That fit us fine allowing for the overall market.

From start to finish it was a great experience working with the team at ReNew Home Innovations. We worked with Christian on the front-end sales process and he was thoughtful, thorough, and had great design ideas for us. We were eager to work with them due to the material choices offered and the 12 months no interest financing option. For our contract we paid for parts and labor for bathtub removal and installation, shower and flooring. We also paid for labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lights and mirror (we paid for materials for those items). Our installer, Morgan, was a dream to work with. He communicated with us every step of the way and did an incredible high-quality job. We would easily work with this team again. Prices were also competitive for other bids we received.

ReNew understood the idea we wanted and gave good suggestions for our bathroom remodel. I love they way it turned out. Once all the materials were in, work was done faster than expected and they were professional and friendly.

I had 4 estimates for changing out my bathtub into a walking shower shower.

Saturday June 21th 2005 Will lachocki with renew home innovations installed my beautiful walk-in shower. I took a before and after. I have not used it yet since I want to clean it my way first. But I bet it will work great. Will dud a great job besides the hiccup with the grab bar it’s perfect beautiful and I love the material I picked out . Such a great look. Thank you so much

Now after I cleaned the bathroom , I found out that if I flush my toilet or my Waschmaschine drains the water it gurgles in the shower, the bottom rubber seal on the glass door is ripped and the construction trash is still in front of my garage, I called them numerous times they say let me find out and I call you back, guess what after week nobody called me back and the trash is still in front of my garage. This is not what I call good costumer service. Us because they hit my money and I can go where the sun don’t shine? I am very disappointed! Think twice about who you hirer.

So it has been now a few weeks since I had my shower remodeled by renew home innovations and still nobody stand behind there word to return phone calls not even the owner wich I talked to last week. The installer did a good job but for them to fix an issue and return phone calls that is very bad because they just don’t do it when they said they will . And I should give a 5 star ? I don’t think so, I wish they would stand behind the word and finally fix my issue and return my calls when they say they will!

The experience with RenewHome Innovations was close to perfect.
We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor
The experience from beginning to end was smooth.
The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation.
The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules.
The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available.
RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours.
Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC.
Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of each day.
Edgar and the company owner Isaac came back a few days later and painted, leaving us a perfectly beautiful new bathroom.
We are totally delighted.

The technicians was professional, polite, and efficient. The install was done in about four hours. Jessie explained the operation and maintenance cleary. I am so happy with my new furnace. It keeps the house warm. They cleaned up the work area completely. I highly recommend Renew Home Innovations for a new furnace installation.
