Andy and his team did a phenomenal job remodeling both my master and guest bathrooms! The craftsmanship, attention to details and professionalism are second to none. From Chris (sales rep) to Robert (who literally turned my dream ideas into a reality), to Rick the plumber, the entire team at Build a Bath is extremely qualified and they definitely over delivered. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Build a Bath !

Just a horrible experience from the start. We had our primary bathroom remodeled in 2021 and I am still fuming from the experience.
1. The salesman told us all of their cabinets were built in house. Ours were subcontractor to a builder in Las Vegas, NV. (Thorp Custom Cabinets)
2. The salesman said he would verify the wood with us before our cabinets were built because the salesman didn't have it with him. We got a call saying they were ready to go on our project. They ripped out our previous set up then delivered the cabinets. They were the wrong wood. When I addressed this, their solution was either take the cabinets we were given or wait 3 months for the correct cabinets at an increased cost for restocking fees.
3. The salesman must have done a shorty job on his drawing because the cabinet was designed with a 1 inch gap between the wall and counter. We have a small bathroom and a 1 inch gap is a ridiculous plan regardless. Again, we were told they could fix it or wait 3 months and pay restocking fees. The contractor put a shim in, but our backsplash wasn't designed as 1 piece because of this and they had to patch it together. Our cabinet also doesn't open fully and slams into the wall because of this. Also, this made the space around our toilet too small and it now does not meet code.
4. They sent one contractor. He required a jump from us one day to start his truck and left his beat up truck in front of our house for a couple of days because it wouldn't start. Poured dirty, thick water in our kids' bathroom toilet. I was not comfortable being in the house alone with him.
5. The grout was not mixed well in the shower and was applied sloppily. The faucet is not in the middle of the sink.
6. The drywall patching looks like something I could have done.
7. Even though we were going down to one sink, we were keeping 2 light fixtures. However, the contractor assumed we were going to one, so he made it one. They tried to charge us for this service, but we did get them to take it off after a lot of back and forth. There was no consideration for the time it took us to return and pick out new fixtures or the fact that the fixture was not the ones I really wanted.
To be honest, our bathroom looks like an unexperienced homeowner tried to flip a house for resale and it's incredibly disappointing for the cost of this bathroom.
Their customer service was atrocious. -
From start to finish we had a great experience with Build a Bath. We absolutely LOVE our remodeled bathroom. We were told it would be a 3 week remodel, but Jeffery was able to complete it (almost completely on his own!) in 2 weeks. We HIGHLY recommend Bulid a Bath and could not be happier we found them!

Build A Bath just finished putting in a new bathroom in our basement! They have been incredible to work with and have far exceeded our expectations. We had (what I thought to be) a complicated project, but they took it on with confidence and did beautiful work! All of the employees were unbelievably kind and respectful. They were very punctual, tidy with their work, and had excellent communication with us throughout the project. I wouldn't think of going with anyone else for our next bathroom installation or remodel! Thank you, Build A Bath! Five stars!

Build a Bath did an excellent job remodeling our Master Bathroom! They finished last week and we could not be happier. The job took about 6 weeks and my wife and I were on Vacation for 3 weeks of the remodel. Josh who did the tiling and cabinets install was fantastic. He kept us well informed everyday with pictures. He did an outstanding job making sure every tile was perfectly placed. Kris did an excellent job hooking up the plumbing and Derick did a great job with demolition.

Incredible remodel by B-a-B. Hand-crafted by Luis, 30-year experienced remodeler, he did everything, from tear-outs of tub/shower combo, built-in tub, shower stall, and flooring, to tiling of the same, shimming walls and installing waterproof board, installing mosaic accents, installing LVT, you name it. I'd have to write a book to detail all the work involved. R&R Plumbing, exclusive to B-a-B I understand, did an outstanding job of re-routing plumbing everywhere, and installing tub and two new Kohler Cimmaron toilets (love 'em!). The job had frequent checkups by job coordinator Jeff and owner Andy. EVERYONE was extremely helpful and responsive to every question we had. No stone was left unturned and the job was not considered done until every single speck of cleanup and finish was to our satisfaction. It all comes with a 1-year warranty anyway. I have to mention that design and job estimator Steve met us at Floor&Decor to advise on choosing tile for the job. We also used Mannington LVT that matched our other existing flooring. The new tub is a Woodbridge, shower pans are low-rise Onyx brand with linear drains at the end, not the middle. Delta shower hardware with snap-in phone shower. Oh yes! Ken Caryl Glass did the shower doors, with laser measuring and installation within 2 weeks. (They say 3-4 weeks, but were faster.) I mustn't forget office guy Dana, who was helpful also. Outstanding. I love it all.

From the design consultation to final walk through, contracting Build A Bath was a great experience. Clean, quiet, thorough and respectul of our home. We wanted a zero entry shower and the removal of our existing bathtub. They did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel.

I recently had an opportunity to work with Build A Bath to refinish our main level powder room and the kids bathroom upstairs. Build A Bath offers a straight-forward ‘check the boxes’ approach to refinishing that I really appreciated, as neither my wife nor I are designer type people and were just looking for a company that focuses on straightforward bathroom remodels. The company’s design representative came to our home and stepped us through the whole process and helped us complete the paperwork. We got on their build schedule pretty soon after we made all our design decisions and work got started. The team does a really good job of mitigating construction mess by covering carpets with a stick-down plastic and hard surfaces with cardboard. By the end of the install you wouldn’t know we had people in and out over the course of a big remodel project. Fast-forward to today when I had a chance to say goodbye to Derek the installer and express a lot of appreciation for his great work, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Now it’s time to enjoy my two new bathrooms that I’m sure will increase the value of my house and which I’ll be enjoying for some time to come. Thanks Build A Bath!

What an experience. I've worked with multiple remodel companies over the years and this one outshines them all. There are multiple areas that set them apart. I was not upsold, lied to, or promised anything they could not deliver. Pricing was more than fair and the crew took every chance to explain the work they did at every stage. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing a remodel. Tyler was absolutely a cut above the rest. This guy called at all stages making sure each decision made sense and I understood all aspects of the remodel. A+ service. Thanks again!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Build a Bath. From the very beginning, they were extremely professional and easy to work with. Communication was clear, timelines were explained upfront, and they actually followed through on everything they promised.
They remodeled both my kitchen and bathroom, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. It was great working with a local company that clearly cares about its reputation in the community. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they finished earlier than expected, which almost never happens with remodeling projects.
Price-wise, Build a Bath was more affordable than other local contractors I contacted, without cutting corners. In fact, they went above and beyond in several areas—small details, thoughtful suggestions, and extra care that really made a difference in the final result.
If you’re looking for a reliable local remodeling company that’s professional, fairly priced, and truly takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Build a Bath. I would absolutely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or neighbors. -
Build A Bath just finished remodeling my master shower, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their entire team made the experience smooth, professional, and stress‑free.
Josh showed up on time every day, kept the workspace clean, and communicated clearly throughout the project. Their craftsmanship is excellent—every detail from the tile work to the fixtures looks amazing. I highly recommend Build A Bath to anyone looking for quality workmanship and dependable service. I’m thrilled with the final product and will definitely use them again for future projects. -
I am very pleased with the project and how friendly everyone was. Not one grumpy person did I have contact with. I appreciated I could buy my fixtures from wherever I chose and have them ready for install. ReNew was able to find a bathtub for my mobile home and replace the old one! I didn't want to spend on a remodel, my goal was to replace the cracked plastic tub, but they offered to install a vanity replacement at a price I could not pass up. It is very difficult to find a company willing to quote on a mobile home project. The two installers were so professional and polite, I really enjoyed the process. The office kept me updated on my project throughout (the tub was on backorder for several weeks). I would definitely use ReNew again and recommend.

The implementation on my bathroom reno was outstanding. Isaac did a great job! He was efficient so it went fast without rushing, and the mess was kept to a minimum.
My only complaint is that they required 75% of money before scheduling, which seems high to me--especially since it was financed. I think 50% is more appropriate. -
Let me first start by saying I absolutely love my new shower. John who installed it was great and always on time and walked me through where he was at each stage. On the second day I asked them if they could add hanging a new bathroom door and replace the trim in the bathroom onto the project. John told me absolutely and to check with the project manager. That’s where the run around started. I was kept being told someone would come out to measure and then after the shower was done no one called or came out and getting a call back without repeat calls to PM was frustrating at best. Sure don’t know what his function is on the project. Funny no one noticed there is a second bathroom that needs a shower conversion and how far a little customer service would have gone to get that second bathroom project. So if you have anything more than just a shower, their claim of full remodeling is misleading on their website. They don’t paint walls or stain wood trim or doors which could be involved in a full remodel.

New Home Innovations quickly responded to my request for a quote on remodeling my bathroom.
Angela Gosling called to make an appointment to help me pick out what I wanted for the remodel. Angela did not rush me. She was so patient and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my selections. Angela also responds to my texts and she calls immediately to answers all my questions. New Home innovations will be doing my entire install. -
Mark from ReNew Home Innovations came out tonight to show us what our options are for redoing our main bathroom. He went over everything with us, made his recommendations, and showed us exactly what we would be getting. We were very happy with everything he showed us and his recommendations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting have work done on their home.

The Renew Home Innovation team is professional, detail oriented, clean and patient. Ryan is an organized and friendly project manager, who took the time to answer all of my questions, recommend options I hadn’t considered and provide finishing details above and beyond what I expected! Chris is a patient, professional and thorough technician, who walked me through the work he was planning to do each day. He made my significant other and I comfortable with him working in our home and I am extremely happy with the high quality of his work. Al the ‘counter top guy’ and Scott the plumber were also very competent and professional.
I am very pleased with the bathroom remodel and new kitchen countertops. I had a pleasant experience with everyone I met and communicated with at Renew. I plan to come back when I’m ready for my home’s next remodeling project :) -
My experience with this project had both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the quality of work met my expectations for the cost, and the project progressed quickly once started. However, I encountered an unresolved electrical issue that was not addressed, as I was informed it was outside my contract. This oversight was not communicated to me prior to the project's initiation. Additionally, I found the communication and scheduling to be inadequate, and I felt that the professionalism of the owner and his wife was lacking. I will not use ReNew again.

Nick was amazing in helping us with our renovation!
We will definitely work with him in the future on any projects we do! -
I recently met with Angela, Design Consultant about my bathroom renovation and found her to be engaging, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She's an excellent representative of ReNew Home Innovations while being an objective consultant for her customer. I won't hesitate asking for her in the future.
