We purchased a 20 year old home and have been remodeling for the last 18 months… one large awful project after another. I was expecting the bathroom remodel to be equally as awful as the rest. While no remodel project is ever without inconvenience, I have to say that Josh and Tyler at the Build a Bath team were the most respectful, timely and professional contractors I have experienced in many years. Woke up one morning to strange noises outside to find Tyler outside shoveling snow off my driveway. When I asked him why he said he didn’t want to track the snow into the house. I must have made a dozen changes to the original plan and I know that’s not easy. Josh never once acted as though it was an inconvenience and actually offered some better choices in a few situations. We had a problem with losing power to a large portion of the house after the electrician had left, that I did not discover till late Friday night. I called the office on Saturday morning expecting to get voicemail but instead got the business OWNER who ended up coming to my home 3TIMES on a Saturday before the situation was fixed. I can’t praise these folks enough. They are certainly not the cheapest option out there, but they are worth every penny. I would recommend them with confidence to my dearest friends and family.

Mark Rifkind was amazing and was very meticulous about his work! He puts his love into his job and is very thorough. He cleans up daily which was so helpful. He is very professional and does not disrupt people's lives! The bathrooms are now beautiful/amazing/gorgeous, etc. The master bath is like dying and going to Heaven! No noise anymore and very mellow and peaceful/relaxing! The alternate bath according to David/spouse is also amazing because he had/desired to be the first to use it! Jeffery was so amazing checking in to make sure all was well and did help with the initial day 1 construction. He was very cordial and professional toward us! Andy was so wonderful calling and visiting us to give us an update and checking in to make sure all was well. The plumbers were good people. They did their thing without a major disruption. All was well! Ken Caryl Glass was amazing. The door on the master shower looks spectacular. Finally, Stephen in sales was very patient with two senior citizens who had to make big decisions and took us shopping for all of the items needed. Tyler, the installer, and Jeff were awesome to work with. Tyler was on-time, polite & respectful, and did exceptional work on our bathtub and tiling. We would definitely recommend Build-a-Bath to anyone wanting to redo or renovate their bathroom.

Not the cheapest company to work with, but when it's your main bathroom, the work is detail oriented - it's worth doing it right.

There were some delays on the work, some from weather and others from materials/mis-scheduling.

Ultimately, happy with the work and would recommend the crew.

Jeff, who did our bathroom, was amazing. He was hard working, professional and friendly. He kept us up to date on what he was doing. Our finished bath is spectacular and every detail was taken care of. Jeff cleaned up everyday and there wasn't much mess at all. We were thrilled with the whole project.

Build A Bath remodeled my master bath and we couldn't be more pleased. They were so helpful and amazing all the way through the project - from Steven helping pick the materials (tiles, counters, flooring, cabinetry) through planning, installation and final touches. Even when we had a bit of a problem, they figured out a solution and were able to deliver exactly what had been planned. Jeff worked with us and was just so professional and detailed - and very patient with our questions (he was even tolerant of the cats checking out his work during the day). The project took exactly what they said it would, came in on budget and they cleaned up each day and kept the rest of the house unimpacted by all the construction. Our bathroom looks amazing - I smile every time I walk into it and its just added so much to the house! I highly recommend Build A Bath!

I had a terrible time with a previous contractor. Build a Bath came in, gave me a fair estimate for the amount of work, and were honest with the work needing to be done. They stayed on schedule and we accomodating when my work schedule made some days a bit difficult to work on the shower. Dave did a BEAUTIFUL job and my shower looks amazing. I would definitely use them again with my other shower remodel!

We worked with the guys at Build a Bath to get a full bathroom renovation. From start to finish they could not have been better. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The finished product was fantastic. These guys truly exceed all expectations and I look forward to using them again in the future.

John Nunez was the worker from BUILD A BATH that worked on my basement shower restoration which needed to be restored after another company that I had hired messed things up pretty badly. John always came in the morning and worked until he was finished with all he could do that day then he was back early the next morning to continue. He was always very friendly and answered any questions we might have. He did a great job and when he finished he cleaned everything up and was sure all the trash went into the bagster leaving my basement perhaps cleaner than it was before.
Actually everyone that was here from this company was great to work with, from Jeff the project manager to the plumbers and definitely John.
I would absolutely recommend BuildABath as a great company to work with.

Build a bath did a great job remodeling our bathroom. Tyler was fantastic - he did great work and was very professional. They started early and finished on time (if not a touch early). I only have good things to say about Build a Bath and Tyler. Thanks!

We did a remodel of our upstairs and had a bathroom added, so it was a big project. Everyone was so helpful, professional, thoughtful and patient it was a great experience.

Jeff did the bulk of the demo and construction and we highly recommend him - he works fast but is very methodical and makes sure things are perfect. Kristof was really helpful and did a great job with floor tiling and drywall.

We highly recommend Build a Bath and look forward to our future kitchen remodel with them!

We used BaB to gut and rebuild our master bath. From start to finish they were organized, open to our questions and input. They always came through on agreements, as the "what and when" always matched up. They partnered with us up front on the design and materials. Their project planning worked well for us and for them, and it gave me an added sense of confidence they knew what they were doing. Each step along the way introduced us to another member of BaB and each was professional, and informative. They started the project with laying out floor protection and caution for our home. Our installer, Josh, we want to especially call out. Josh really made the whole thing a success. He was not only a skilled craftsman but always ready to take our questions, adapt and work with us on changes we made, and all without the push back reluctance we have had with other contractors. He was thoughtful and methodical in his work and kept us informed on his daily agenda and what was coming next. Josh was careful in our house, cleaned up at end of the day, and kept the project moving along. When asked he would explain what he was doing, and when needed kept a solid communication going between us and the company. I would add that Josh often got some kudos from other subs (like plumbers) that entered the picture. The real test was the quality and finished product that looked better then we hoped and on time. Josh cleaned thoroughly when he finished and now we are ready to enjoy our new bathroom. We are very satisfied with BaB!

Build A Bath recently remodeled 2 bathrooms in our home and we would gladly recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project. The salesman (Chris) patiently helped us make many decisions, the skilled installer (Jeff) did an outstanding job, and the owner (Andy) was quick to deal with any concerns that we had. Overall, we were very happy that we chose Build A Bath for our remodeling project.

We had a full remodel done on our upstairs bathroom which included retiling of the floors and shower, existing wall modification, installation of a new steam shower, new counter and cabinets and all new plumbing fixtures. Tyler was our main contractor and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was courteous around our home, gave us continual updates and referred to us on design decisions all the way through the process. His workmanship and pride in the job was more than noticeable and greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We are completely satisfied with the remodeling of our two bathrooms. Dave did everything but the plumbing himself and was thorough, fast and clean. He did excellent finishing work and is pleasant to have in your house. Tyler is a good plumber and also courteous and pleasant. We had very little mess compared to that experienced with other jobs.
