Mitch and his crew did an amazing job. They were very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them, and I am sure we will be using them again on other projects.

Wow, we couldn’t believe how beautiful our kitchen turned out. It’s better than we imagined. Great workmanship and project management from Mitch. From the time demo started until the kitchen was done, it was two weeks. All the people he had working were top of their field guys. They were professionals and did quality work. Very detail workmanship. Mitch had great connections to quality products that we wouldn’t have known about so we bought good stuff. I will highly recommend Furnished Kitchen Remodeling to redo your kitchen.

We are thrilled with our updated kitchen. The Furnished Kitchen team was professional and did remarkable work. While there were some challenges with the cabinet manufacturer, Mitch made sure everything was followed up on and completed to our satisfaction. Thanks to you all for creating an amazing kitchen that we’ll be enjoying for many years to come.

We worked with The Furnished Kitchen Remodeling for the main floor remodel of our house, updating a half bath and completely renovating our late 1980s kitchen into something that has become both functional and stunning.

We chose Mitch because he has a unique model: Customers take a more hands-on approach to their project and purchase many of their own materials like appliances and cabinets, and also hire their own trades. While Mitch had recommendations for every piece of the project, we weren't required to use his partners, though we ended up going with his recommendations most of the time after we vetted people ourselves.

Our project consisted of pretty much everything that needs to be done to a 35-year old kitchen: cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, flooring, drywall, paint, and even windows. The entire project ended up taking about three months, which is in line with the expectations that Mitch set at the beginning. Some of TFKR's smaller projects probably take less time, and I know that they also have much larger projects that last longer. The important thing for us was that Mitch knew the size of our project and set expectations with us at the beginning about how long things would take and how much they would cost, and managed to hit those targets.

Another consideration that is incredibly important when selecting a contractor is how they handle issues when they arise, because every project will always have something go sideways, no matter how much planning goes into it. After all, you don't really know what's behind the walls in a 35-year old house until you open them up. We were impressed with how TFKR handled issues when they arose. Any time that something didn't quite work or didn't go according to plan, Mitch and his crew would consult with us and present multiple options for us to consider. In our case, the original plan was to move the ventilation from our old island, where it was a downdraft, to a wall where we could have a more traditional hood above the cooktop. Before we started demolition, Mitch came out and proposed three possible routes to get the ductwork from the hood to the outside. By the time we opened up the walls, Plan A and Plan B were out the window, but Plan C worked with one caveat: We had to exchange our hood insert that we had already purchased. Mitch did a lot of work behind the scenes with the appliance company to help us make sure we could swap one hood insert for another and not have the original one sitting unused in our garage. This could have gone very differently, and I think it speaks volumes to how TFKR runs its projects and to the relationships that they have with their vendors.

Of course, Mitch wasn't the only person who worked on our project. The crew: Matt, Nait, and others were always on time, communicated exactly what they were doing and why, and were just generally nice guys to be around. Believe me, if someone is in your house on and off for three months straight, it's important that you actually like them.

TFKR's finish work is also top-notch. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, we asked them to build some floating shelves in our den, and to add casing to the windows that we had replaced. Both of these smaller projects turned out beautifully, and with excellent attention to detail.

We're thrilled with how everything turned out, and will definitely keep The Furnished Kitchen Remodeling at the top of our list for our future projects.

I'm so glad we found Mitch and his crew to do our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen has been completely transformed, it had the original 1970's cabinets and was very dark, they moved things around to make it more functional. I loved all the advice Mitch had to offer, he was truly the expert in everything he suggested. Mitch works with some of the most knowledgeable contractors that take their work very serious, we loved knowing that we were getting the best every time someone entered our home. We have a bathroom that needs to be remodeled as well, we know exactly who we are going to contact to do the job. If you are considering a remodel job big or small do yourself a favor and reach out to Mitch, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mitch and Dallas for our beautiful kitchen, we love it so much!!

Mitch installed our kitchen cabinets as well as crown molding and edging on the top and on the support post we had to install. Everything was done with perfection. Mitch is certainly good at what he does and is very knowledgeable about anything in your kitchen. I highly recommend him.

Mitch and his crew did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel!! Mitch has vetted an excellent list of sub-contractors who work together seamlessly! Each person exceeded our expectations and listened carefully to our concerns. His work is extremely high quality and they paid attention to all the little details. This is our first house remodel project where every item was done with care and the work feels complete! We will be definitely hiring Mitch for any bathroom remodel projects in the future and have already given our envious friends his contact information!!

We recommend Hallie and her team at 328 Design wholeheartedly! They did a full gut renovation of an old home in Congress Park for us and we absolutely love it. Hallie's designs are so thoughtful and after having lived in the home for a year, we have yet to find something we wish we would have done differently. Any construction project (and certainly one as significant as ours was) is going to cost more than you hope and have many challenges. If you can accept that as a part of the territory of doing a construction project, then Hallie is the person you want guiding you through that process. She's seen it all and is a great problem solver when the problems keep on coming. We would work with 328 Design again without reservation.

Choose 328 Design Group- Don't think twice!
Hallie and her talented team took us from the Pulte Design Center through full fruition of the most beautifully designed home we have ever lived in.
Hallie is not only creative, she is also a remarkably talented business owner. Equally skilled in design and spacial creativeness as well as efficient and organized.
We purchased a lot in Sterling Ranch and with Hallie's guidance and skills our house became a home. 328 Design checks all the boxes with regard to choosing a designer: ability to understand your style then make it translate to your purchases, understand your budget then respect it, and organize your project while keeping moving forward.
The very best part was the day of the Big Reveal! Hallie and her incredible team arrived early in the morning, we scheduled ourselves away for the entire day. On our return we walked into our brand new home and every piece of furniture, every area rug, every piece of decor was staged beautifully in its place! OMG, it was a day to remember.
Hallie, Allison, and 328 Design will always hold a special place in our lives

We worked with 328 to renovate our kitchen, living room, mudroom & primary bathroom. Hallie & Allison are incredible designers, their ideas made such good use of our space and really made it feel like a home. Kerry did a great job manage the project and kept us informed along the way. We would definitely partner with 328 again!

328 Design did a full renovation of our kitchen, dining, and living areas, which included both the design and project management of the entire project. Hallie is a very gifted designer and Kerry is an incredible project manager. It took us about 2 years of planning to finally get to demo, and while we encountered several challenges along the way, the most notable thing I can say about our experience with 328 is that we love the finished product and our project timeline ended up being only 1 week longer than what was originally planned (unheard of!). The majority of the contractors that were used on our project stood out as being very professional, helpful, and just all around great people. We recommend 328 to friends all the time, and plan to work with them again in the future.

Have worked with 328 Design Group on two different projects. In love with the outcome of both! Appreciate the partnership from Hallie, Kerry and the whole team throughout the process.

We had a great experience with 328 Design Group from the beginning design stages to the end, we found them easy to work with. They are timely communicators and we never had an issue that wasn’t resolved quickly. We were impressed with all the subs they used who also showed up on time and did a good job. Hallie had creative building design ideas, Allison worked with us on interior design and Kerry kept all the balls in the air. Kerry kept us informed of any cost changes and gave options if needed. We found them all to be personable, caring and attentive to details. We highly recommend them for any building project you have in mind.

His honesty and willingness to work alongside you is unparalleled to any other contractor I’ve worked with before. The work that is completed is amazing and the attention to detail is outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a project big or small. He will definitely be working on my other house projects again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with (Do And Done! Home Remodeling) For the installation of a new fence around my property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.
Especially since they have so many more options to choose from when it comes to remodeling your home. But this project was our fence around our backyard.

    Quality of Work:
The craftsmanship of the fence is outstanding. The materials used are durable and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the overall look of my property. The installation was completed with precision, ensuring that every section is level, secure and built to last!

    Professionalism:
From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team exhibited professionalism at every step. They were punctual, respectful, and attentive to my specific needs and preferences. Especially With My Pets Routine As They Also Use The Yard :-)

They took the time to address all my questions and provided valuable suggestions to ensure the fence met both my functional and aesthetic requirements. Again... This is a Fence Built To Last!!

    Timeliness:
The project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. The crew worked efficiently without compromising on quality, and they ensured that the site was clean and free of debris upon completion and after each work day.

    Customer Satisfaction:
I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The fence has not only improved the security of my property but has also added to its backyard appearance and vocal point.

    Conclusion:
I highly recommend (Do And Done! Home Remodeling) to anyone wanting a fence build. Or any other transformation to their home.
As I said in my previous statement there is so much more home remodeling projects that they offer.

If I could give 6 stars I would.

Had a bunch of honey do repairs that needed to be done at my home and I gave Rex a call. He came out and fixed everything from electrical to cabinet repairs to minor plumbing items. His pricing was reasonable and he did a great job. I then recommended him to several of my clients and he performed great for them too. He takes pride in his work and does a good job.
