It was a bad communication between the sales person and project manager. The project manager wasn’t agree with What was included in the contract writing by the sales person. The project manager was asking me to go to the Home Depot and buy some of the parts. When I complained about some of the issues after project completion, it took them 3 weeks to get back to me with unsatisfactory answers. I was expecting after spending 13K on bathroom remodeling, I should have a better bathroom than the old one but unfortunately didn’t happened. The shower new floor was very slippery. The sales person was very cooperative opposite to the project manager. Stay away from this company. 👎

Met with design consultant Mark this afternoon. He did a beautiful job of listening to me describe what I wanted and made recommendations that would suit our home and project scope. Wonderful experience.

We had a tub to shower remodel and we are very pleased with it. We feel the materials are high quality and the design is very nice. ReNew Home was very easy to work with, from the design meeting to installation. Our project was completed in two days once we were scheduled. I will work with ReNew Home again in the future.

We got a quote with Renew for two bathrooms and asked if they could keep on a timeline to accommodate our new baby due in a few months. Angela Gosling went out of her way to make sure that was the case and found discounts to help with the cost. Very efficient and helpful about design ideas!

Team was great! Bathroom looks brand new and excited about our new shower. There was a miscommunication with their warehouse on the correct shower door, but they were good about communication and giving me updated timelines. Would recommend and use again!

Please do not use this company if you are impaired or of ADA status. I tried to reason with the plumber about the height of the showerhead and he didn't listen to me or just didn't care. He put the showerhead so high, I have to have someone reach it for me and the hose doesn't even go down far enough to reach my feet. The company didn't reach out to me in a timely fashion even though they claim they did. If I didn't tire so easily and was more steady on my feet, I would take this matter up with the ADA Compliance folks.

Lynda Hollands of Renew Home Innovations was great at our consultation to have a full bathroom remodel. She was punctual, reliable, and clear about all of the information. I feel that she went above and beyond learning what our needs were, and provided us clear information and options. Everything was great. I highly recommend her. Charming and professional.

Marcel was great to work with. He took his time to explain all info to get our project off to a good start. We look forward to seeing our bathroom projects come together

Renew went above and beyond delivering an exceptional experience for my bathroom remodel. From the design consultation, to the finished product, everything has been wonderful. Everyone in the office is great at communicating and keeping you updated throughout the entire project, and the project managers do an awesome job keeping everything in line and moving forward. I would highly recommend Renew Home Innovations for any bathroom remodeling project. And I would definitely use them again for any remodeling needs I may have in the future. I have read very few less favorable reviews regarding experiences with Renew- however I have now experienced an entire bath remodel being completed by them, and I am absolutely thrilled that I chose them!

Mark did a very nice job with his presentation on our bathroom refinishing project, we were very impressed

As an update to the actual project / work, this part was lacking, sales person said 1 to 2 day for this work which we thought was hard to believe and it was! project took 3+ weeks, was quoted a 3 Panel Bella Doccia Porcelain bath system, but when they went to install they broke the large porcelain panel that was against the exterior wall with the window and told us the existing window was to big to cut out of one panel without breaking as the panels are very thin, which should have been identified by Mark the sales person. but instead of getting a new panel they pieced together two different panels that do not have the same vein pattern and looks like crap!!, also now that there is 2 panels on the large wall the lower panel is not flush with the upper panel on one side. other issues included with this bath system is they install a trim metal edge piece on the edge of the window sill to conceal the gaps from the wall panel and window sill piece but this traps water as it has no place to drain and has to be wipe off after every shower which is not good especially knowing you will have to do this for a decade or more. lastly communication was lacking on work schedule and had to constantly reach out for updates.

Angela Gosling was an amazing sales rep. She’s was on time for our appointments. Showed us all available options for a tub to shower conversion with optional equipment. We also will be updating a smaller shower and she provided available options for this conversion. I would highly recommend Renew Home Innovations and Angela for your upgrades.

The Renew designer, Mark, was prompt and professional. He brought up ideas and issues we had't even considered, was thoughtful of our actual needs and wants, and was able to put it all together in a package we were able to work with. So excited to get started.
The rest was down hill from there. Project manager was rude in dismissive. He would not come to the site to make change orders requested. And when a complaint was made to the office, his father the owner was also rude and tried to downplay the issues. Vague promises were made for partial refund, and he even came and looked at the site stating it was more involved than his son the project manager had indicated. This was the most horrible " professional"encounter I have ever experienced and an extremely pricey one at that. Two requests were made for another project manager, there were none. They took all their money at the beginning of the project and ended up not having to do a third of the work originally discussed and please for updated work orders too much our discussions did not materialize. If you go down this path, good luck.

We interviewed three companies to remodel a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and went with Renew. Not the cheapest option, but we went with them largely on the strength of Drew, the sales rep. It took months to get the materials in 2020, in part due to supply chain issues related to the pandemic. When the materials and installer arrived, I was surprised to see one installer as some of the materials were heavy/awkward. The installer was indifferent toward paint chips where materials hit wall surfaces on the way to the upstairs bathroom where we were installing a new shower and flooring, The installer would not show up for days while we were down a bathroom so that he “could work on a job closer to his home in Broomfield.” This installer, after having the shower down to studs, didn’t note where the toilet vent (pipe) was located and only after installing the walls and removing a section to install the toiletries locker (to hold shampoos, etc.) discovered his oversight. He asked if he could cut the drywall in my son’s bedroom to rectify his error. I said no because I didn’t want to deal with the drywall repair, texturing, painting, etc. to restore it. He said he’d find a solution that didn’t involve cutting the drywall. A second rep from the company came by and, without my knowledge, cut the drywall above the shower, cut the toilet vent pipe, and connected it to an air filtration device behind a cheap plastic vent above the shower (see photo). Today, 14 mos. later, we’re dealing with sewage-like odors in the bathroom due to Renew’s shoddy craftsmanship and “duct tape” solutions to (in this case) easily avoidable problems. We also had to have a third rep out to (attempt to) properly finish the caulking, molding, and other details the first installer left half-done or poorly done (see photo). When a company rep called me afterward for a testimonial, I shared my experience and she ended the call quickly. Didn’t seem very interested in learning from this awful customer experience. That’s a shame, because we have five bathrooms. This company does not appear to work for the referral or repeat business.

We decided to use Renew home when we met Angela G. She is an incredible presenter of renew home’s products. We are doing a complete bathroom remodel. We were able to choose from many styles and features. We’ve waited a long time to do this remodel and we wanted to do it right. Angela helped us with everything. She had wonderful ideas. She helped us actually “see” our vision by making a drawing and by showing us pictures online. We had no idea of the things currently available. Another thing that we really liked about Angela was that she is completely honest about products and costs. We are also impressed with Renew’s product line. They have a terrific selection, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted!

Mark was great to work with on deciding to update our bathroom. He provided thorough explanation of the material choices with samples and presented quotes for the different options. He gave us time to discuss with no pressure of a sale. Mark was a pleasure to work with on our bathroom remodel.

I’d give these guys 3.5 stars. They expanded my half bath into a 3/4 bath. I’m 90% happy with the final product! The shower and flooring are beautiful. This bathroom remodel involved taking out a wall so there was some drywall work too which was just ok - see pic. I put down 50% on this project on July 28th which seemed like a lot. I was told the project would be scheduled as soon as all the products came in. I was told they arrived in Sept. After this call, I had to call once a week to ask when the project would be scheduled. I would get text replies from the project manager who would then not reply to my texts if I had a question and never called me. Finally, the first week of October I started to panic that I had been scammed and asked to cancel the project. They started the next week, on Oct 18th. The installer showed up and told me I owed another 25% before he could start working. I called the office and they said that I had signed the contract. They were right and so I paid 75% of the total estimate before any work was done!!! The installer did good work and I am happy with the final project. A plumbing issue came up and they asked for an extra 2k to fix and that seems high but what could I do? And I never did meet my project manager. Kind of a long unpleasant process but I do enjoy the finished product.

Contacted ReNew for an estimate on completing a full master bath remodel. They responded minutes after submitting my request and an estimate was scheduled quickly at my request.
Mark came out to the house and was punctual, knowledgeable, and prepared.
I went on to have 3 more estimates but eventually decided to work with ReNew.
I appreciated their efficiency, professionalism, responsiveness, and their stated timeline to complete the project. They also offer very favorable financing options.
The project has not begun yet, and I will update this review after completion, but im confident that I made the right decision.

We have a beautiful new shower! Angela was super helpful at planning the project and a joy to work with. She made the whole process enjoyable. Isaac is an excellent installer. He verified that we were getting what we wanted and pointed out alternatives just to make sure. When he encountered "inconveniences" he found solutions that were as good as or better than the obvious approach. He was a pleasure to work with.

UPDATE Post-install: So we discovered crack in our beautiful shower wall ... that was caulked over so it obviously happened during the install. After contacting Renew, they sent a contractor out to attempt to patch the crack. He discovered the crack ran the entire length of the wall and could not be repaired. We again contacted our project manager, Justyn, who said he would get on it. Long story short, after chasing these guys via unanswered phone calls for 2 weeks they ordered the wall and had it delivered to my house. Where it has now been sitting for 3 weeks. I have contacted the Project manager numerous times and have never received a return call, I have spoken to Nick Fox on more than one occasion and still no return calls even after Nick promised he would call back within the hour (yesterday).

So it appears once they have your money, finishing the job to the customer's satisfaction is no longer a priority.

Very good job. Even though training another installer, which extended the time to completion a little, we were kept in the loop as to all that was happening. Joe S did a great job, pleasant, professional and keeping us informed each time a potentially impacting decision had to be made, or if any disruption to "working from home" was coming up. Excellent - well done. One star dropped simply because there were a couple of pieces of material not originally ordered, causing some delays, but not a reflection on the installation.
