We had a wonderful experience with the Carpet Exchange in Littleton. From the first phone call with Rob to the installation with David, everything was handled in a professional manner. We purchased a spec home and wanted to have LVP installed in two rooms to match what the builder had done on the rest of the main floor. It was as easy as a phone call to get it all figured out and on the schedule! There was a hiccup when the material didn’t arrive on the day it was supposed to, and we were on a very tight time line as we wanted to have the LVP installed before our furniture truck arrived. David went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished on time. He tracked down the product and even came out on a Saturday to do the installation! Five star service without a doubt! Thank you so much.

Had some miscommunication when originally purchasing and store manager John took care of us. He went above and beyond and assured that we were able to get an install date that worked for our family's move!

We recently worked with Jennifer at this Littleton store to order carpet for a remodel. Jennifer was incredibly helpful in choosing options in my price range. She also showed me way more materials besides carpet, which I didnt realize Carpet Exchange carried, so we ended up getting some sheet vinyl for a laundry room as well. When we needed to remove padding from our order, she easily did so without any hassle to us and a quick refund. The finished product is beautiful and arrived super quickly. We were incredibly pleased with Jennifer's service and I recommend her to all my friends and family now.

We had carpet installed in our basement and Coretec on the main level. Carpet Exchange was amazing to work with through this project. Jennifer assisted us in picking the right products and scheduling the jobs and was helpful, responsive and friendly. She was also flexible when we needed to break up the install to allow for staircase and railing work. Juan and his team did an absolutely incredible job on the installation. It was perfection and we haven’t found a single issue. We are so happy with how this went from beginning to end!

It's very easy to give an excellent rating when things go smoothly, but Carpet Exchange really earned it when we encountered a few bumps. We were scheduled for a carpet install and worked through pricing and invoice approval. On the day of the install, the wrong carpet arrived and it turned out that we had approved the wrong carpet as well. John Bess worked with our sales rep Rob and they had it straightened out and rescheduled very quickly. They were very communicative and provided updates at each step of reorder, approval, and install. They were also very sympathetic to the fact that our downstairs was a main area of traffic and keeping it ready was pretty disruptive. They worked hard to get us rescheduled very quickly.
You don't see customer service like this very often anymore, and I really could not be more appreciative. Highly recommend them!

The installation was a breeze. They guys came in and got the job done a with no stress and clean install.

Not sure what's going on at this Carpet Exchange location but they did not want our business. We needed to have the carpet in our house replaced and wood floors redone. We spoke with a sales person, picked out carpet samples and set up a time for someone to measure our house. The person did not show up. I called and rescheduled, still no show. I went back to the store 2 more times to see what the deal was and rescheduled again. No one ever showed up so we gave up on Carpet Exchange. We then went to Carpet Mill and got our project done on time and on budget.

We had new carpet installed in three bedrooms. Rob was very helpful in picking out the style and color, and we are very pleased with the new carpet color and feel. We opted for the high-end pad, which I think makes a big difference in the overall feel of the carpet. The installers were quick and professional, and there's been no problem with the install. Would recommend!

I recently had my carpet replaced and it was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into the Littleton store to shop through waving goodbye to the installers when they were done. A special thank you to my salesman Rob Bowman, the estimator Andy, and the incredible installation team . They were thorough and efficient, and left the place cleaner than it was when they started! I will definitely use them again!

Purely professional and bent over backwards to get us the best pricing possible! The installation crews ( one for the wood and another for the carpet) , were superb! I first consulted with Leah Bess at the Carpet Exchange store on Wadsworth and Coal Mine and she was very helpful in providing samples and pricing that fit my budget. My new floors are absolutely gorgeous and I’m very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by the installer, Warlley and his crew. I highly recommend this store and this product.

Installers, Juan and Omar recently installed a new backsplash in our very large Kitchen and it looks incredible. They also removed the existing ceramic tile and installed COREtec Plus® tiles in our bathrooms to now complete our “whole-house” flooring project.
They are reliable, hard-working, always on time, and are also very good about making sure all debris is cleared and cleaned upon completion of their projects. I particularly appreciate that they take much pride in their work and are always eager to please.

We had the new floor installed more than a month and a half ago. We liked the new floor, but the installers damaged our wall and a door trim. We have attempted via numerous emails and calls to get the installers to fix what they did, but no luck. Before installation, we were told that they would fix anything that are damaged by them, but they don't keep their words.
