It's wild! Coming into a business to purchase something and Tami goes you should probably just buy online and not shop from us. As a carpet runner for stairs can run almost $2,000. Big whoop. Guess I'll be looking at other carpet places in the future.

From the very first call Jimmy Dadiotis was responsive and helpful with my purchase even making sure that my timelines were met and that the carpet I selected was paired well with a pad and was in stock in the amount that I would need. The installers arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day and cleaned up before they left. The carpet looks amazing thank you all for your assistance!

Tami and her install crew were great to work with! Was a unique install and they met all of our deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

I just had new carpet and LVP put in my home. I worked with Tami for both jobs and she was very knowledgeable and professional. The carpet was done in 1 day and the crew showed up on time and cleaned up when finished and did a great job. The LVP crew, David and Luis did an amazing job from start to finish and I could not be more pleased! David's communication with me throughout the job was top notch! Overall, I am very pleased with Carpet Exchange as I just randomly picked them to to the job for my home.

Just had our carpet installed upstairs and it is beautiful!! We got lucky in working with Rob King at Carpet Exchange. He was so informative and helped us narrow down our options. We never felt pressured or like we were being "sold" to - Rob just genuinely wanted us to choose what was best for our home and budget. I probably came & went with various samples 3 or 4 times before finally settling on a carpet choice and the team was really flexible with that, letting us check out whatever samples we needed. The price was very reasonable and install was a breeze, about 12 days between deciding on our carpet and day of install. We will definitely use Carpet Exchange for our other home needs in the future.

Rob Bowman was great to work with. Their pricing was extremely competitive and less than many of the bids we got. We had some Cali LVP planks installed in our condo. Install team was great and finished product looks terrific. Very happy with carpet exchange and the finished product.

She even contacted me during her time off to make sure things were running smoothly. The installers were communicative and respectful of our home during the disruptive installation process. 5 stars!

Wonderful experience with Carpet Exchange. Professional from start to finish. Rob B was a pleasure to work with. The best was our awesome installers, Juan and Chewy. They were very conscientious when moving furniture; protecting our floor from scratches; cleaning up staples, carpet, dust, etc from the old carpet; and installing the new carpet. They took the time necessary to do a top notch installation. Chewy's installation on our stairs, including wrap-around edges, really looks great.

John was super accommodating and an easy person to work with when I was on a tight schedule to get my basement carpet redone. Once I realized I liked the pad that was underneath, he let me reschedule and credited back the cost of the foam mat I had ordered. His crew did a great job installing as well. Also at a great price. Highly recommend.

I had James Hardie siding placed and working with this company was a great experience. The team that came to my home to do the work were friendly, efficient and competent. Oswald, the project manager, was wonderful to work with and the experience wouldn't have been the same without him. He certainly knows his stuff and is a great advisor. He even went the extra mile to install Ring cameras and doorbell (which I purchased) for me as I was worried I would damage my new siding. I obtained three estimates and this was the most reasonable AND had the highest reviews. I'm not disappointed, and the final result looks so professional and nice! Have had lots of complements from my neighbors already. Working with contractors can SOMETIMES be a headache, but this experience was NOT and I HIGHLY recommend them!

We would highly recommend GS Exterior Experts and are thrilled with the work they did on our Hardie siding. Our project manager, Oswald, was extremely thorough every step of the way - between coming out to meet us personally at the start of the project, monitoring things during and assisting with punch list items after completion in a timely manner. We hope to use them again in the future.

Great siding and window installation. From the beginning to the end the entire process was easy, smooth, and beautiful. And the price was better than other quotes we got. Oswald, the lead installer, was fantastic. Nice guy, easy to talk with, and skilled. We strongly recommend them to anyone looking to do windows or siding on their house.

In November of 2024 we hired GS Exterior experts to replace siding facia and soffits. They did an amazing job. We had a couple exterior doors being replaced (by another company) and John agreed to send someone out to re-trim the new doors after they were installed. It took 8 moths for the new door install to wrap up. John was true to his word and sent out a trim guy to finish trimming the new doors even though the contract had been settled.for many months. Our 40 year old house looks new. We are very pleased with the James Hardie product.

John and his team are amazing. Very professional and easy to work with. No high pressure sales pitch from this company. As for the install process, I can’t say enough good things about Jamie, the install crew manager. He took care of everything. He and the crew were true craftsman.

The transformation is incredible! I went from vinyl siding to JH siding 2 years ago. The service and workmanship is totally spot on! Great pricing, and highly communicative each step of the process! Not only that but the after care, should you need it, is outstanding. I had a small chip in a panel on the front side of the house and just called for repair/replacement/warranty and I was put in touch with Oswald. He is terrific, customer focused, attentive and responsive. Not only did he replace the panel in like 10 minutes, but he left me an extra panel. Not sure I will need it, but I have an extra! I also had some touch up painting done from the original install and Oswald coordinated that too! It didn’t take weeks, it only took a few days! Everything looks wonderful. This is an A+++ company and I highly recommend their services. They do awesome work, have great crews, communicate well, very responsive, and they stand behind their workmanship. Thanks guys!!
