This company keeps calling my phone everyday leaving voice mails. You are buying people's information and harassing your so called potential customer. If people want your services they will CALL YOU. I wouldn't think of using this company by the way they harass. Just try and block the many different numbers this so called company uses.

Had a wonderful salesman named dameion rutledge come to the house and explained everything to us! Very helpful and answered all questions. Took all my calls and never tried to put me off. Crew that came out was quick and fairly quiet . Cleaned up after themselves and made sure gate was shut so dogs could not "escape ". Most helpful. Covered everything with tarps. Lovely experience all in all.

This company took my money and repeatedly lied about the status on my repairs. Each person I would talk to had a different story and timeline. When the bill showed up it did not include the promised discounts. The guy was disrespectful and condescending with my complaints. Just a terrible experience and I don’t want to see anyone go through it too. Hopefully USAA will never approve them for client services.

These Jokers came to my house while I was at work and my wife was home. Didn't get my wife's approval to look around the house just said they were going to do it. Went into my backyard (trespassing at this point since they never got approval.) Claimed they found damage on the roof, they never were on the roof. Called my insurance company to start a claim (not their responsibility). And tried to get my wife to sign papers when I was not around. If I do need service I will go to a company I know and trust not through some no name door to door company, that can't even respect their customers or follow correct protocol.

I am an army veteran who had water coming into my house and flooding my hallway. I called Larry from Ameripro and he came right over and fixed the problem and then some. He did fantastic job and is a champ of a dude.

Chris came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He explained everything the he has found and the next steps in the process. Chris was extremely professional and helpful with the roof repair. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future! Thank you!

AmeriPro roofing worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my roof and siding replaced after recent storms. I would recommend them to my family and friends if their service is needed again.

A representative from this company contacted my wife via phone last week and asked if she still owned the property at our address. My wife asked who was calling, they introduced themselves as a representative for Ameripro Roofing, assumed she owned the property, and began pressing my wife to schedule a free inspection. My wife declined multiple times and the call ended seemingly amicably. Today, I received a phone call from an unknown number and let it go to voicemail as I do not answer calls from unknown numbers. I then receive a text from "Derek from Ameripro" addressing me by name indicating he will be coming by for our inspection. I called the number, Derek picked up, and tried to make it seem as though my wife intentionally scheduled an inspection. I had to explain the situation, twice, before the call ended with Derek abruptly wishing me a good day.

If we need roof work done in the future, we will not consider Ameripro. The pushy demeanor, attempted gaslighting, and deception is not consistent with reputable, forthcoming, and honest business. It becomes even more worrisome when considering the possibility of Ameripro doing work for us and being equally deceptive in the middle of, or after, a project.

I do not write reviews, but it isn't acceptable to push my wife into something she didn't agree to.

EDIT: The company has replied to this review in a weak attempt to appear responsive and attentive. I have no desire to work with this company as stated above.

Jeremy and Julie have answered questions and made prompt arrangements for replacing my hail-damaged roof. The crew was composed of hard workers who made every effort to make sure my property was clean upon completion. All in all, a gem of an experience

As many other reviews have stated, this company is not responsive. They are very eager in the beginning, then you get switched from one person to another person. They do not return your phone calls or emails. The insurance company said they are not responding to them either. Several complaints about this company on Better Business Bureau. I would not waste my time with them. I started this process in May and it is now September and nobody has responded. They have completely dropped the ball. After reading the reviews and seeing they have had several lawsuits against them I would not use this company even if they did respond to me now. Do your research before you would ever have them do work on your home.

Love our new roof and siding! I highly recommend working with Rhoni from Ameri Pro in Clinton. She made the process very smooth and easy! She was easy to get ahold of and was in constant communication with us during the whole process. We had a great experience with Ameri Pro Clinton.

I had an aging roof on a large, free-standing garage replaced. This was a complete tear-off with some roof decking replacement. The materials were delivered on a Tuesday and the entire project was completed by the end of Wednesday right before a heavy, wet snow dropped. The work was professional and the clean-up meticulous. The crew knew what they were doing. I'm pleased with the result.

Ameripro offered great service that was explained every step of the way. Two of their employees, Zac and Dave performed their inspection thoroughly but efficiently. Their service did not end there however, they walked us through filing a claim while being advocates for my wife and I when dealing with the insurance agent and claims adjuster. They were also able and eager to answer any questions my wife and I had along the way. If you are in need of a citing, gutter, and or roof inspection and repair give Ameripro a call, you won’t regret it!
