Mr. Liam McNamara approach me in a very pleasant manner introduce himself, the company he work for and the work they will do for me I was happy and signed the first paper from there it kicked off smoothly. I will surely recommend Mr Liam McNamara to anybody that may need his services Ameri Pro roofing are lucky to have this great guy.

When a representative from AMERIPRO knocked on my door three weeks ago I never dreamed that I could have new aluminium siding replaced by my insurance company because of hail damage. It was certainly overdue as the original was from 1966.

My representative was polite, patient and available to answer any and all questions I might have had. Believe me I didn't have too many. He stopped by when materials were delivered to make sure all was correct. When the crew came to work, Shane stopped again to follow up on the work process.

The crew members consisted of four men. They arrived at 7 a.m. and finished the job in the same day at 7 p.m. They were very professional and cleaned up all of the old materials. They pulled out of the driveway and I was a very satisfied customer.

I can tell you that I have talked to many of my neighbors about my representative and your company. I only hope they notify him and use his expertise!

They were...fine, I guess. The actual work completed was good, and they were pretty helpful and responsive about getting the claim paid with insurance. In those respects they got me hooked up. But their level of communication just sucks. I had to proactively reach out and check on the status of the work several times. My field tech quit halfway through the job, leaving me to deal with the back office --- and the back office is a disorganized mess. I didn't find out until after the fact that they weren't going to do the gutter replacement scope they signed on for, that I was sold and signed for, and they never asked for a change order to exclude it -- they just didn't do the work. They kept trying to push for final payment when there was still other work and inspections outstanding to complete, after I specifically negotiated retainage into my contract (you should ALWAYS do this, btw). All in all, the final product was high quality but the service was frustrating. They have the potential to be a top-tier service contractor but they didn't rise to that level for us.

My experience was great. Dustin himself helped me through the whole process. Without Dustin's help I wouldn't have gotten my roof completed the way I wanted it to look and the color I needed to match my house. He went above and beyond. Thank You Dustin.

Dustin promised me that I would get back $4,000.00 that never happened. I did this above right after I got my check and approval letter. I'm happy with my roof. It just better last it these people lied to get another customer. On top of never getting what he promised me and no one ever called me back to help settle.

I had a terrible customer experience with Ameripro Roofing. They put the wrong shingles on my house. I did not mind because it still looks great. No problem. When they took my old shingles off, they took off a repair I had a contractor do years ago to eliminate an area where birds could get in between two roof lines. I pointed this out to Ameripro and it took months and nobody would respond to the problem. I called several times and they never give it any attention. Finally, I asked for a supervisor to call me back and........nothing. Crickets! This repair should have been a simple fix and I would have been a happy camper. Instead, they took what should have been a simple fix and turned me into an unhappy customer. If this is the way you treat customers who put a new roof and gutters on, I would hate to see how you treat someone who has a low budget repair needed. I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service aspect of my experience.

David and Elizabeth have been great! Professional and very helpful. The area had a hail storm last year, and although my roof is not being replaced, I was able to get a free inspection with peace of my mind and documentation that my roof is still in good condition for the time being. 100% reccomend them!

I had a great experiene dealing with Jud and Jim, they were both pleasant and patient with me and my many questions. With their help we had a new roof installed at our home. It took four days for the materials to be delivered and the installers had it completed in less than six hours. The installers were very, very mindful of my plants and garden and cleaned up every bit of debrise. My roof looks gorgous and I am more than happy with the finished product. I would definately recommend them for your roofing needs!

Cameron Watts and Julie Gallimore were amazing to work with. They responded quickly to texts, emails and phone calls. Ameripro helped deal with insurance and made sure everything was taken care of. The roofers were quick and got the whole roof ripped off and redone all in one day. They even came out on a Saturday so I didn’t have to take time off from work. I’d highly recommend using Ameripro Roofing.

I cannot thank AmeriPro's Carmel Office with Josh York enough. Every time I drive down my street and look at my brand new gutters and roof I am FILLED with satisfaction. Josh was extremely prompt, responsive and courteous. He and his team came out and completed a roof and gutter job with efficiency. Josh also worked with my insurance and was a medium for communication with them which was above and beyond in my opinion. Salesman was very nice but the sucks. My insurance company made out the contract on total to be paid. I mentioned that the insurance company did no include decking. Salesman said not to worry they would just send in an change order to the insurance company.

Workers did the roof and I again mentioned they were using a lot of decking. I was told not to worry. On the contract the insurance company included gutters and downspouts and the roof on the patio. These were not done. I called the insurance company and much to my surprise my adjuster told me they had denied the decking before the work was done. I was never approached about the decking and the work was done. I received a change order in an E-Mail and then a letter in the mail telling me we had to bac closed to $10,000 for the decking. My insurance company told me not to sign anything.

How terrible for this company to do work without my consent then expect me to pay for it.

Be careful with this company. I believe they do not know what they are doing

i have had roof replaced on six of my properties in the past 5 years and have used Ameripro for this process. Chris K, my sales representative has been excellent supporting me in working with the insurance company. He has really made it is easy as the homeowner during the whole process. i would highly recommend Chris and AmeriPro Roofing.

Larry is very good at his job. He explained every aspect of the job so I could understand it. He works hard for the customer to get the most out of their claim. I would highly recommend him and ameripro to anyone who needs a new roof.

I had a great experience working with David Larson, originally a roof replacement was denied and because of his knowledge of Ohio Laws he was able to submit the required documents to my insurance company to get my roof replacement approved. I would recommend the Dublin office and David to friends for Roof inspection and installation if needed. Roof installation is in process at the time of review.

I dealt with Mike Ricci and he was great with helping to get the claim set up with the insurance company and the roof was replaced quickly as well as the gutters. All the work looks really nice and Mike has been very helpful in staying on the solar company to get it reinstalled for us although that was really the only problem we have had. That took 2 mos to get done. Great job and thanks for all the help in the process.

Kevin Cosgrove was the AmeriPro representative we worked with and he was excellent and professional in all ways. We are extremely satisfied and thankful for the work done in replacing our roof. Jeremy was very professional and honest! Gave an honest evaluation of my roof and gutters. Normally I would expect an exaggerated report saying I had more damage than I really do! To my surprise he gave my roof a clean bill of health and told me to call when I wanted another inspection after the next hail storm.
