In June 2015, we were pounded by golf ball sized hail. When we contacted our insurance company, they gave us several referrals, recommending that we initially find out if our roof was damaged before filing a claim. Armour was one of the companies referred to us, their response to my inquiry was immediate, and we met with Amy and Brian the very next day. They also made sure to be here when our adjuster inspected the extent of our damage, and made certain that nothing was forgotten on our claim. We not only needed a new roof, but new downspouts, gutters, plus our deck prepped and re-stained. We chose the repair date and even upgraded our shingles as per Amy’s recommendation. At her suggestion, we contacted our insurance company and found out that we would realize a $600 per year savings on our homeowner’s policy by taking her advice. It all went like clockwork, and everything happened exactly the way Amy said it would. The day arrived and their roofing crew showed at 6:30 am. By 8:30 pm our new roof was finished and looked fabulous, with all the mess cleaned up. Amy was nothing short of amazing while overseeing all aspects of our project which included permits, estimates, scheduling, coordinating crews and making calls on our behalf. She was incredibly helpful and took away the headache that accompanies getting our insurance claims filed, approved, and processed; which she did in the most efficient and expedient way possible way. We will never use another roofing company other than Armour, they are truly experts in their field and consummate professionals. We were so impressed with Amy that we recommended Armour to neighbors who ultimately used them as well for their roof replacement and repairs! A company who can make this experience a pleasure, is a compliment of the highest order when it comes to having your roof replaced! We have had 2 hail-related roof repair/replacements done by Armour, coordinated by Marc Sandoval. Marc is a true professional, and was invaluable assisting with the insurance claim negotiation and processing. The Armour team was great, with high attention to detail and quality. They have my highest recommendation.

They came out and did an inspection with no problems. They sent me a complete report. We filed a claim with our insurance company and set up an appointment for all 3 parties to meet during the Claims Adjuster inspection. Armour Roofing never showed up, never returned my text or phone calls. Looks like we need to find another company.

Hail damage required a roof replacement. Shane and Marc are amazing to work with. The pricing is very competitive, but the professionalism and quality of workmanship is superb! The crew was courteous, efficient and extremely clean. I have yet to find even one nail in the rocks or yard! The roof was completely done in one day- tear down to rebuild! No leaks, and it looks great! Give them a try- you won't be disappointed!

Armour Roofing & Exterior has done an outstanding job to replace our roof. Our roof was damaged due to hail storm. We worked with Troy Critchfield and initially we had some communication challenges but I'm glad to stick with them. Troy has been amazing to work with. He's taken care of all the nuances of filing insurance claims, estimation negotiation and getting HOA design approval. Overall I'm very impressed with the quality of services they provided. I strongly recommend them.

What great customer service! Amy met with our adjuster and went over all the damage on our home from the hail storm. Not just the roof, but our hot tub cover, paint damage and screens on our windows. These were things we would of never known to bring up and to get covered by our insurance. We had solar panels on our roof and had to have Solar City come remove them before they could start the roof. We were given a date by Solar City and then they moved it up by 2 weeks with only a week's notice. Amy got our roof rescheduled within 1 week so we wouldn't have to be without our solar for those extra weeks. The workers were fast and efficient and very friendly and courteous when they did the work. Amy came out and checked on them during the job to make sure everything was taken care of properly. They showed up when they said they would and she scheduled all the work to be done within just a few days so we had everything completed within a week! Cannot say how impressed I am with her and Shane and all the people involved in this process. She even got the painter scheduled and set up for us! What a great guy he was also. They all worked together and having a satisfied customer is important to them all. I am just so impressed! All I can say is this is the best company to work with if you have to get a new roof and I highly recommend them!

As this was my first time going through the process of replacing a roof, I researched in advance and met with several companies.
The fact that James took the time to answer all of my questions at our first meeting set Armour ahead.
They were available for the insurance inspection, planned well for the day the roof was replaced, did a great job, and provided great communication and updates throughout. Great experience!

Exceptional experience! We had a contractor replace our siding and the fascia under the drip edge. After the job was completed, I noticed the shingles were lifted in areas and things just didn't look right. I called Armour Roofing to have them come inspect the roof and ensure everything was good. Within an hour of calling, someone was at my house and did a thorough inspection of my roof, drip edge and gutters. He found shingles along the rakes were loose and that a section of drip edge was missing. While he didn't have to, because this was just a free inspection, he took the time to fix some of the bad areas and then took pictures of the rest for me to share with our contractor. Wonderful guy - honest, thorough and friendly!

Retained Armour to re-roof three of our duplex units. My original contact with James was informative and professional . He was there to assist throughout the re-roofing process. The company arrived as promised, the work was completed in three days. The supervisor, Sean, was on top of the process and was always available for questions and to inform me of the progress. I could not have expected a more competent and professional installation. After the re-roofing was complete James and Sean was immediately available for any necessary followup. A minor incident occurred with an independent contractor, and Armour took full responsibility without question. Fantastic company. We will retain their services in the future to re-roof the remainder of our units.

FANTASTIC experience with Shawn and the Armour Roofing team! Our first snow of the season led to a dripping ceiling. Made a call and Shawn was in touch with me up through his on time arrival this morning. He did a complete check of the roof, sealed up the areas that either were causing the leak issues or had the potential to cause future leak issues and replaced a couple of cracked tiles. I went from a fear of a repair or replacement in the thousands of dollars to a very reasonable service and repair call. Armour Roofing is highly rated with Team Dave Logan and I'm happy to see on Google as well. Honest, fair and prompt ... that's what you want from a contractor. If the need arises for me to have my roof looked at, I'm calling Armour and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone if the need arises. Thank you Shawn and the Armour Roofing team!

Our experience with Armour Roofing was exceptional. Mark S. provided an excellent description of the process from beginning to completion of the project. He communicated and updated us throughout from beginning to end.The site supervisor was professional and directly involved in the process. The roof was finished quickly, and the finished job shows quality workmanship. We highly recommend Armour Roofing, would definitely use them again.

We just had our roof replaced by Armour Roofing and they did an excellent job. Scott, the project manager, was very helpful and gave us all of the information we needed to move forward with the project and kept us advised along the way. The crew did a great job as well. James, the representative, was extremely helpful during the process and the roof was installed in a professional and timely manner. The service received was exceptional, as an issue we had with the gutter installation was promptly addressed. From the time that I met James McCarthy from Armour he put me at ease. He performed a very thorough inspection of my roofing and provided me with over a hundred photos. I told him how my insurance company had declined my hail damage claim a year prior to his inspection. He reassured me that he would be by my side the entire time as I reopened my claim. He not only convinced the insurance adjuster that was assigned to my reopened case that I needed a new roof, he was able to convince the adjuster that the items that the insurance company wanted to deny should be covered. When it came time for the roofing to be replaced, the crew from Armour showed up right on time and in one day had the roof ripped off and replaced. I was extremely impressed. I could not have been more satisfied with Armour from the first meeting with James up through the actual replacement of my roof. I highly recommend Armour.

What can I say about this company? They are A W E S O M E. Last year, I had a minor leaking and reached out to three roofing companies, including Armour, via the website. Armour was the only one that responded immediately, and Shawn stopped by to inspect the leak the next day. I was impressed, and they became my "go-to" roofing company. Earlier this year, there was another leaking. I knew who to reach out to. Armour! Shawn came by and noticed hail damage during the 15-point roof inspection. He had James check them out. In the end, they recommended filing a claim with my insurance company. At first, I felt overwhelmed since everything was new to me as a first-time homeowner. James did a great job making it easier by taking care of working with the insurance company after my claim went through. I sat back and let him do the work. When the crew came to replace the whole roof last month, I was amazed that they did it in a single day. And they did a great job cleaning up the mess. I highly recommend this company. They will make your life easier!

Solid service. We had a hail storm and our insurance guy told us to get bids from a couple local companies. Armour was already in the neighborhood doing another estimate and came by right away- with the owner, the PM and the adjuster/sales guy. I was very impressed with their experience and knowledge about the claims process. The second company came out a few hours later and send a 20-something guy who completely underwhelmed me, and the choice was clear. Armour knew we had leaks in parts of the roof and were able to move us up on the schedule before winter hit. James also worked seamlessly with our insurance company to get our claim documented and approved with minimal out of pocket expense. The guys came and installed a fairly large roof in one day and cleaned the entire property of all the nails and debris (not everyone does this!!!?!). Overall a very good experience!

Armour Roofing recently did roofs and paint on two of my properties. They did an exceptional job and were very flexible with my schedule and exceeded my expectations when the work was complete. James worked with my insurance company adjuster to make sure all the damage was accounted and paid for by them. The day the work was scheduled, Shawn made sure the work was done timely and delivered the highest quality of work. He also made sure the crew left no nail behind...I still haven’t found one and the work has been done for over a month!
