Cuz I can't Larry did a fantastic job and was there every time I called or before I called. He came out five times to make sure there were no nails and Staples left in my yard. He came out on rainy days when I didn't expect anybody to be there but he was checking to see if everything stayed in place. I have been highly recommending him and his crew to everybody in my neighborhood that needs a roof done and they do!

Friendly staff and the work they did looks good. However said they did work we did not authorize (without any proof they had done it), demanded extra payment from us and our insurance company, and threatened to send us to collections. Then they did not finish the agreed upon job by refusing to replace the gutters and downspouts. Would definitely not recommend.

Larry answered his phone almost every time I called him, if not he called back in less than ten minutes. He answered all my questions and contacted people who could answer my questions.

2 weeks ago, I had someone from Ameripro come out to inspect a leak I was having at my place. I chose Ameripro because of their reviews. The sales manager Kevin came out to inspect my leak. Although he said he couldn’t diagnose it with 100% certainty, he said the folks that would come out to do the job would be able to ensure it was fixed, and if not, they guaranteed their work, and would come out again until it was. This gave me peace of mind, that I would have someone that would own the problem to ensure it was fixed. One thing that threw me off about the inspection process was that the sales manager stated he thought the leak could be a small fix, and really began to push me to fix it myself, or refer me to a “friend” of his that would charge me less to get it done. While I appreciated this attempt to save me money, I told him I wanted the peace of mind that a company would own it and have ameri pro do it. We had some more dialogue, and he still tried to push myself or his friend to do the job. I am not sure why, the only thing I could assume was that maybe the job was smaller than something they would normally take on. After we agreed to having his company get me a quote, he told me someone would most likely come out a week later. This was on a Wednesday. That Friday, I called Kevin back because I hadn’t received a quote yet. He told me his boss was out of town and to expect it next week. The following week, I hadn’t heard anything. I called again on Thursday and Friday, left a voicemail, and texted, but no response. It has now been 2 weeks, I have been left in the dark, since then it has rained again and my house leaked again. I’m really disappointed with the professionalism of this company. I have lost complete faith in Ameripro, and who they trusted to represent them.

It's possible that Ameripro (formerly known as American Dream) are competent at replacing roofs (I don't know, yet, as they haven't managed to schedule an inspection by the city building department) BUT they are disastrously incompetent on the admin side. They threaten and bluster, while ignoring texts and emails. They send bogus "invoices" omitting payments made. And so on. I don't say they are a fly-by-night bunch of cowboys, but I find it hard to imagine ways in which Ameripro act very differently from a cowboy outfit. Avoid.

I had Ameripro install a new roof for me(30k) first snow of the year and I’ve got a mess on my hands! Snow everywhere in my attic!!! Can’t get anyone to call me back or answer an email. Sure did call like clock work when they wanted money.

Wonderful company to work with. Scott Richards was our contact, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. The work was done very well, and they took great care with the property during the process. We never found one roofing nail when they were done. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Armour Roofing and exteriors did an outstanding job and replaced my damaged shingles and installed new shingles in half a days time. They are the best in the business as far as I am concerned.

This company was recommended me by my friend. From the beginning everything went opposite direction once this company missed appointment with Adjustor from insurance company. And everybody knows that insurance companies will try to find million reasons to not cover property damage. After a while roofing company Adjustor asked to do second inspection with insurance company. While insurance companies Adjustor was on the roof doing inspection Mark Sandoval again messed up everything and instead being next to insurance agent on the roof was just sitting
outside that caused another refusal for roof coverage. All my neighbors already had roof replacement I’m still fighting with insurance. Since our last conversation with Mark in July he told me that the last option will be to hire a public Adjustor and he will take care of it and never called me back. I understand that your company has many job to be done ok area and you don’t wanna waste a time. That’s why I won’t recommend to hire this company. Thank you for terrible experience.

I had Marc Sandoval from Armour Roofing come out to look at what I thought was a weird issue with my roof. He was so responsive and helpful! He checked out my roof and immediately told me what the issue was and more importantly what the fix was. Since my house is so new I wanted to talk to the builder about fixing it. There was no hard sell. Marc gave me a ballpark cost if the builder would not cover it. I will surely be calling Armour Roofing the next time I need anything done to my roof.

This company is the best. James is very responsive and professional. I feel like Armour did a professional job and took weather seriously when installing the roof. James worked very hard with my insurance company to insure they paid the whole claim

As a realtor and property manager I have seen it all. I'll put this way, there is no comparison to the way Marc S works! He is the pro! I have property for sale (Under contact!!) owner out of state and insurance company that refused to pay a fare settlement. Marc's tremendous knowledge how to deal with insurance companies, his attention to every detail and constant persistence allowed my client to receive a settlement that is fare. Now property will be well taken care by Marc's crew. He also explained every detail of the work, the time line and the process. Not only did he do a thorough inspection, but he did an excellent job of explaining what was causing the problem. He then went on to repair it quickly. I worked with James M to have my roof replaced at one of my rental homes. As I live out of state, James worked tirelessly with my insurance and rental management companies to meet up with them and work through the paperwork. Although we struggled through weather issues and changing of insurance agents, James was persistent to complete the job. I didn't have to lift a finger! He was able to negotiate with my insurance company so that it didn't cost me anything out of pocket.

The work on the home was done quickly, professionally, and without any mess. They were in and out in one day and the work is professional. It looks beautiful.
