I had a great experience with this company. They were on time and my carpet looked like new after they were done. We had some high traffic areas that badly needed cleaning, and it all looks so good now. I highly recommend them!

Toby cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms and taught me a lot along the way! He's super friendly and really seems to know his business! I know who to call, when I need to clean carpets!

I received this recommendation from someone else in the carpet business because MuckSuck and the specific Technician (Toby) were great at pet issues. They were on time, friendly, and HONEST. I really appreciated how Toby worked with me to understand the options to maximize the cleaning for the money paid. The total amount was much less than I expected and the carpet looks terrific. Definitely try them. Better than Heaven’s Best or ChemDry. MuckSuck provides excellent communication and respect for your property (booties, wall guards), and they actually got the stains out. The carpet dried feeling clean with no scent. We utilized their ‘50 day keep it clean’ after our old lab got sick. They maintain their level of service on this visit as well at no additional charge.

I will not trust anyone else to clean my carpet or upholstery. Toby is the consummate professional, he is careful…respectful and able to GET ANYTHING OUT of carpet, area rugs or upholstery. Don’t waste your money with anyone else!!!

This company did a great job. I am especially pleased with their policy of a no cost return if you have an accident on the clean carpet within the 30 days following your cleaning. I would definitely call on Muck-Suck if I need carpets cleaned in the future.

They are amazing! I had a stain when we first moved into our house. I tried a number of times to get out with my personal carpet cleaner and I only made it worse. They got it up and looking like new!

Always do a great job! Been using them for years. I just had them come out again and I was sick with the stomach flu. I left him a note on the door to just come in and clean the carpet downstairs. I taped my credit card to the stairs for payment. Toby was great and well trusted.

Toby did a great job cleaning our carpets. He got out a bunch of stains and he even came back for free a few weeks later to get out one that reappeared after the original cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company!
