Justin came out and was super helpful! I had a severe paper wasp problem. He was also very honest and friendly.

Justin was awesome, my dogs greeted him upon arrival and they honestly didn’t wanna leave his side. Justin was very informative he treated the inside and the outside of our home and he was fast. What I liked was the attention to detail. He wore covers over his shoes even though I truly didn’t mind. He was great with my dogs and he was done fairly quick. He told me to wait thirty mins before letting my pups out to insure all the solution was dried. I’ve gone through my fair share of pest control companies and this company by far has exceeded my expectations! They call you or text you upon arrival to let you know that they’re on the way they let you know when they’ve arrived and then they ask what type of treatment you’re wanting. They provide services for stinging insects, moths, rodents, and many more. I get the most expensive service plan since we live in the sticks and are prone to rodents and tons of insects. This company gets a 10/10. Justin however gets a 15/10.

We requested an inspection of the attic for a potential raccoon infestation. Jon was extremely polite and courteous. He walked us through his entire inspection process. He took photos and discussed the pros and cons of various pest mitigation strategies and did not try to push us on an annual contract - which we appreciated. We did ask Jon to put additional screens on the roof vents. Overall we are very satisfied with his services and would reach out to them again if we needed something.

We’ve had nothing but good service from Whitmore. They have been polite and responsive since we first reached out with a rodent issue a few years ago. I know they are good people because our dog loves seeing them when they come and restock the traps around the house. I highly recommend their services.

Whitmore and John are just rocks. I've had nuisance issues with some pests getting inside.

Jon came to help us determine whether a mouse or a rat had made its way into our fan vent in the primary bathroom. He determined the fan was bad, but to rule out any rodent activity, he tracked down where the fan vent terminated and covered it—it was unprotected—with screen. What a masterful job!

We’ve been customers of Whitmore for the past 7 or 8 years. At first, they helped us diagnose and solve a bad Yellowjacket problem we had. (Our retaining walls had numerous places where nests were built). The following year, we had a spider problem. It became much more effective to simply get on a quarterly spray schedule with Whitmore. It has made a huge difference in controlling pests before they become a big problem. The Whitmore staff is always professional, courteous, and thorough. JC is usually the Tech who services our house, and he is always communicating his arrival time, he’s friendly, thorough, and reliable.

I recently purchased a home in the Evergreen area and contacted Whitmore Pest & Wildlife Control for an evaluation. Jon was my inspector and I was totally impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection. Jon showed me areas of concern and explained how his company could alleviate these problem areas. From my initial call to schedule, to the actual inspection, all of the staff members I talked with were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I am using their service and highly recommend them to anyone needing professional pest control.

We’ve used this service for years and they are an incredible company. Always honest, on time and make sure the job gets done right. Heath and Justin are incredible and always so helpful.

Justin from Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, his attention to detail stood out—he even wore shoe coverings before entering, which was such a thoughtful touch. My dogs loved him instantly and didn’t want to leave his side, which says a lot about how kind and professional he is.

He worked quickly and efficiently while also making sure I understood everything he was doing. Justin treated the inside and the outside for spiders, and stinging insects he reminded me not to let the dogs outside for at least 30 minutes so the treatment could properly dry—very informative and safety-minded. He also checked on the mouse traps since we had a rodent issue last year (and I’d previously hired three different companies who couldn’t solve the problem). This company has taken care of that where we no longer have any of those issues!

Thanks to Justin and the Whitmore team for their hard work and professionalism—but Justin especially deserves a 15/10 rating for his service, attention to detail, and courteous approach. If you’re looking for reliable pest and wildlife control, I can’t recommend Justin and Whitmore highly enough!
