I highly recommend this company. This company is wonderful. I just can’t say enough. We bought this house 5 years ago with mature trees that had been neglected. Then we neglected the trees as well because of estimates too high and unaffordable. We have had so many high estimates that we let the work go. Their quote was the best ever, out 5 or 6 different companies. They worked within our time timeline. Always very courtesy. They always got back to me in a timely fashion. Never pressured but stayed on top of it. They were very flexible.
They were very cautious of my yard, flower pots ,etc. Taking down all of my Christmas decorations before starting. Moving all my outdoor furniture and pots out of harms way. They were very careful of my yard and fence. Not cutting down huge branches and letting them fall where ever, putting divots in my yard or damaging my wood fence or chain link fence. The previous company damaged my chain link fence, letting a huge branch fall on it.
The clean up was wonderful too. They raked up all the little branches etc. Then finished up by blowing all the little stuff too. Which also pick up a lot of my fallen leaves. They were wonderful, wonderful. I can’t give enough praise.
We are retired and live on a fixed income so we can’t do all the work today. But I know they will give me a reasonable estimate for the rest of my trees on my parkway. So I will be calling them back.
Wish I would have found them sooner.

I cannot say enough good things about the Joshua Tree team! They came out to my house quickly to address some immediate concerns with tree trimming and pruning. Their team was professional, prompt and heavily focused on customer service. They have a true passion for their work and they even taught me several things about trees and bushes that I never even knew I wanted to know. If I could give them 10 stars I would! This crew was awesome and efficient- got nearly 13 trees trimmed, cleaned up and set up for healthy growth next season. Very professional and courteous- on top of a cleanup of the yard that left it in more order than when they first arrived.

The Joshua Tree employees who came to our home to trim trees were exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Beginning with the free evaluation everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. The day of the appointment the workers notified us of their scheduled time of arrival and were punctual. Their work and cleanup was very thorough. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if we need any work done in the future.

We had JTE trim multiple trees of 4 different varieties. I highly recommend them and will have them back. The prices was lower than the other companies I spoke with. The result was as good as any other tree company we worked with PLUS the service was better than the others. I highly recommend JTE.

Reese walked the yard with me and took lots of notes before he even started on the proposal. Besides taking notes, he took the time to educate me and explain what we were seeing and what he would do about it. He also didn't miss a beat when he said hello at my front door, and I said "Hello, tell me about your background and your team".

They found a way to get to my house 2 weeks earlier than expected, on a sunny but cold January day. On the work day, Reese again walked the yard, but this time with the crew and covered every detail of what needed to be done. The crew was top notch, as far as I'm concerned. The result was exactly what I expected, and they were comfortable talking to me, explaining what they were doing, and answering my new questions. They finished a thorough job on the trees and a thorough clean up afterward. They were knowledgeable, polite, safety conscious, and respectful of me and my property.

I had a wonderful experience with Ken and his team at Joshua Tree. They were professional, conscientious, and took great care with the work. The quality was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I’d gladly hire them again and highly recommend their services.

The crew (Stan, Sam, and Rick) showed up on time and were ready to start removing three large pine trees. They worked quickly and efficiently, removing one of the trees in record time - 14 minutes! The guys were friendly and great to work with. The job went smoothly and they did a great job of cleaning up the debris. I'd definitely recommend Joshua Tree to my friends and family!
