Great service! Extremely thorough and detailed. We had the couch cleaned and they did a great job. I was not expecting them to pull apart the couch and clean all sides but they did! Would definitely recommend.

Shout out to Mike and his team at Bagnall. I had them out twice after my dog had diarrhea. The first time, they worked their magic and you could not even tell where my dog had had her accidents. And one rug was sisal! I was super impressed. I had them out a second time, this time for a seagrass rug which is notoriously difficult to clean. It wasn't quite as smooth this go around, some cleaner reached the tile underneath, but they promptly came and fixed the tile the very next day.
Very professional and most importantly, really nice guys. Highly recommend. Will share their contact with all my friends who ned carpet cleaning.

Bagnall does such a great job cleaning carpets that they have spared me the expense of new carpets at least 3 times. They are true professionals and worth the small amount more than you may pay elsewhere. You get what you pay for and they are worth every penny.
