Amazing job! My sink was very dirty before…but after crew of Superb Maids Denver cleaned it looks super clean and like new. Big difference! They did a great job. Highly recommend!

I haven't done a deep clean before but needed serious help. I have somewhat kept up on tidying but things were getting grimy and dusty and just needed a deep clean and with my back issues i have been struggling keeping up with two preteens thar somehow conjure up dirt, messes and all. Not to mention small zoo I have. I mean the house looked okay at a glance but every inch needed dusting, wiping, scrubbing. They did amazing and spent extra time here with my permission and seemed genuinely sad they couldn't get everything with the extra time. I was like uhm I'm surprised how much you did get. I had two people, Maria and Andre for nearly 5 hours so thats 10 hours of cleaning. Yes, I guess it seems pricey upfront but looking at all they did it really is not at all. They had their own tools and supplies and literally never stopped scrubbing. It might be a little underpriced seeing how much they did. I am already trying to set up more services with them.

Communication was so proactive and amazing and to say I am pleased is an understatement.

If you are debating using them, you should do it as you get what you pay for and much more. Just do it. I have a reasonable hope now I can actually attend to things in the house I need to now like touch ups, laundry, time with family and etc without feeling hopeless and overwhelmed.

Superb Maids made this experience so easy and efficient, excellent communication and customer service. They did a wonderful job cleaning out my apartment prior to moving out. Looks like a brand new place! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a deep house cleaning!

Very responsive and thorough! I contacted on a Saturday night and Scott was out to clean on Monday morning. He did such a great job on my area rug I decided get the bedrooms done. He was here that Friday! My rugs look great! 10/10 would use again!!!

After a disastrous experience with a houseguest, I was left with severe stains on both my carpet and a brand-new mattress. I just moved into my new house 3 months ago, but the carpet got some wear and tear from the move in process. Jonathon was wonderful at assessing what my carpet needed (including using a black light for any possible pet stains). We decided together what needed to be done and he started right in! He worked hard to make things look beautiful! My carpet looks brand new!! He also gave me advice on how to spot clean until my next overall cleaning!! I’m very happy with the job he did and will definitely ask for him to do the next cleaning down the road!

Open communication from the start and even a quick message from Jonathan prior to our service as to his ETA/ location, speaks volumes. Not to mention how clean our carpet looked after he completed the service. I honestly didn't want to vaccum the other day as to keep it looking clean and pristine. For just a bit more moola- I highly reccommend adding on their all natural carpet disinfectant. It's yummy for the senses!

Scott was absolutely fabulous! Responded to my initial inquiry in less than 10 minutes, was able to schedule us pretty quickly, and did an amazing job on the carpeting. With 2 dogs, he had lots of spots to work on, and he exceeded expectations. Great guy- owns the business- would highly recommend!!

Scott and Jonathan just cleaned my carpets and I literally could not be more impressed. They were on time for the appointment we set which is SO important when you are juggling other things like work. Additionally, they were very friendly and professional throughout the entire service. They walk you through what your carpets need and give you an overall great diagnosis. Most importantly, the job they did was INCREDIBLE. I moved into a one-year-old townhome, after the carpets were “cleaned” by Spanking Clean and Green (contracted by the previous tenant). The dirt I picked up by vacuum, and then by the carpet cleaner I rented, shows an unacceptable amount of dirt that was left behind. When I provided the attached pictures to Scott, and requested reimbursement for the carpet machine rental, and a redo by his company, he chose not to reply. I would never use/recommend Spanking Clean and Green.

Here's my response to Scott's reaction to my original review:
There are NO inaccuracies in my review. I clearly stated the former tenant hired Scott to clean the carpets (contracted by the previous tenant), which were ‘cleaned’ AFTER he moved out of my townhome. Scott’s 3.18.23 text message to me stated: ‘When I cleaned there, I believe I was given access to property and was the only one present on site during the cleaning. Then, Rick paid me remotely so there was not much interaction between us.’ Since he had already moved out of the townhome, how would the former tenant know about the poor-quality work done by Scott and his team?
I’m confused as to why Scott felt my request for a FAIR AND REASONABLE SOLUTION was threatening? Here’s the email that I sent to him dated 3.28.23:
“Hi Scott, on March 22nd. I rented a carpet cleaner and was shocked at the amount of dirt that came up (after vacuuming the carpets twice, per your recommendation). I moved in on 3/1/23 and have no pets/children and leave shoes at the door. There was so much filth in the dirty water tank that I poured it out on the street so as not to clog the kitchen drain. (Had the water been clean, I would not be asking for any resolution)
I believe that the fair and reasonable solution would be:

1. Compensate me for my machine rental/solution costs: $ 58.98
2. Come back out and redo the carpets to pull any remaining dirt.
