Scott came out today to do a through clean on my 6 piece sectional and did a phenomenal job! He did a thorough pre-clean that included vacuuming followed by an amazing clean! We had to add on the deodorize and the couch and entire living room smell so fresh! I highly recommend Sparkle Clean and Green for all your upholstery cleaning needs!

Jonathan, our service tech, reached out to me two hours prior to the start of our scheduled time window to let me know his estimated arrival time. I appreciated this so much. There's nothing worse than wondering if someone is going to arrive on the early or late side. Knowing he was going to be on the early side allowed me to adjust my schedule and take advantage of the extra time in my day. He was articulate, kind, courteous, explained what he would do, offered a few additional services but did not press, and did an absolutely spectacular job!

I opted for the DeoGerm to kill germs and neutralize odors, we have teenage people and furr-babies, so lingering odors!!! The place smells fresh and brand new!! The original cleaning didn’t fully remove the red wine stain from my beautiful Serena & Lily wool rug, but Scott didn’t give up—he came back multiple times to try different solutions, and he successfully removed the stain! This was our first time using Cottage Care - our first using a house cleaning service - and they did a wonderful job. It was a whole house, deep cleaning, basement included. Andrew, Lexie, and Niveah were very thorough and worked incredibly fast and efficiently. The manager, Liz, even called the next day to make sure everything went well. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company!

We’ve been using cottage care for almost 2 years now and they always do a great job. We have 2 Golden Retrievers, and they do great with the Dog hair and always pay special attention to the soap residue in the shower. I would recommend using them. Our regular crew member Lexi is awesome.

My son, the best boy on earth, got me a first time clean for my birthday. He coordinated with me on a good day. Regan showed up within the window provided and quietly went to work on my bathroom, kitchen, and living room, while I worked from home in my front room. Phoebe, the manager, came by to check her work. We chatted about the hard water spots on the shower door and how they would resolve in time, just as they got there over time (I bought a squeegee!). Overall, I am super pleased with the quality of the clean and am considering a once a month clean to stay on top of the edges, the tops of things and the like.

Added 6/2024 - Have continued with monthly clean and have upgraded to every two weeks. The amount of stress Cottage Care removes from my life is huge!! If you can fit this in your budget, it is truly worth it!

Lydia and Gabby did a wonderful job cleaning. Thanks for putting the sheets on the bed too. The best thing is that you couldn’t really tell they had been there — except it looked fresh and clean. Nothing out of place, nothing obviously moved around. We were not there during the cleaning but we can tell they did a great job. Thank you so much and look forward to seeing Lydia and/or Gabby again.
