Jade and Gabby did an incredible job for me! We have older bathroom sinks and faucets and they did a great job! My fridge is sparkling clean!! Everything looks wonderful!!

Layla and Shirley are fabulous cleaners and so sweet. They even left cute Halloween rubber ducks for my kiddos as a surprise. 😊

I tried so hard with this cleaning company. I gave them multiple chances to clean items that were clearly on their check list, told them specifically where I was dissatisfied, and those areas were still never even touched. After multiple chances, I offered the company MORE money to do a better clean. I had the floors steam cleaned to give them a great starting point. After every failure I was met with we will do better. An assistant came out to do an "inspection" and the video posted is directly after she left. If you want someone to wipe your surfaces with a dry towel this is the company for you.
It is unfortunate because when we started with this company they did a decent job. However, my brother is very good natured and it was obvious they were taking advantage of this over time. We do have four dogs but as I mentioned, we did everything possible to give this cleaning crew a chance and at the end it was obvious we kept them on for too long and wasted so so so much money.

We signed up with Cottage Care Homes about two months ago and after having gone through a few cleaners to land on one we like, we cannot say enough about Lucy! She does a stellar job, she's very kind and friendly, and we highly recommend you ask for her specifically if you book with CCH and you're looking for a detailed clean :) We also want to commend CCH for working with us to get someone assigned that we feel fits our cleaning needs, and also manages to work around my spouse & I working from home full time. We feel like our business is valued by both CCH and Lucy and we recommend them both!

We've been using CottageCare for more than 2 years now, and we have been consistently pleased with their services and team members. When there have been small issues (and they've few and far between), management has been very responsive and took steps to address the issues quickly and effectively. Management also follows up periodically for check-ins to make sure everything stays up to our preferences and expectations. Rates are competitive with similar companies, so the tie breaker is the people.

While management is and has been great to deal with, and each of the team members we have interacted with have been very nice, a special shout out goes out to Alex. Alex has been assigned to our place many times and his quality of work never disappoints. He is receptive to comments/questions and he definitely goes the extra mile.

Cottage Care is ALWAYS good to work with. Pleasant people, conscientious and hard working. We’ve used them a number of times, and always CONSISTENT service. This time Chris served us, and he was great! We certainly recommend Cottage Care for your home cleaning needs.

You guys did great until you failed horribly. We asked you to do two things not use steel wool on any stainless steal products because it ruins the stainless steel by scratching it up and my mom gets really mad when that happens. Number two the outside broom which is outside stays outside. Don’t use the outside broom inside. Next time please follow the instruction. Your failure in these areas has lost your company a lot of money from our household, and I hope you will listen to your next home owners so you don’t loose business.

Cottage Care did an excellent job cleaning our townhome. They arrived on time, answered questions and completed job as promised. Many thanks to our house keeper Lucy for doing an excellent job.

Lucy came to our for the first time and what a wonderful suprise to have such a cheerful and energetic cleaner. The furniture and floors looked almost new after Lucy's cleaning. She dusted everything and that makes a huge difference. So glad she was able to come and clean for us.

I truly love Cottage Care so much. After years of searching for a cleaning service and always being disappointed and thinking “why pay this much money, when I can just clean way better myself” I’ve finally found a company that does it right. My favorite cleaner in the team is Shirley. She makes sure to put the care and extra effort to leave my house feeling great when she leaves. They also have team leaders spot check the work of other cleaners every once in a while as well and that is huge. We will continue to use Cottage Care as long as we live here!

I've used quite a few cleaning services in the past. I like Cottage Care the best. The people in the office keep in touch and are very easy to work with. Colin has been cleaning our house. He is very pleasant and does a great job. We are very happy.
