We have been with Mountain Meadow Maids for 2 years now and are very happy with the speed and detail in which our crew cleans our home. They are always on time, listen to our feedback, and work quickly while not missing a thing. I trust my crew and love that if we have to reschedule I can still reques they are the ones that come even if its on a different day. I have met the owner several times. He really cares about running a great business. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Sonja and Carolina for all you do to make my home beautifu. I am a product of my environment kind of person and you help make my environment positively beautiful and relaxing.

The communication with this company is poor.
1. They do not respond to inquiries I sent in via the website and getting them on the phone was difficult.
2. They did not call me when they completed the work nor sent any pictures over. I had to call them to verify it was done.

The cleaning does not seem to have been done well in the cabinets nor for the flooring.

They charge a 4% processing fee on credit cards. This is unheard of by todays standard and was NOT mentioned to me over the phone when I scheduled this appointment.

Update: It's been 3 days since I posted this review and they replied that somebody would reach out to me shortly, however no one contacted me. Shows that they are only interested in making money and do not value the customer satisfaction.

I booked a move in cleaning service. The apartment we were moving into did need good cleaning, especially the kitchen cabinets but if you are looking for a thorough cleaning then this is not the cleaning company. They only wipe down the areas (kitchen cabinets/shower/etc) but if these areas have some marks, they will not be cleaned as no effort is put in. Two ladies came and they finished the bathrooms first so I was able check them in detail and the tiles around the shower looked as if they hadn't even been touched. I asked one of the ladies to clean them again and this time she scrubbed them and I could see the difference instantly. However, I didn't check the kitchen cabinets from inside because I had no idea that the previous tenants had left them dirty. The next day when I started putting things in I was surprised to see the shelves in the cabinets so I just took a baby wipe which is just mostly water and wiped the shelf with the least effort and the marks were gone! This made me realize that these cleaning companies are just a scam because I paid 300 dollars for this service but in the end I had to clean all the kitchen cabinet shelves and doors from inside again!! And then I was horrified to see the below part of the cabinet next to the stove. They didn't even bother looking at it.
No cobwebs in high areas were cleaned, neither the blinds were wiped down (they opened the blinds and only cleaned the window sills and glass) as mentioned on their website.
Also, the equipment and supplies they use are very old and cheap. I was shocked to see the outdated vacuum, cheap bleach, etc. Two years ago when I had moved into the apartment which I just left, I had called some private cleaners and they were amazing! Plus, they used the latest cleaning equipment and supplies and cleaned every nook and cranny without me even asking and I had paid just half the price, whereas for this service I had to ask the ladies to clean several areas again!!!
I had thought that if I would book a cleaning company, the service would be even better but unfortunately I regretted my decision the very next day. I gave the ladies five stars on the company paper I signed and even tipped (thank god I didn't tip a lot) because I was thinking that it was sweet of them to clean some areas again on my request but I realized the next day that I was stupid to think that way as it should have been cleaned properly in the first place and I shouldn't have had to ask them! The service was definitely below average and since I paid in cash, my money was already gone and I couldn't afford to spend any more money or time to call the other cleaners and had to get cleaning myself. I've been ripped off of my money and after this experience I'm definitely never going with any of these cleaning companies.

If you are looking for a good cleaning service with some effort put in to clean the areas that they mention on the website that will be cleaned, then this is definitely not the company.

I've been using them for over a year and they care so much about their clients. My emails/calls to them are always replied promptly. Customer service is amazing and the cleaning crew are great at what they do. Highly recommend Mountain Meadow Maids.

We’ve had maid services on and off for many years, I am disabled and unable to clean as much as I need. Most of the time, the services we’ve used get frustrated on the days I’m unable to prepare the way I would like. Our team with Mountain Meadow doesn’t!! They help pick up the clutter and organize anything that’s left out, get any dishes I missed ready for the dishwasher, and our floors are always immaculate after they leave! We’ve loved our first month with this team and Mountain Meadow Maids!

Our cleaning crew was amazing. My husband and i were shocked by how in depth it was. Right on time too!

This was my first time using Mountain Meadow for a one time deep clean of my home. They did a phenomenal job and it’s the best deep clean I’ve ever had. They were very professional and thorough. I’d absolutely recommend them and looking forward to booking again in the future!

Really awesome company. Both times I have used them for a deep clean and it’s been wonderful both times. I have had cleaning services where I’m not even sure what I payed for. This is not the case with them. They go above and beyond to do a good job and nice ladies working for them. I will be using them again and again.

My experience with Mountain Meadow Maids was fantastic! Coordination and communication with the main office was seamless and consistent. The crew showed up promptly and set right to work. I hired them for a deep clean and cannot describe the comfort and feeling of coming home to a house that has been cleaned, mopped, and scrubbed in places I wouldn't even think to look. Consummate professionals and will absolutely be hiring them again.

I hired Mountain Maids for a substantial move-out clean: four floors, baseboards, insides of cabinets and fridge, etc… they really did a wonderful job! I appreciated, too, the efficient front end customer service. I simply called, gave them my address, instantly got a quote based on my home’s info online, and paid by CC over the phone.

What a fantastic crew. Talk about clean. They have gone above and beyond. We have had about 4 other cleaner and felt we would never find a cleaning crew that would work out. We'll e have thank God

I was very excited about this cleaning (they had a super fast response time).

I hired them to do a full house clean; However, they left a ton of stuff uncleaned.

When I discussed with Laura, we agreed they would come back after I had some repairs done (rather than sending a crew out to just touch up things) and that they would reclean the house and we (me and the business) would split the cost. They avoid a profitless trip and I get a full touch up for half off ($200 value).

However, when I went to to pay, they had deducted $25 from my bill and when I called to ask about out agreement, It was "reiterated" to me by Laura, that they have already applied a discount (implying I was fishing for money? Idek.)

To summarize, they did not finish the clean at all and damaged my carpet and outlet. They then reneged on our agreement.

Clara did an absolutely incredible job cleaning our home. She was extremely thorough, hardworking, and friendly. What really stood out is that she completed the entire cleaning on her own—work that is usually handled by a two-person crew—and she still delivered an exceptional result. Our home has never looked better! Highly recommend!

I've tried a couple cleaning companies in Colorado Springs and this is the best. The deep clean was exceptionally thorough and the price was reasonable. We would definitely use this company again.

I hired this company to do a move-in clean December of 2025. The front office staff were wonderful, but the cleaning team were subcontractors who did a subpar job & dressed inappropriately (I was present during the cleaning with my child). Then, after they left, a man showed up at my home identifying himself only as “from the cleaning company” looking for his employees, saying they left too early, and asking to come into my home to inspect their work (which I declined). It upset my husband, who called Mountain Meadow to ensure he was truly an employee. Overall, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend their services, and feel it was a waste of $650 plus tips. I’ve never left a bad review of any company before, but feel this was worth warning over.

Noting an update…after contacting the company about the same concerns noted below, they did offer a concession to help with the inconveniences. While this doesn’t change the sub-par cleaning experience, it was not something they had to do at all, and was appreciated. I will, however, also add that I discovered that while I paid to have my windows cleaned (inside only), they only cleaned the windows on the first floor, not my basement windows. I had missed this during the inspection because it was already dark outside and I didn’t notice this. Not great that in order to get done what’s expected, I have to catch and point out any misses. Can’t recommended this company.

I initially left a glowing review, but since the cleaning I continue to find more and more items coated in heavy chemical cleaner. They will do a fantastic job making your house clean, but they will do it with very strong chemical cleaner. In my case, I had to scrub kitchen utensils that were coated with it that had been in a canister on the counter, my bathtub before I felt comfortable soaking in it, casserole dishes that were enclosed in the drawer under my oven that had white blotches of cleaner on them, and I had to vent out my oven before cooking in it-they weren’t even supposed to clean the inside of appliances for this job and I wonder what they used to clean my oven, it smelled toxic! Very concerned about toxicity levels of cleaning products used and what that product got left on that seems highly unsafe. Very sad to have to leave a bad review because they did work very hard and leave things very clean, but also, in my opinion they were not concerned about health and well being. Disappointing to have to spend time cleaning after the cleaning job I paid nearly $500 for.

Wow! Our deep cleaning service was top-notch. It was such a pleasure to come home and feel like everything was very clean. We did the deep clean in preparation for a move and I would highly recommend this for anybody getting ready to sell their home. The crew was very kind and friendly and did such a good job. Because of the great experience we had we will definitely be using Mountain Meadow Maids again!

They’ve been doing a good job. The house always smells great and they are sweet to our dog that likes to love-bomb everybody. We have almost a second kitchen due to our bar built in downstairs. They clean it quickly. They’re efficient and the blinds always look dust free. Interior and exterior windows of the front and back entrances are always done as well! It saved us with having friends over last minute this weekend. When we did our initial deep clean they even cleaned and organized my medicine cabinet and snack/produce catch all table. Both of us work a lot and it’s been a huge help. They tackle all of my daughters toys too and place them in cute ways for her. I trust them - we are hardly home when they come.

Everything was very healthy and huge. Can't wait to plant what I found today and make room for more!
