Daniel visited me to give me a quote about fence repairs. I ended up picking a different contractor but I was very impressed with his punctuality, clear communication, sound advice and a very clear and detailed estimate.

I found Centennial Property Maintenance a couple of years ago, and I am VERY happy with that choice. They have been very attentive to my every need - whether it's cleaning out my flower beds in the spring and fall, or caring for and nurturing my lawn back to "one of the BEST" in my neighborhood... I give them an A+ rating, and would highly recommend them!! :-)

They are very good with communicating when the additional services (weed spray, beetle application, fertilizer) will be done, and I've found their staff is professional and responsive. He does his best to make your lawn lush and beautiful and he succeeds! He fixed my underground sprinkler issues and saw to it that he referred me to someone that could help when he had done all he could. He is an excellent resource and knows so much. I am extremely frustrated with this company. Despite having a clear "No Soliciting" sign on my porch, they continue to leave advertisements at my door. It’s not just annoying—it’s disrespectful. If a company can’t even follow a simple request to respect homeowners' wishes, why would I trust them to provide quality service?

If they can’t read a basic sign, I can only imagine how they handle customer service. This kind of disregard for potential customers speaks volumes about their business practices. I will never use their services and strongly recommend others steer clear.

Centennial Property has been in our family for many years now and we have utilized many of their services. They have always been great about communicating and planning needed services. They have been excellent about taking care of the sprinkler system start up and blow outs as well as maintenance of them. We used them for a much needed gate replacement as well as tree trimming.
