Our new friends at Landcrafts, LLC, Jake, Kat and Matt were a joy to work with. It was an immersive, completely collaborative experience!

From the minute they came by to have a look, discuss ideas and begin designing the project through, we knew we had the best outfit. We immediately began brainstorming and walking around as Matt pulled out the spray paint to mark ideas on the ground as we talked about possibilities. We had shopped our job and found the experience with the Landcrafts team to be superior. Their plumbing, concrete and electrical subs were great too and they teamed with our hot tub vendor to really make it all work.

We are in a new development and they gave us a list of 10 or so homes they’d done work for in the neighborhood so we could walk around and get an idea of their work. That was pretty much it for us to make a decision and we had a contract.

The design was an iterative process and, as we progressed, there were quick modifications and revisions during the project. Even then, the cost was reasonable, and we felt completely comfortable. So smooth!

Once we had the design down, I told them that this was to be their masterpiece 😊!

I might be a tad biased, but I can only say that for us, they hit the mark.

Our property backing to the front range over Chatfield State Park was small with a 20% pitch to the back property line and absolutely required a transformation to simply make it functional. What resulted was an extension of our home and existing covered patio out to a living and recreational space that we are absolutely thrilled with!

We have recommended Landcrafts to our neighbors and I’m happy to share that they had several more jobs lined up upon completion of our project.

Landcrafts completed our project a couple of weeks ago. Our back yard is beautiful! I can honestly say that the yard looks better every time I go out and look at it. The team is responsive and helpful both during our project and with a couple of questions we have had afterward. Pictures of our yard is on their social media. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was great to work with from getting an estimate to project completion. Jake guided us through the process and the onsite crew were professional, courteous and fast, even in 100 degrees heat. We had a railroad tie retaining wall that was giving way. Land Crafts pulled it out and built a far superior stone retaining wall that has fully exceeded our expectations! And now we have a much more functional and usable area there.

We had LandCrafts LLC do our backyard landscaping two years ago in the summer. Katherine did a beautiful job with the planning and design of it based on our input for the trees and shrubs and overall look we were going for (curved edge, natural / organic looking, maximize evergreens) and we are happy to say the plants have taken and grown beautifully in the past two growing seasons. A couple of bush casualties that I’m attributing to location and one of the main evergreens did not make it through that first summer but the team promptly agreed to come and swap it under the warranty in the early following summer for best planting success odds.
When picking out the trees we did have a bit of miscommunication in the selection of healthy looking trees / swap for less mature trees when unavailable but overall the team did a great job and the scope was completed in the planned timeline. We enjoy our backyard now very much!

We received many bids for our backyard, we decided to go with Landcrafts. Jake and Matt listen to our vision for our backyard and made it come to life. Matt and Jake were at our project every step of the way. They both were always available for every phone call or question we had. Our outdoor kitchen came out perfectly! Ask Matt to install the rope lights! We tasked Landcrafts with a big project and they exceeded our expectations. You won’t be disappointed!

Jake, Katherine, Matt and the entire team were great! Jake and Katherine spent a lot of time with me during the initial visit; even though I only had a very rough idea of what I wanted, Katherine came up with a great vision and then tweaked it along the way. They were always very responsive whenever I had questions, and the work crew was great too! I had a lot of specific needs and concerns, and they took the time to incorporate everything I requested. They weren't pushy, but whenever I asked for their advice, they had great suggestions that added so much to the overall design. I had no idea what to expect when we started, but as it took shape, it got prettier each day. Very pleased with the finished product! A few before and after photos.

We hired Ten 27 designs for a design that was DIY friendly and fast. We needed something done fast and realistic! We had reach out to several companies and everyone was 5-6 weeks out for any kind of plans. Ten 27 got it done within a week, right in time for our big family gathering! I will definitely be using them from now on and refer them to everyone I know!

Brittany is VERY knowledgeable and has an eye for design. We have tried to do our own landscaping in the past and it doesn't turn out as cohesive as we like and always feels overwhelming. Brittany from Griffith Gardens and Landscape Design has the best eye for design, low maintenance and functionality of any property. She answered all my concerns about what I wanted and what I could maintain. She talked me through everything and knows just about everything on every flower and plant. Highly recommend!

I love caretaker landscape they get the job done right and are very friendly and understanding . If you need anything big are small caretaker landscape is the way to go 👍👍💯💯....

I'm a resident at the Chelsea peak town homes ive been here for 7 years and with caretaker as their landscaping provider this property has never looked better during this last snow storm they super exceeded expectations they even helped me clean off my car!? Kudos to you caretakers..... If you want good, friendly service caretakers is the place to go.
