AJ is by far the best irrigation contractor I have ever worked with. He took the time to advise me how to fix and improve my system myself and went out of his way to help me with the changes. I will definitely be contacting him again for upcoming work.

AJ came out yesterday and winterized our sprinkler system right when rain began to come down. He hung around and provided both a useful service and additional pointers on how to maintain/improve our system. We will see him again next year. Highly recommend his services!

Recently bought my house in the Littleton neighborhood and was having a little trouble getting sprinkler things going so I gave AJ a call. He was super friendly and was able to help me get my sprinkler system up and running in no time which saved me a huge headache. I'll definitely be recommending him in the future.

AJ is literally always there! We have a huge and complex set-up backyard with multiple zones and that can mean multiple issues! AJ, will walk each zone to make sure everything is optional and if it's not he's going to make suggestions to get you there.

His prices are fair and he cares about doing the job right. I'd recommend him over any other service I've ever used.

Optimized our irrigation, improving coverage and installing water conserving sprinklers. Voles, rabbits, weeds and drought crushed the yard, AJ brought it back to life! He has replaced dead plants as well.
His after service care is wonderful, he drove by the house and didn't like the coverage of one of the sprinklers and added a new head. A true professional and partner in keeping my landscaping healthy.

An update! I am an unabashed yard guy. AJ has replaced other irrigation heads reducing my water use by about 50%. We are trying to catch up with my neighbor Rodney’s post card front yard (see his review). AJ recently helped us with new perennials and irrigation for those and addressed some lawn issues. I can’t say enough about his character as well. When I had my shoulder surgery he called my wife and told her to call if we needed anything moved and not to risk injury. Following the recent tornado, he was very responsive extending himself for others. A true professional and great human!

I'm not a client of AJ... Yet! I called AJ and left a voicemail about our sprinkler system which is unique. AJ called and instructed me on what I needed to do even though I was NOT a client and he was super helpful, and went above and beyond to send me a couple of texts with more information on a part I needed.

They are disorganized. I had them for a year and you have to keep on top of them to make sure they perform services. For Services they missed they offer a discount on future services after a 25% increase. Actual work done was fine. Wouldn't recommend unless you keep on top of them.

I have lived at Crossings @ Chatfield since 2006 and on the board since 2007 and resigned June of this year. JPL had been the worst company with the irrigation. We have large dead grass all over our property. When we met with JPL back in May with concerns over this, they promised that they will fix this. I would not recommend them.

I serve on the board for my local community HOA and have worked with JPL for the last year. They are our preferred vendor for annual landscaping maintenance. They are easy to work with and are responsive to any issues that pop up. Would highly recommend.

We switched to Designs by Sundown for our landscaping last year after watching how great a job they've done on our neighbor's property. Otto and his crew have been wonderful to work with and our property looks great.

OMG. This company s perfect. My project was a little complicated.. involved concrete retaining walls which required engineering and required lots of both manual and equipment labor. Everyone was polite, efficient, and communicated well. I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend them.

This is the third iteration of lawn design by DBS. Each project outdoes the previous one. Our exterior is the showcase of the neighborhood. A special shout out to Whit, the irrigation specialist who has managed to right a very complex system and correct any problems. Thanks also to designer Grant Davis and Project Manager, Rob Ellis for efficient, beautiful work.
