Great experience replacing a furnace and water heater. Jeff scoped the job and Manny installed everything. They were both very professional and thorough. We had a new furnace within one day of our old one dying. While I can’t say I ever want an emergency furnace install again, I appreciate this team. Manny was a very hard worker, answered all my questions, and cleaned up completely.

Adam did a great job when our heat wasn’t working! He was very communicative and diagnosed the problem with ease! We have used this company twice now and they are honest, reliable, and hard working. Would highly recommend!

I have had Blue Spruce out to my small business twice in the last two weeks for two sperate issues. Each time Adam has shown up early. This is wonderful when you are sitting in a hot office building. Each time the service was quickly accomplished and l felt that l was charged very fairly. I look forward to continuing to use Blue Spruce's A/C services.

We have had Blue Spruce out twice. One visit with Adam & one with Jeff. Both were knowledgeable/honest & fixed the issues we had. It’s hard to find a good reliable heating/ac company. We will be lifelong customers!

Blue Spruce staff was on-time, friendly, polite and courteous. They diagnosed our furnace problem quickly, ordered a new part, and got us back on the schedule for the replacement within a few days in the week before Christmas and New Year’s. Definitely recommend!

Wow! The customer service is unbelievable. I can't tell you how amazing these folks were to work with. The owner is incredibly responsive and the technician's were extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. Their scheduling and communication is outstanding. They had to make a couple of trips for parts/repair and made sure the job was done 100% right. They even registered our product for it's warranty! I can't say enough good things about them. They should be the model for home repair companies... I highly recommend them. Thank you, Blue Spruce!

The Check up was there's no issues-I will get a quote re replacing the AC soon. We may wait till it dies -but will see what you say the next time you check it .

Pretty disappointed with my furnace installation. The furnace works fine but the installers drilled from the inside and cracked the siding of my house. I was told they weren't siding guys and they were sorry. Gave a real sad attempt at putting it back together (see picture). Ended up taking me longer to fix it myself than it took them to do the whole install.

Then there was an open exhaust vent that was left open from my water heater that was not plugged which seemed like an obvious hazard. I called and then texted a picture to them and was told the owner was going to call me back but never did. Ended up fixing it myself.

Overall I feel like the job was left halfway done

So pleased with Blue Spruce! Our heat went out on a very cold morning and Jeff quickly responded to fix the issue. We needed additional services and Adam was awesome, too! Excited to find an excellent, local HVAC company that demonstrates excellence in all aspects of their service.

Came by and seemed professional. Paid 100$ for diagnostic fees. Two weeks later still have not received any communication or a bid for repairs. Will not be proceeding with this company.

I typically do not write reviews. In fact, this is my first. Having said that, I think this company deserves to be recognized. They are wonderful!! They are honest, trustworthy, straightforward and good at what they do. My experience with Blue Spruce has been fabulous from start to finish. They installed a new HVAC system and made sure I was comfortable with all decisions made along the way.
They are so patient, courteous and kind. They are quick to respond, and I feel they truly care about their customers. That goes a long way in my book.

See a lot of negative reviews here on Next Door…. Let me say as most of you know it is extremely hard to find not only good but honest companies. I recently had issues with my Air conditioning and as heat is coming on I hoped to find a good company to help me. I found Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling here a small company, Not the big Orange Trucks!!!! Jeff came out to my house on the appointment window, and within minutes he had my A/C up and running. I am keeping Blue Spruce’s card for all my future needs and would recommend this company when you need good quality and reasonable rates. (Five Star )

Blue Spruce is amazing from the office to the install to the tech and repair. Highly recommended calling for any HVAC need. Incredibly fair and competitive pricing from our experience. But more importantly- their customer service and knowledge puts them over the top.

I have seen blue spruce servicing many of my neighbors, so after hearing good things I decided to call them for the HVAC. They visited about 1.5 years ago and serviced our unit, then came back today to check it out as it had stopped blowing cool air. Both experiences were great!
Jeff was in and out in about 40 minutes. He had the part that needed to be replaced and had it swapped out super quick! Great customer service and fair pricing/warranties as well!
I appreciate their transparency with pricing and willingness to work with what we can do at the moment. Not just forcing us into a whole new HVAC unit
